I went last week and got matching Christmas family pajamas for everyone. They were on sale before I used my 40% off coupon that's on the Belk app too! Got a super sweet deal on them all! Store is always super clean and tidy. Smelled so good when I walked through the doors too. Just smelled like the holidays 😍❤🎄

Great sales. Easy access in & out of the store. Buggies were convenient. Not enough registers open but friendly associates working.

If you can catch their sales and coupons, you can get some super great stuff for super cheap

They have great deals on bed sheets and cookware. Approximately 75% off of regular prices.

Favorite department store. Do wish they had a few more employees to help customers with purchases.

I am very pleased with them, everytime I go in they are super nice.

The Forest City store is small and not very well put together. The Shelby store is much better. The manager Ellen introduced herself and was very friendly and professional. She was really helpful. Probably the best of any department store managers I've come across in my 60 some years We bought several things that weren't available in Forest City. They're prices and sales are great. They are what Kohls used to be. The Charlotte store in South Park mall is really, really nice. We recently retired in North Carolina from Chicago. We didn't have Belks around us so it's great to have a department store that has such great prices close by.

This little store has tons of items. Ladies in shoes are awesome hard workers! Good selection of clothes and shoes. They dont carry some of the higher end shoes like the bigger Belk stores but I always find something here.

First I must say that I love all Belks. I do most of my clothes shopping with this company. This store is a little small and crowded, but I can always find out what I am looking for. The sales staff are friendly and helpful.

I use to love to go to Belks. But the clothes have changed so much in all the ladies depts i never buy any. I still love to get the men's clothes for my family.

I love their sales, last visit I spent $140 and saved $270 Wow!
I prefer Belk at the Tri- city mall. Staff is not very friendly at Cleveland Mall.

This is my local Belk store and I shop here often. The employees are often busy, but they're courteous and friendly. Highly recommend and I like to support our local stores. Small town friendly.
