There are no words to describe the care I received. I went from feeling like I might not make it to feeling normal again. Dr. Schafer showed compassion, caring and confidence that he could help me and he certainly did. From the front desk to the nursing staff I was shown respect and a caring attitude. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience.

Always a positive experience with this office. Very little wait time to either see the doctor or get blood drawn. Dr. Lyles and Dana are great to deal with. Lab results are always back quickly. Thanks!

Dr. Daigle was amazing. She is kind, listens and talks to you with respects. You can tell she cares and will stay with you; does not try to push you out the door. I'm so thankful that I got her as my Doctor. I would give her 10 stars if I could.

I have been a patient of Dr. Daigle, my primary care physician, for more than 20 years. She does a comprehensive review of all my lab work, and discusses any issues that need to be addressed. She is thorough and has a friendly demeanor. I highly recommend.

Dr Daigle is awesome! I never feel rushed or like a number. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn’t know something she will tell you so, and then do her research!! Her nurse is a delight, and the staff is always courteous and efficient.

Second visit to Atrium Health, Rutherfordton. I got an appointment really easy and fast. All the team is ready to help. They value my time. They ask the correct questions about my health and give me the best course of action possible. McKenzie DeLa Roca and her assistant are excellent. I keep recommending this clinic for your health care.

Dr. Lyles & his staff are terrific. They listen to me & work with me to coordinate my heath & well being. HOWEVER, I had to CANCEL my mammogram because the "Mammography Center" has reinstated the mask mandate, & I refuse to be a SHEEP! 🐑 I will look for a facility that does not require a mask, or I will forgo this test until this country gets it's head out of their rectum!

My provider was outstanding, sharing detailed information concerning my respitory function and a required test. Often, the medical person is vague or cites confusing terms to the patient. This visit was extremely positive.

I seen Patrick Sammon as my new family doctor. He was very informative and caring as to all my questions I had,I really liked him a lot and would recommend him to anyone. His nurse Vickie was very friendly also.

Anna Sane is one of the most compassionate “doctors” I’ve ever been seen by. I mean that in those exact words… Anna sees you. She listens and asks questions and seems to genuinely care about me and my concerns. She’s our whole family’s NP and we couldn’t be any happier.

A couple members of our family have been seen by Dr. Melson and Pam Skeels FNP in Gastroenterology. Again, they felt seen and heard and received excellent care.

We are also very happy with all of the nurses that we’ve seen as well as the front office staff. Since Rutherford Internal Medicine is part of the Atrium network we can access our medical records, test results and send messages or request medication refills. We are very happy overall.

I have been using this medical practice for several years now. Appts are usually on time, the staff is efficient & friendly. Dr. Melson is very pleasant and easy to talk to.

They are great, treat you with respect and they really listen to you and try to get you the help you need. They have done a lot for me, they really care about people and their health. Everyone at Rutherford Internal medicine is awesome. I love Chasitty and Renee if not for them and their persistence to go to the hospital I don't know what would have happened.

My daughter called Atrium Health on a Monday, saying I had high blood pressure and a fever of 101.9. My PA got the message about the b p but not about the fever. Finally, she called Athrium Heslth on Wednesday because my fever continued to be the same. The message reached my PA, and I was told to be there at 2:00. I was, and I was diagnosed to have pneumonia. I am 86 years old. My PA took care of me, and I will use the portal from now on. The telephone person did not communicate my problem!

Done great they have helped me and are great Patrick is a good dr and he understands me and my problems and has helped me a good bit this last month great job I would prefer you too see him he is great at what he does
