Hampton Inn & Suites Forest City

The rooms were as I have come to expect from a Hampton. Clean, spacious, and the beds are like sleeping on a cloud. The one exception was the front desk person. Victoria was what made the experience perfection. I was so tired from a long drive and working all day. She was kind and helpful, beyond the norm. I had asked for a front facing room so I could keep an eye on my vehicle. She not only accommodated my request but gave me the perfect room. Thanks!

We always enjoy our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The manager is amazing. He always treat us like family each time we stay. Everyone is always overly accommodating! Rooms are nice and clean. Beds are comfortable.

Super friendly staff here! Fitness center was good sized and well stocked, the rooms were spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was a small notch above the standard with some extra condiments and fruit options.

this is a WONDERFUL hampton inn. not only one of the cleanest and nicest ones but SUPERIOR customer service! when i accidentally locked my keys in my car (duh) they found locksmiths for to contact and when i ended having to wait several hours for help, they were so kind to let us stay a little longer while waiting! they were so kind to my kids and me during a stressful moment. thanks so much!!

Room was clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was great. We brought our dog and they had a place to walk him with bags and disposal containers. They provided a list of nearby dog parks and vets. In all it was a great experience.

I highly recommend this hotel the staff were very helpful and kind. After driving all night they was able to get a room for us quickly and allowed us to check in early. It’s very clean and the breakfast was pretty good for a hotel. Lots of options for breakfast and freshly made. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and fresh fruit available all day. I was surprised with the hygiene products they provide especially the mouth wash and make up wipes. The staff were so friendly, respectful, and welcoming. There outside pool is very nice and clean. Our room was just a basic room however it had a very large bathroom and the bed was pretty big and comfortable. I highly recommend going here over the Holiday Inn down the road we was going to stay there but the staff was instantly rude so I’m very happy we decided to go here instead we was very satisfied with the service provided by their wonderful staff.

We originally booked at another hotel in town, but the business that we were coming to visit recommended the Hampton. Although we hesitated a minute because it was going to be twice as expensive, we went back and read reviews of the other hotel and they were awful! Luckily, we booked the Hampton, which was a wonderful experience! It was a clean and well-stocked hotel, with friendly and helpful personnel. The breakfast was outstanding and they even offer a dark roast coffee! We would not hesitate to stay here again!

The Staff was fantastic and the room was very clean. I greatly appreciated getting a call from Ken when a room became available so I could make the last two days of the Special Olympics.

My stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites in Forest City was awesome. I can not say anything bad about this Inn. The bedroom was clean and had a fresh home stay to it. Morning breakfast was great. Western omelets were good, and the fresh waffles were delicious! They had vanilla and chocolate waffles to choose from. The gym was a 24-hour access, which was good for late night workouts. The staff were friendly and answered all the questions that I had. I would most definitely stay at this Hampton Inn & Suites again.

Stayed here for a family reunion. It was a nice hotel stay. King bed with a pullout couch bed. The shower was clean and spacious. The bathroom in general was clean and big. The room/bathroom was modern styled. I like that we were able to sleep the TV not all hotels allow that.

The continental breakfast was good. They had waffle bater to make waffles, yogurt, eggs, a protein, a potato, breads, cereals, and oatmeal.

I'm a breakfast guy and I was satisfied. They have different types of eggs they do each day. One day they had only western omelet eggs. I would have preferred half normal egg and half western omelet.

This hotel appears to be a newer or updated location. The rooms were up to date, clean, my wife and I felt comfortable/safe there, we will definitely be back when our travels bring us to the Forest City area again. Definitely recommend, 07.01.23

Tim at the front desk went above and beyond to help us dry our clothes that became soaked while traveling. Our "waterproof" luggage rack had leaked from driving 6+ hours in the rain. When I went down to ask for change for the dryer, I mentioned what happened and Tim very kindly offered to dry our clothes in their commercial size dryers which saved me from spending hours doing in in the laundry room. After only about 45 min all our clothes were dry!

I stay here every year when I come home to FC for our family Christmas. It is always very clean and the people who work there are so friendly. Everything seems new this year so they may have had a recent redecorating. Great pillows, silky sheets, and lightweight duvets so everything is clean, fresh, and comfortable. I brought my dog this year and they have a great area to walk dogs. It’s safe and we’ll lit at night and right next to a Starbucks. I love staying here.

My coworker and I stayed here while doing a roof replacement for a local business. The hotel was in a great location. It was also very clean, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times when I have to visit this area for work. It’s always clean, the staff are friendly and professional and I highly recommend it. There is something though that I felt was worth bringing to managements attention. For the first time, they’d reserved my room in an ADA compliant room, likely due to a last minute reservation and it was all they had available. No complaints there. My issue was the fact that I have a sister in law who is wheelchair bound, paralyzed from the waist down. And I know that if someone stayed here by themselves and was in a wheelchair, they would have difficulty reaching the bath towels placed high up (over 5’ high on a shelf) and also have difficulty getting in and out of the tub/shower combo. Not. Sure if there is any chance of getting this fixed to better accommodate wheelchair bound guests but felt it was worth bringing to your attention. Thanks for providing a wonderful and clean hotel each and every visit.

Accommodating staff and extremely clean. The breakfast attendant was so friendly and helpful. Everything about this hotel gets 5 stars. Definitely recommended! Never disappoints!!

I worked at Hampton years ago, miss working there. Staff always loving and kind. We was like family. Whenever my grandchildren come to visit I recommend Hampton.The staff treats them like family..The manager Jessica Tim and Don are the best. I highly recommend Hampton the best stay in Rutherford County..😊

The rooms are immaculate. The team here is outstanding! Tim, Dawn, Hailey and Stephanie provide exceptional customer service - very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is awesome. This is the only hotel I will stay at in the area.
