Chili's Grill & Bar

I'd have to admit; it's been 9 years since I last ate at this Chili's. My last experience left me very much disgusted. But there have been quite a few changes since then and I am very pleased with my total experience a few days ago.
Let's start with the staff. Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their stuff. There was a great deal of teamwork going on, it was great. A quick shout out to our waitress, Michelle. She was on top of everything: appetizers, drinks, and even quickly resolved a snafu with my order. So professional. And she did it all with a smile on her face. ❤
The food was absolutely phenomenal 🤤 (excuse the drool). The cheese sticks alone are enough to bring me back. But the entre, ((I had the pick three grill house (? Think that's the name) with honey chipotle chicken, 1/2 brisket quesadilla, and 1/2 chicken quesadilla )) was delicious beyond the all expectations. I mean, I was definitely put into a different plane of existence 🤯.
Definitely returning in the near future 😄, as long as the budget allows 😉.

Friendly staff & southern friendly visitors as well. Able to carry on & enjoy with the whole crowd !!!!!

The food was really good and our waitress was great. The hostess, however, was absolutely and completely rude, to the point that we were considering walking out and going somewhere else. She was rude when we first walked in, didn't greet us, then rude when we asked about seating. She had us wait for over 15 minutes to finally take us to a table that had been unoccupied the whole time. Then once we were seated, my husband asked her a question about the drink menu as she walked by, and she rudely said "I wouldn't know, ask your waitress". Unacceptable. It was not crowded nor rushed, she had no reason to act the way she did. I didn't get her name, but I'm sure you can figure out who she is. We were there on 06/29/2022, around 8 or 8:30. If she can't have some manners when it comes to helping customers, then she sure shouldn't be your front of house. We spent almost $200 last night, just to deal with that. Had she been a waitress, she would not have received a tip, and I ALWAYS tip, and tip well. Thankfully our waitress was great and she got a tip to reflect that. As far as the hostess goes, do better.

Kindey was my server. She was very sweet and attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. Beverly was the bartender and she did a fantastic job. She really knows her way around making a drink. I’ve had some Long Islands that were too sweet but hers was perfect! Had the ancho salmon and it was delicious!

We visited this location in Forest City and enjoyed our visit here. Our lunch was good. We were greeted with friendly staff and were seated quickly. Our server was nice and very helpful in getting what we wanted. We had a enjoyable time here. Our food was good. This is a nice place to eat. We were able to dine in which was nice. Thank you.

I hate to do it but the food I got wasn't anywhere near deserving of my original 5 ⭐ review. I placed my order online gave my requested pick up time for curbside. They were late bringing the food out but they may have been busy . However it doesn't excuse my food being cold when it should have been hot. The steak was cold as waste potatoes and broccoli. The soup was barely warm. For what you charge for a single person to eat a meal you can do better.

We got the 2 for 25 and it was delicious! We started out with the loaded fries ! Yummy except the jalapeno 🌶 hot! No thank you and then we both have the chicken quesadilla. They were so good then for dessert the cheesecake. By time dessert came we were stuffed so had to take it home!

We had a great experience at this restaurant. The staff were all very friendly. They did an excellent job of keeping the drinks refilled. The food came out quickly and all of our food was correct, hot, fresh and delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff did an excellent job.

I had a great to-go experience! I ordered take out for my boyfriend and he said it was the best burger he had in a long time!! The to-go crew was awesome Savannah, Cam, & Jordan took care of me well! & the cooks did a perfect job with the burger! 🍔 thank you! Definitely worth 5 stars in my book! :)

Internet orders for pickup are awesome. Never had to wait long, and the orders were complete when picked up

The food is always good, but they did not deliver all of our order. Said only part of it went through to the kitchen, but waitress never came back til we were almost done with our food. So we left without a couple items, but they were asked to be taken off our bill.

Had not been in a long time because service was always poor but today was a totally different story... waitress, food, and atmosphere was spot on. I really enjoyed my meal.

The food was Excellent! Service was great But the windows need cleaning and floors need swept.

Although they were busy Father's Day, they were very prompt with drink and food order.
Caroline the bartender/waitress did an Amazing Job.
Highly recommend the Southwest chicken mex bowl.
