Absolutely beautiful and cozy cabin with stunning views! We had 7 people and it was very comfortable, could have comfortably fit a few more. Was very clean and even got freshly baked cookies from Tom and Sue! Great communication throughout. Would highly recommend and plan to go back!

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate his birthday, along with our small Beagle mix doggo over the second week of October. This trip was just what we needed to reset after my stepmother had passed in September. We had planned for more family to stay with us but schedules could not align. Overall, I think it was good that we had the house to ourselves to fully relax. Husband brought his guitar and I brought my knitting and we sat on the deck. So peaceful.

We took advantage of the hot tub, grill, creek, cozy bed, and it was just like we were back in our own home. The cookies and birthday cake were a wonderful and welcome surprise.

Thank you for everything Tom and Sue!

Creek N Woods IV was a great choice for our family for the week of Thanksgiving. Tom & Sue has the cabin well stocked for cooking for a large group of people. The Cabin is 3 levels - so you can still get some privacy even with a large group. The cabin has a hot tub and beautiful views, wi-fi and directTV which made it well-rounded for our big group. We loved the proximity to the local grocery store and the interstate for some eating and shopping in Asheville (only about 40 minutes away). We saw lots of nature and beautiful sun rises and sunsets from the beautiful decks of the cabin. We loved our stay and hope to visit again in the near future!

We had such a great time at Creek 'N Woods II. The cabin was perfect for our family. We arrived with a packed itinerary, but after sitting on the porch listening to the creek and having our own "leaf peeping" spot, we began cooking some of our meals there, eating at the picnic table outside so as not to waste any of the amazing weather. The location is in the middle of many places and we would leave after a leisurely breakfast, go to the Parkway and return for an afternoon at our home. We looked forward to the hot tub and relaxing with a glass of wine (thank you Tom and Sue)! The leaves and creek there were just gorgeous and we truly enjoyed the peace. It was just so nice to get away and be a "family" in such a beautiful spot. Our hosts provided everything that we would need.... including home made chocolate chip cookies! Don't worry about Covid there. The home was very clean and our hosts took special steps to sanitize between guests. All restaurants we went to did take out so we had many picnics in beautiful locations. Thank you Tom and Sue!

We absolutely loved our cabin get away with Creek n’ woods! Tom & Sue were so easy to communicate with & they were very helpful with directions around town to the best restaurants in the area. The cabin was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It had a water fall in the backyard! Very quiet the entire weekend. No neighbors close by! No better cabin to enjoy a breath of fresh air! The location is convenient to catalahoochie ski & snow tubing! Overall, an excellent experience! We will be back!

The cabin is lovely and comfortable with a beautiful view! The beds are comfortable and the kitchen, appliances and cutlery are great - if you like to cook, no reason to bring everything in your kitchen, Tom and Sue have you covered! They are also attentive and responsive and do everything that they can to ensure you have a wonderful time while you’re there. We had a wonderful time!! Thank you Tom and Sue!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Creek 'n Woods. The cabin is well appointed and so peaceful. The sound of the mountain stream flowing off of the back deck was so the icing on the cake. Tom and Sue have thought of everything to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable one, right down to the homemade chocolate chip cookies. We can't wait to book again.

We had an incredible time at the moutains. Tom and Sue were so kind and offered us such a nice house/cabin for us to feel cozy. The jacuzzi was a very nice treat after a long day of exploring and hiking. The cookies they baked for us was awesome. The location is fantastic. There is a creek next to the house and the sound of the water flowing was just therapeutic. The roads are winding and quite steep and i enjoyed driving my 4 wheel drive (for you off roaders out there). They were so flexible with our dog too. All in all, this is a winner!! Thank you Tom and Sue!!!

Our stay at Creek n the Woods IV was amazing. There was 14 of us, all my children and grandkids. We all had plenty of room to enjoy each other and plenty of room to sleep. Tom was an amazing host. The view is spectacular. The amenities are too. I can’t say enough about how much the entire family enjoyed themselves. Hope we can go there again soon!!!

This was a great vacation spot for our family. We all spent 9 days celebrating Christmas and my retirement. We wished for a white Christmas and got it! Even though we were snowed in for a couple of days, we enjoyed cooking, playing with the grandkids, and spending quality time together. The property is beautiful, as well as the cabin. The only drawback for us was the steep driveway that we had trouble navigating due to the snow and ice. It is very steep and curvy. We would love to come back another season and enjoy the swing, porches, and awesome view. The owners are very hospitable and friendly. They want to make sure you enjoy your time there.

I have stayed at Creek 'N Woods cabins three times and look forward to returning. The owners, Tom & Sue Knapko, are long time Maggie Valley locals and will do anything they can to help you enjoy your stay. Their "cabins" are actually beautiful mountain homes. The Maggie Valley location of their cabins is perfect whether you want to explore the amazing area or never leave Maggie Valley.

Maggie Valley and Creek 'n Woods Cabin II was a wonderful place to spend a family vacation in spring time! Having coffee each morning on the deck listening to the bubbling creek flow by was so relaxing and enjoyable--a true connection to nature. The Cabin is perfect for a family gathering which comfortably sleeps 6. Cabin II is several miles from Waynesville with several breweries and 40 minutes from the Great Smoky National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. There are lots of hikes available from short ones to quite long ones.

Second year at Creek N' Woods II...our home away from home. Highly recommend! We stayed for a week over Thanksgiving. Easily accessible nestled in a quiet community. We felt secluded yet truly in a central location to all the area has to offer...easy access to blue ridge parkway, Waynesville, Cataloochhee Valley, tree farms, skiing, tubing, shops, restaurants, etc. The cabin is super clean and has the charming, cozy cabin feel we look for AND it has all the amenities... plus some! Tom and Sue are gracious hosts. They welcomed us with chocolate chip cookies, fresh flowers on the table and a loaf of pumpkin bread for our Thanksgiving meal. They have a heart for their guests and go the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. They give wonderful recommendations and even provide a calendar of local events. This was the perfect place for my family of 4 but last year we had 4 adults and 2 kids and it was great! Kids loved the loft stocked with games and each room has it's own tv although most evenings we gathered in the living room on the big comfy couches around the gas fireplace. On the warmer mornings I enjoyed coffee down on the deck just listening to the rushing water of the creek below. The house has a wrap around porch, outdoor eating area and lots of rocking chairs...a must for mountain life! Truly a serene getaway.

We stayed at creeknwood 1 for the second time and love 💘 the hospitality Tom and Sue Knapko had for us. The communication was excellent before and after we arrived. We rode can am Spyders and had plenty of room to accommodate 4 Spyders. The location the view was convenient for the spyderadventures rally. Tom greeted and was even offer to have groceries in the cabin before we arrived. We will definitely stay again. Oh yeah 😎 thanks Tom and Sue for the chocolate chip cookies

We had a wonderful family vacation here in Maggie Valley. Our host was phenomenal and went above and beyond. It was 8 of us and we all slept comfortably. The creek is nice entertainment for the kids and a peaceful experience as well. I highly recommend a stay here!

My family truly enjoyed our stay at the Creek n Woods. We went there to escape the summer heat in South Texas and were pleasantly surprised by the deep shade and cool breezes the home offers. The children enjoyed playing in the small creek, the water was cold and too shallow for swimming but there are many shiny rocks (fool's gold) that the kids enjoyed finding in the water. The home is well stocked with linens cleaning supplies and even a few tools in case you have car trouble (we did have to replace a radiator and used them) We went to some nearby attractions even going over to Gatlinburg. We were truly happy we didn't stay there as that side of the Smokies is a huge tourist trap, even during covid the sidewalks were full of people and there was no way to possibly social distance properly, plus they had miles of go-kart tracks putt putt golfs and Ripley's type attractions that could easily send a family into debt. There are plenty of attractions in the Maggie Valley area so you don't need to go to Gatlinburg at all. And don't forget to stop by Pop's for a meal we liked that place.

Creek ' n Woods was a wonderful experience. I was met by Tom and he took me to the house. I found freshly made cookies and flowers all through the house. The house was wonderful and all questions about restaurants, shopping, and where to enjoy the area were answered. It is a beautiful area and the Knapkos were a highlight. I would highly recommend Creek 'n Woods, and will definitely be back.
