Absolute wonderful service. Fantastic Nachos with a delicious Peanut Butter Smore Cookie pizza. Such a variety of cocktails/drinks that all turned out stunning. The restaurant/building overall was unique and far larger then it looks from the outside.

Good service, great atmosphere and nice food. It would great if they couple more main Vegetarian dishes in the menu.

Yesterday we visited BJ's and we were a group of 8 people during evening time, I wanted to share how great our time was at your BJ's, especially because of one special person - Serenity. She was so nice and patient with us, always smiling and making sure we got everything we needed. What really stood out was how patient she was. She listened to us and helped us pick the best stuff, always with a smile. Her kindness made us feel relaxed and happy the whole time.

BJ's Restauraunt & Brewhouse is my Favorite Family Restaurant in Downtown Redmond. I have come here on many occasions with my 2 Daughters and Family. Each visit I have an amazing experience and Staff is Super Friendly here. All of their Cuisine is Super Delicous, From their Burgers, Steaks & Seafood. But there is one thing on the Menu I suggest, and that is their Famous Pizookie. There are different types of Pizookies. This visit ai had ordered their Halloween Pizookie. Cookies N' Cream cookie topped with Oreo Cookie Crumbs. It was the bedt Pizookie I had. Every Family should visit here for my recommendation. I ordered the surf & turf and asked for my steak medium rare, and I got it nearly well done. The service was almost nonexistent but I don’t blame them since it was 9pm and it was kind of busy. When I asked my server if I could get the steak remade, I asked with the intention that it would only be the steak since I had finished my meal except for the steak. But nah, he decided to be hella kind and remade the entire meal and refunded me on the check …. absolutely goated behavior and I appreciate you for doing that, even tho u didn’t have to. Overall, food is pretty good and i would probably try their pizookies next time too 👍

We came in for dinner and came back for dessert. We had Anna for our waitress both times and she was amazing! She was very friendly, and was super helpful. She was excited to see us when we came back in! She was super sweet and accommodating! If you come in make sure you get Anna as your waitress!

Today my family and I had Bjs in Redmond for the first time . Although the food is very average it was more than compensated for by the above and beyond service from our waitress zarian. She was so friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere, making sure that all of our needs were taken care of, before we even realized we needed it!

Me and my family came into bjs and got the prime rib special, the jambalaya, and a kids meal. To drink we tried two of their brewed in house specialty beers. All of which was recommended by our server Jasmine. The restaurant was very busy but our server still gave such amazing service. After this visit we will definitely come back and make sure to request Jasmine!

I Had the best experience at BJ's thanks to our server jesse! he was super attentive, friendly, and knew the menu inside out. Made great recommendations and the service was quick. Definitely made our meal extra special!

Food and service were excellent. Loved my ahi salad. Beer was great as well.

My family and I ate here and loved it. We ordered jalapeno burger and fries, fried calamari, shrimp scampi pasta and the grand margaritas and everything was Soo good. We had the best service from Serenity. She was attentive, polite, and knowledgeable on the menu and gave great suggestions. We will be back.

BJ’s got the best veggie burger in town.

I got the crispy jalapeño burger. The veggie patty was just right, neither crumbly nor chewy like in most other places. The lettuce tomato and onion were the freshest I’ve had on a burger. The fried jalapeño added some nice kick. And oh, the fries were perfectly crispy and tasty.

I come here often for an after work drink and to use their wifi to do some work from my laptop. Joanna is my favorite server and Charles makes it a point to say hello to me regardless of which position he is working for the day. They make the experience great, and the broccoli cheese soup is fantastic!

We have visited this place some times since fall. We always have a great experience. This last time, we had Sriracha cheese as appetizer, salads, and prime rib special. Our server Alex was so helpful for guiding our choices. We have enjoyed some nfl games, the have a big screen at the bar.
We are completely positive we will return soon.

This location has got to be my favorite! Came in to the bar area with our wives and our server Trang made it memorable! She suggested the surf and turf stack and avocado eggrolls and they did not disappoint! We sampled the in house beer flights and the ladies loved their snowman cocktails and macadamia nut pizookies! The high top tables were perfect for watching the game! Thanks for making us loyalty members, we will be back next date night!

Mistakes happen, our food showed up extremely late. The manager tonight (4/30/22) missed his name) did an amazing job troubleshooting and getting us out of there happy and fed. Also did a great job supporting his waitstaff in many ways.

Can recommend the beer flights, brussel sprouts with that honey sauce, kid’s menu items (has healthier options), and burgers.

Will return.

Management has made it right. Spoke with them as well as corporate (I’m assuming) and they handled it very well and made sure all was right. Appreciate you guys! Updated my stars due to great customer service.
Went there the other night and not only did I get charged $30 more than what I should’ve, I’m highly allergic to onions and my first burger had onions, no problem, sent it back, then my waiter let me know that he was making sure the second wouldn’t have onions and the chef was being extra cautious. Since they were getting ready to close, I ordered my food to go and around 930 I got my burger and thought it would be okay since it was sent back the first time and I was assured multiple times there would be no onion. I was shocked when I got home and opened my burger only for there to be more onions on the burger than before. It’d be different if I wasn’t charged incorrectly or if it was a preference but it’s not. I’m ALLERGIC and was unable to eat anything. So I was charged over $80 for a burger I couldn’t eat and a pizza. Reached out to management and haven’t heard anything from anyone so that’s super awesome. Don’t recommend this location.

Hosted a party of 15 no problem, they were very attentive and made sure we were all happy with our meals. Highly recommend!

Visited this location on our way through the city. Our server was great! We had a good time at the restaurant and enjoyed the prime rib weekend special. There was so much food, that we couldn't finish it all. Highly recommend the Pizookie!
