I absolutely love Richard’s Small Engine Repair!!! The owner Richard is awesome and so are his employees. I only let them work on my equipment, and I have no complaints on their work. Have purchased several pieces of equipment from them over the last few years, have been completely satisfied with all of it!!!

Needed a repair done on my gas powered weed eater. He said he could order it and put it on for me, but it would be cheaper for me to order the part off Amazon and do it myself to save money. You know what? He was right. $15 as opposed to over $100. That’s honesty. Any man that owns a business and is looking to help his customers save money is a top notch businessman.

Great customer service. I went with 2 of my cousins to purchase my ride on and we were served bottle waters, they gave us hats and t shirts. They cleaned my ride on put gas in it and loaded it on to my truck. A coyple of months later they sent me a coffee mug and freshly bake cookies. You guys are great!!! I did a purchase with John Deere and they just gave me the keys and a bill. Smh.

Richard and his helper were great! They sold me a good product with the best industry warranty for a fair price during the pandemic when most places didn't even have mowers in stock. Further, they stand behind what they sell. He does what he does as a small business owner for the right reasons too. Thanks for everything! God bless you my friend!

Due to a little mishap, we needed to replace the motor in our riding lawn mower. The work was done quickly, well and at a surprisingly affordable price. The entire experience was professional and first rate.

Went there recently when I could not get anyone at Lowe's to wait on me regarding the way they had "fixed" lawn equipment purchased there. I am so glad I went to Richard's to get the work done - will continue to go there for great service and friendly people. Just knowing Richard's is there gives me peace of mind when everything I have purchased from Lowe's had had problems. Would highly recommend this business. Thanks to them I can get my yard under control.

Worked with me from start yo the end. I'd buy from you anytime. Mower us so fast and precision is perfect. Used to take 1.30 hr to cut my yard andnow it's 30 min.only have 6 hrs on mower and at this rate it be 2 months before first oil change.

Richard has great work ethics and is a general all around great person. I was having trouble trying to DIY fix my riding lawnmower. He gave me the part and walked me through how to fix it. Then I did something wrong and needed his assistance again. He went out of his way to come get my mower and work on it for me! Excellent customer service...this is what we need around here!!

Excellent communication they came picked my zero turning radius mower up went through the whole mower took care of everything at a great price and delivered it back on a day they were usually closed!! If that’s not excellent service I don’t know what is ! Keep up the great work!!
