Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

Receptionist "Robin" was rude and kept talking over me. I had questions about price and possible financing options. They will absolutely not discus price with you over the phone, not even a best to worst case price scenario. Robin said they would need test results and know the extent of the hearing loss before a price could be discussed. I told her I had test results from a specialist from another clinic but that wasn't good enough, it had to be from their specialist in their clinic. Not willing to work with me, I ended the call! I'll take my business elsewhere!

This is the worst run place and I wish I could give it a ZERO star.
