My generic doctor recommended Dr. Parikh when I needed more help. He had done surgery on her mom and dad. He does a good job with you and makes sure you understand the procedure and what is going on with your body. I am very satisfied with my surgery and the results.

I brought my son there to get a cast, everyone was very friendly with us and gentle with him. They went over everything so we would know what to expect! My experience was wonderful and I wound most definitely recommend them!

It has been a very positive experience going to see Dr. Parikh for my surgery. He does a good job and takes his time with you and explained everything that was going to happen. I had no problem with my surgery.

Dr. Parikh goes out of his way to speak to me and see how I'm doing. Even if I'm not seeing him that day, it is always nice to catch up with him. It makes my visits memorable even if it is just a hello.

Excellent staff, excellent service. They were quick at scheduling an appointment, diagnosis was what I expected and put a treatment plan in place. Very satisfied with the level of care and knowledge of the staff and physicians.

When we called to make an appointment we were able to get one for the next morning. We provided everything they needed to request for the reports from the referring urgent care. Well they didn’t bother doing this until we arrived for our appointment the next day. I also provided the X-rays that the urgent care put on a disc and told me to give that to them. The doctor swore the disc didn’t work which I know for a fact that it did because before we went to the appointment I popped that disc in my own computer. The X-rays show a fracture in the joint. It was even very clear for me to see. The paper work from the urgent care even had it written on there that there was a fracture in the joint. Dr. Parikh sat there and said there is no fracture so no treatment is needed. I begged him to look at the X-rays and he refused. Okay so we went to a second orthopedic doctor in Raleigh the same day. Guess what there were fractures in two joints!!! If you give this place a go please listen to your instincts and get a second opinion because that was very unprofessional. You can’t see a fracture from the surface!

I was sent to these people from the er where they told me i have a broken arm. Called ortho solutions to make an appointment, they said they couldn't take a referral from the er it has to come from a primary doctor. I then went to edgewater primary in lillington where they also said the arm was broken. So i called ortho solutions back and theyset my appointment for the afternoon but called the morning of saying that the doctor has a surgery at 1130 and they want me to come in now. I went, the doctor walked into the room smirked at me and took about 2 minutes to tell me I dont have a broken arm. Well it worried me and the fact that I felt he rushed my appointment. I went to get a second opinion at harnett ortho in lillington. There the doctor came in and explained what was going on and that I infact had a broken arm. He was awesome. This doctor treated me like a human unlike orthopedic solutions doctor. He told me my options and risks. I will NEVER return to orthopedic solutions for anything. So unprofessional. Only about the dollar not his patients. They are very lucky I didn't hurt myself further or they would have a malpractice lawsuit coming. Do Not take your family here as they won't care for them unless they are rich

I have to give it one star. Everyone here was wonderful except for Dr. Parikh!! When asking about my well being, rudely he told me "not to argue with him and to go get a second opinion". In which i stated "im only inquiring about my limb". Also after having to take leave because i was too hurt to preform and went without pay for months. Somehow Dr. Parikh Had wrote another note 2 months later saying im on restrictions but was dated a month earlier and i wasn't even present. After being called by my employer saying i was on light duty again i had to go inquire at the office myself. The receptionist was amazed and knew i never had another appointment since she last saw me. He didn't hurt me at all, only my perception of his work ethic. Kindness got me nowhere at this wonderful establishment. Depending on where your injury occurred or who referred you beware

Obviously other reviewers think it is okay to have to wait 30-60 mins BEFORE even being called back to a room, then having to wait 30 mins more for the dr to show up! Everytime I had an appt, they had an excuse for why it was taking so long, and the waiting area had 3 whole people!!! The Dr. I had was not good, he was always in a rush, interrupted me when I am trying to explain my feet issues and would cut me off, like he knows better than me how I feel. I diagnosed myself with arthritis on the first visit and this quack job said "arthritis was not a real thing" after Xrays, PT, and over $5,000 in bills, he told me it was arthritis. That is when my husband hit the roof and called them. What a joke doctors have become..greedy, rude, politician-like thieves with degrees that could be gotten from a cracker jack box!!

These ppl will not get one more penny from me, they wasted my time, money and did NOTHING for me what so ever, that I did not diagnose myself!

My daughter fell off her bike and we went to the emergency room, in turn they referred us to Orthopedic Solutions & Sports Medicine in Dunn. We saw Dr. Parikh there and he recommended that my daughter have surgery on her elbow because she damaged a growth plate there. The following day we went back to the hospital and he operated (or says he did) on her elbow to fix her growth plate. After the surgery he took x-rays of her elbow and looked at me and my wife and said that it looks a lot better and she will be back to normal in no time. When we went to check out, the lady at the front desk told us that he wanted us to go to Raleigh Orthopedic to have a specialist check it out to make sure everything is good. The following day we went to Raleigh Orthopedic and meet with the doctors. The doctors asked if Dr. Parikh did or attempted to do anything to her elbow and I told them about the surgery. Raleigh Orthopedic showed me the x-rays and explained that it is still damaged and it looks like Dr. Parikh did nothing. My daughter then had another surgery the following week and was finally able to fix her arm. Called Dr. Parikh and his excuse was that he tried to pop the bone back in place, but he never told us about that at the time. Since then, I have more medical bills because of this doctor; he should have just told us that he would have not been able to perform the surgery instead of wasting my time and money. I do not believe that I owe him anything since he lied to me and my wife and in turn has turned us into a collection agency for something he never did. If you need an Orthopedic doctor drive the extra 30 to 45 minutes and go to Raleigh Orthopedic, don't waste your time with Dr. Parikh

This place is a joke. They don’t care about older people at all. I took my mom there as a referal of Dr Mann. My mom didn’t even see a dr. Nurse or assistant whatever she was looked at my mom and just said there is nothing we can do for her. We were there because of a “trigger finger” and pain in her hand my mom wanted corrected. My mom said “Well can’t we ask dr “. She said well ill ask him as she was leading us out. I told her we are through here. This was a couple months ago. Anyway I took to Dr Edwards in Raleigh and told him how we were treated at Orthopedic Solutions. He gave her cortisone shots for the pain and she sees him in a few weeks for surgery on trigger finger.
I wouldn’t go to Orthopedic solutions for anything. Just remember we all get old and you may be the one that needs help one day and I hope you don’t get the same respect and treatment my mom received st this hole in the wall.

I was seen by this doctor once, he did knee surgery and then I never saw him again. His PA was a jerk and was more concerned that I used to word "hell" when I described the pain, she was not able to do her work because she was "a good, Christian woman". I told her that was fine, because I would like to talk to the doctor anyway. She refused to let me see him and refused to prescribe any pain medicine beyond the initial 7 day prescription. I continued to be in a lot of pain and frustration. I ended up going to Duke and the found that there was insufficient cartilage in my knee. which directly contradicted what Parikh's PA told me.

Staff was great and the doctor does not deserve to have a staff as good as them I went to the ER Monday night due to a for the ER said that clear the day on an X-ray you could see the broken wrist put my arm in a hard cast send me on my way I went to my primary care doctor and they as well said the same thing and then they sent me here was a referral I get here and the doctor tells me to rip the cast off there is nothing wrong he sees nothing and I am fine and I need to start using it and go back to work full time immediately while he is smirking and looking at me like I'm crazy because I'm in more pain now than I was to begin with because he's moving it and touching it and I take medicine that I cannot mix with narcotic pain medicine so it kind of made me feel like he was judging based off of that maybe I'm wrong I will admit if I am but I will stand by that until further told elsewise so then leaving there yesterday I go to another hospital they tell me the exact same thing they ask me why isn't my cast on and they put it right back on telling me do not take it off I go to another orthopedic surgeon today and they tell me that you can see it right there on the X-ray that they're going to wrap it back up tighter and to get the swelling to go down and check it again in 10 days I am not to take this cast off I am not to use this arm I am not even supposed to work at all I am supposed to elevate this arm use ice and not use it at all whatsoever so I have had for people that are in the medicine field tell me the exact same thing and this doctor here thankfully I did what I did because if not I would have heard it worse and it would have turned into a major lawsuit that nobody including myself wants to even deal with I just don't understand how when I call the office I'm told he's pretty on point with everything he does and it's very accurate when I have facts showing that a my situation he was not instead of admitting hey I might have messed up I get told a million excuses to why he is correct when he is not and I have facts to prove that he is wrong I have documentation and I have statements showing he is wrong for what he did and what he said and how he did it I've never felt so embarrassed and crazy in my life the way that he looked at me and smirks and rushed in there to rush out of there and when I asked him to put it back on he looked at me like I was crazy for even asking so I suggest highly if you are hurt do not go to this practice because you will not only deal with the same situation that I've seen on a couple other reviews as well but you'll have to deal with a lot worse because you're going to end up hurting yourself worse and then you're going to be mad and then you're going to have to deal with legal action to handle your bills that are more expensive than they should have been because of this doctor maybe he's good with certain things maybe he's good with certain people I have no idea all's I know is in my situation he did wrong and instead of being a human being and said hey I might have messed up or hey maybe that wasn't right I get no response from him and I'm told excuses to why he is right and he's the one point and what he does is correctly which is incorrect so we will see in 10 days if I'm having to do a lawsuit or not due to this awful situation that happened but the nurses and front desk were as nice as they could be and they deserve somebody who will make them shine with their great qualities they have instead of someone like this who ruins it for them when they have done nothing wrong he has

Great bunch of folks but extremely slow service. Twice we have had to wait over an hour to be called in and then another 30 minutes or more to be seen. I’m planning on asking our dr to refer us to a different place.
