I was looking to buy a car so we had C&C do a presale car inspection. They were extremely thorough and it was worth the money and save us thousands! I can’t say enough good things about them. Tyler was very helpful and I appreciate the guy who did the inspection(I didn’t get his name.) They took videos and explained the issues clearly. Thanks y’all!

They all do a great job explaining the repairs and why they needed to be done. I really like the detailed price breakdown that they provide so I actually know what I'm paying for. Overall, would totally recommend C&C Auto for anyone looking to get a repair donw or even basic car maintenance.

I love C&C. The employees always explain, in detail, what is necessary for me to get done on my car, or why they recommend a certain service. I never feel like I am being lied to or taken advantage of. They always make sure I know it’s my choice whether or not to get the service, without pressuring me. They are so kind and always do an amazing job. I never plan on using any other auto shop.

Without question best mechanic in the Triangle. Walked me through everything wrong with the car, along with sending photos of every issue and extremely detailed invoice showing where my money went. The guys there communicated well and often and worked very quickly. Very friendly service and would definitely recommend this place for anyone getting minor or major work done.

They have been so helpful and SO thorough! They provided a comprehensive report after they ran diagnostics on my car. Very helpful with making a plan to make sure all aspects of my car are attentively and safely handled. I am so glad I found them in Raleigh and will be continuing to use them going forward! As someone who is anxious about their car they have been so helpful and informative!

C&C auto always takes their time to make sure I'm a satisfied customer. I can bring my car in at any time and they will do their best to work it in. They call me and send me photos of what's going on with my car and then they give me an estimate. I've been dealing with them for some time now and I'll always choose them when it comes to my car.

I tremendously appreciate Tyler's knowledge and ability to translate (explain) everything in English that even I could understand. I love the clear description and images of what needs to be done right now and what can wait (and how long), and also appreciate being able to communicate via text so I can go back and review later and it is easy to add to on digital folder of work done on my car. Dave the service manager kept me informed about entire process of car repair, including sending me pictures. Answered all my questions. Friendly, knowledgeable and competent. There were no surprises when repairs were completed.

Been here twice, first time they managed to get my car in during a busy day without an appointment due to urgency with the car, the second they were kind enough to fix a minor problem without charging. Highly recommend for the kind staff that looks out for you and cheap prices

This place is fantastic. We've been taking our car here now for a while and they've been great to work with. They're responsive, willing to answer questions, and don't assume anything when it comes to maintenance or repairs without consulting us first. Glad we found these guys!

C&C is awesome! Fair prices for parts and labor and reliable staff. I really like that they have send a text link with a breakdown with description and pictures of what is wrong with your vehicle, and you can approve or decline the recommended services. You can also pay right through the link and pick up your car when convenient. I have a weird work schedule and they are always willing to accommodate. If you call, they can walk you through what would be the best option for your car. As a woman who isn’t very car savvy, I have never felt inferior or dumb when their staff explains what’s wrong with my vehicle. David, Scott, and the rest of the C&C team are great!

I always have a great experience here. The people I speak to are friendly, knowledgeable, and I never feel preyed on like can happen as a woman getting her car worked on. C&C makes it easy to get the help I need and I really appreciate it.

This shop rocks! Kyler, David and the test of the C&C team were excellent. We came in with a sudden, scary problem (without an appointment) and they were very responsive and helpful right from the start. They carefully and thoroughly analyzed everything, explained it to us very patiently and even gave us a loaner for a day. The car is now fixed and running better than ever and we will be customers for life!!!

Great experience! Check engine light went on with my sons Camry while we were out of town. I called C&C and they were able to quickly diagnose and work with me to get him in and triage. They also have a great online report with pictures and details on all checks and work they did.

Great auto repair shop. Easy to work with the customer service folks. The mechanics keep my cars in great shape through regular maintenance at reasonable cost.

Recently we brought our Jeep Liberty in because it suddenly died… C & C stayed in communication and corrected the issue quickly and affordably. We will be back!!!!
