Great company. Fast, reliable, professional, fair, and honest. James and his partner just installed a new furnace at my home. They came in one day to diagnose and evaluate the problem. Then the next day to install. They put a lot of attention and detail in their install and showed me everything as they completed the job. Just amazing work and results! Thank you James!

This company sent out 2 competent plumbers to clear a kitchen drain only to find out the pipes were corroded, installed improperly and needed to be replaced and the Shoddy work of the previous 'repair' corrected.
These 2 gentlemen worked very hard to correct the previous damage and installed all new parts and stayed to trouble shoot the repair until they were satisfied their work was perfect.
The men were courteous, able to explain clearly what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, how much it would cost and cleaned up the area afterward. I feel I received top service at a fair and solid price.

Trusted plumbing and heating is the absolute best!! We called them out around the holidays for what we thought was a minor fix. They came out same day and did a sewer scope. Turns out all of our concrete pipes were collapsed! Jim sent out his team to temporarily fix the problem for the holidays and within 1 week they came out and completely replaced all of our old concrete pipes! They are quick, efficient and so kind and caring! Forever grateful we found them. Will recommend over and over again!! Thanks guys!!

I was introduced to Trusted Plumbing when they were installing an automatic water shut off at my neighbors. I noticed their truck advertising sewer re-lining. I needed to have mine done but the two companies I received bids from sub contracted out the work and I didn’t feel comfortable with that and had postponed getting it done. Talking with the plumber at my neighbors he said they personally do the work. After reading the reviews and receiving a very competitive bid, they got the job. That was two years ago and they have now re-lined several of my neighbors homes who witnessed their efficiency and the amazing job putting my rockery back in place. They will continue to be my go to plumbers for my 100 year old home.

I had a leaking upstairs shower drain. Ally plumbing sent out Travis. He was upfront and quick with the the repair and pricing. He was very personable and honest, I was impressed with how fast he was able to replace my drain, and piping. I appreciated him explaining what the issue was and waking me through the repair. I will definitely use them again and I would recommend them in the future.

THE BEST PLUMBING COMPANY EVER!!! We have struggled for 20 years with a troubled main sewer line. It would back up every year and we have had some 12-15 different plumbers here to clean it out over the years. It took Trusted Plumbing to thoroughly assess the situation, prescribe the work to be done and then to do it with excellent service, attention and precision. Jim was the first on the scene and he removed an aged back flow check valve that was practically rusted shut. Jim then was able to run a video camera down the line and found two major breaks along with multiple sets of tree roots grown into the line. After clearing the obstructions Jim scheduled us for a main sewer line replacement with a new liner. David and Clint were out yesterday and completed the work in approximately 6 hours. It was an amazing process to witness and the efficiency of these two guys was impressive especially in a massive 3 hour downpour. I also want to say that the front office folks are easily the most helpful, courteous and knowledgable I've ever dealt with. All around, I am extremely thankful for these fine folks at Trusted Plumbing. I can now finally rest easy with a brand new perfectly installed sewer line. We give Trusted Plumbing and Heating our highest recommendation!

I just had Jim unplug an outdoor sewer line. He did a great job. He also backed the truck and trailer into an impossible location. He could not have been more friendly or patient with me.

Trusted Plumbing was great! They're working on 3 different projects for me so far, and have been very responsive in coming out and helping to assess what the problem was. They did an emergency hot water tank replacement, and had to jet the sewer line at the same time. They came back towards he end of the day to finish the job, and I appreciated that they came out on a Friday night! These guys were awesome.

Quality, down-to-earth outfit. I called Trusted for my kitchen sink which had been plumbed into the sump pit in my basement by a previous owner. I knew there was an old line the kitchen used to be on in the crawlspace but I had no idea what kind of condition it was in or what any other feasible option could be. After a couple of scoping attempts the guys were able to determine where the cast iron of the old line had rotted out and that ~10ft length of concrete pipe was also no good under my patio. All in all, it was probably about 15ft worth of new PVC they needed to put down and tie in at both ends to get the sink back on the old drain. They came out a couple days later and got all of the new pipe down, patched the concrete they had to cut for repair, and got all the dirt they dug up put back into place. All of their worked appeared to be of good quality, they left the patio spotless when they were finished, and were respectful of the property while working. All of the different folks who came to the job were friendly and answered all of my questions and let me watch a fair amount of the scoping they had to do. They charged me a fair price and I'm pretty happy with my new drain. Would highly recommend!
