Village Dental - Olde Raleigh

Natalie, Dr. Yoo, and Lacey went truly above and beyond to take care of my husband. This is now our third major procedure with Village Dental. My husband fell off a roof when he was younger and wasn't able to get sufficient aftercare, so he needed not only major reconstructive surgery, but extensive extractions, cavity filings/crowns, and root canals. My husband loves Village Dental so much we made the 14 hour drive from Michigan just to do his most recent procedure and not only did they manage to rearrange their entire schedules to see us a day early to ensure we didn't have to make a second drive, they called in favours to ensure crowns came in on time and ordered extra medication to minimize pain for him on the ride home. I cannot think of a kinder, more customer centric dentist facility and am confident that we'll be making the drive again for any future dental needs. Thank you Village Dental!!

Wow I really have nothing but good things to say about this place. Was wanting to find a dental office closer to my new place in Raleigh and I’m so glad I choose village dental. I’m not usually one to write reviews but they truly deserve one. They were extremely thorough with me during my new patient exam and I had my cleaning, filling and crown done less than a week later. I will say it is more on the expensive side compared to other dental offices but you truly get what you pay for. Dr wheeler did an amazing job and the entire staff made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Extremely professional group. I got emotional leaving my appointment today because of how much they restored my confidence in my teeth. Thank you guys!!!

Wow! Incredible. I am a very hard sell on healthcare (I’ve lost a ton of trust as I think most of us have in the states without company provided insurance and sometimes even with!) and they took care of my boyfriend so well, we are so happy and just shocked by the level of care. From start (free exam and X-rays) to finish (getting a generous deal due to a last min cancellation on their end and without my bf having any dental insurance, on getting 4 wisdom teeth removed with sedation). Natalie especially was incredible and instrumental in us choosing Village Dental Olde Raleigh for his long term dental care. He has even signed up for membership. We were so touched by the level of compassion, care, attention to detail, and thorough follow up Natalie displayed. Natalie and I texted extensively while sorting out the surgery and she was so patient in letting us have time to think and understand everything on our end. Finances were (and are) a huge role in all of this and she offered solutions like payment plans for that too.

Everyone at the front desk was so kind and helpful and the dental assistants as well.

Thank you so much, everyone! My bf who never thought he could ever afford dental surgery usually priced at thousands of dollars now can rest easy. I’m also now looking forward to getting some work done here and have an equally exceptional experience.

Had an excellent experience at Village Dental. It was the most stress-free and educational experience I've had with a dentist. They are using all of the newest technologies that make the experience very easy. Alexis was very friendly and professional as she did what was necessary to accommodate my time constraints.

Wow! What a wonderful experience. Luz at the olde Raleigh location especially made me feel comfortable for my first filling experience--she explained everything to me and explained minor delays (short-staffed day at the office) but I didn't even notice they were short-staffed because the customer service was so wonderful. Comfy warm blankets?? sunglasses instead of goggles? These are just details but they made it a fun experience.

I was there yesterday for a root canal and lots of fillings. The staff makes comfort a priority and had lots of patience and understanding with me when trying to figure out my dental insurance and the cost of everything. They do not pressure you into getting anything done that you cannot afford at the moment, and that means a lot to me. All of the work they did on me yesterday turned out great! Just have to go in for a permanent crown, but my husband and I never dread coming back to this location!

Village Dental Olde Raleigh is the place to go if you suffer from dental anxiety. I've received the best care and the best final results from this practice. Today's visit was as enjoyable as a a day at the spa! Dr. Yoo did a fantastic job and Luz made me feel relaxed and more importantly made me feel special. It's amazing what the team here can do. I highly recommend them!!

I recently had the pleasure, if a visit to a dentist can ever be called pleasure, of visiting Village Dental. I needed to have my wisdom teeth extracted. With Village Dental, the process was a breeze. My experience was exceptional. Since I was in some pain, they put me on standby for the afternoon, but also gave me a definite appointment for early next morning. From start to finish, the Village Dental team made sure I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the process.

The staff were friendly, professional, and provided me with detailed information on the procedure. The procedure itself was conducted with great care and precision, and the dentist ensured that I was completely comfortable and pain-free throughout. The extraction was quick and efficient, and I was able to leave the office in reasonable time, no fuss. The staff provided me with a comprehensive care plan to follow post-extraction and sent me a follow up email about it.

Overall, I highly recommend Village Dental for anyone who needs wisdom teeth extraction, or any other dental work. They have an incredibly skilled and caring team who will ensure that you receive the best possible care. Dr. Chris Martin is a dental virtuoso, and his entire staff, in my case Dr. Jacob Hyer, is highly reflective of this.

Stephanie was an excellent assistant!!! I have terrible anxiety about coming to the dentist & she made me feel comfortable & calm as soon as I sat in the chair. She even made me laugh!! Mary was my hygienist & did an excellent job talking me though my cleaning!! MANY THANKS to both ladies for a good experience!!! :-)

Sedation seemed a great way to deal with my cavities since I had a few and get anxious just thinking about sitting in that chair. That may have gotten me in he door but it’s not why I keep coming back. When I broke my tooth they took me in the same day. When I thought it was too expensive they helped me work it out. Mostly though, I’ve been to dentists that almost shame you for anything but perfection and their friendly staff has never made me feel anything but comfortable and welcome. Stop by and their staff will all smile at you while working on yours!

Village Dental is great. For a dentist I had a Fantastic experience. Hayes the dental technician was such a sweet young lady. Dr. Z is the BOMB. I also spoke with Natalie. I would highly recommend this office located on Edward Mills Road. I had two front teeth extracted with very little pain. Dr. Z was such a sweetheart and has the best personality I have ever had in a dentist. I would just love to just hang out with them, they made me feel so comfortable.

I have been going to Dr. Martin and his team for almost 20 years, today, I went back to get a crown on the very capable hands of Dr. Wheeler, she was very caring and attending to my needs. New to the state suffer from dental phobia , historically have never had a good dental experience Until I met Dr Yoo and her dental assistant Luz. Pain free dentistry . Sensitive to my irrational fears , providing great care in a calming environment.

I had a Root canal and a cap put on and two cleanings since. It is always a pleasant experience and the staff is awesome. Stephanie was really nice and made me laugh even while they were grinding my new cap down. Would recommend!

I am 64-years old patient of Village Dental since March 2017. First, I came to the clinic with worn out bridges and 14 bad teeth in my mouse. After careful review of X-rays and diagnostic, Dr. Martin and I decided to go for a best solution in my situation - Teeth-in-a-Day (All-on-Four) procedure. The price was very affordable. Few days after, I came to Village Dental for a procedure. They put me under general anesthesia. While I slept, 14-teeth were extracted, 10 - implants and both, upper and lower acrylic dentures, were installed. Dr. Martin installed 2-extra, 10-total implants for the price of 8! When I woke up, I could not recognize myself in the mirror. I had full mouth of white teeth and beautiful smile. That’s all in ONE DAY! It was totally painless. Seven months later, after healing, my dentures were replaced with snap on removable dentures and I was very happy with it. In two years, I asked Dr. Chris Martin, if we can upgrade my dentures with Zirconia Fixed Bridges (new technology). He was so kind and agreed to go for it. After four short pleasant appointments in April 2020, I’ve got, what I dreamed of. Brilliant white, Zirconia Fixed Bridges, upper and lower, on 5-implants each. It feels now, like 40-years ago, when I was young. I can’t thank enough Doctor Chris Martin and Kristy Dotter, who were with me from day one till now. They changed my life, not just look!!! Also, I appreciate all team of Village Dental for their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge of what they are doing. If you look for any kind of dental works, don’t look any further. IT’s VILLAGE DENTAL!!! Just give them a call and they will take care of the rest: make you HAPPY, like me!

I was most recently cared for by Luz who made the experience much more comfortable by explaining everything that would happen, showing tremendous compassion, and connecting me with the MDs and other staff throughout the process. If you need dental care, Luz and the team there will supercede your expectations.

Tapanga was amazing! From the beginning they let me know all my options for financing and really made the decision for choosing a provider easy! Their level of service definitely contributed to my choice to having my family member receive care from their facility. Thank you!
