Once we decided to relocate to Wake Forest we looked to partner with a real estate professional who truly knew the local market and understood our goals. Mike Ponsolle was our first, and as it turned out, our only choice. From the jump, we knew Mike was knowledgeable, professional and reliable. Mike focused his property searches strictly on our parameters. With us being located hours from Wake Forest, Mike knew we had neither the time nor interest in reviewing properties unlikely to meet our needs. It took some time, but we did find just the right house, and Mike was by our side from start to finish. Well, he’s not just trying to be the best, he IS the best. When my husband and I decided to buy land for a future home in the Raleigh area, we didn’t realize how difficult it would be to find a piece of land that fit our wants and needs. Mike was there every step of the way providing his guidance, knowledge, and expertise. His quick response to emails, calls, and texts was exceptional. After the closing, Mike told us if we have any questions or need advice when it’s time to build, to let him know. The sale was done, but his genuine care for his clients continues.

Mike is consummate professional Realtor! Mike had to put up with me for over a year. He found us the right place and went through the whole build standing toe to toe with us.
