Joey texted to let me know he was running ahead of schedule. He resolved my garage door issue and answered questions I had about my doorbell camera. I upgraded my doorbell camera based on his recommendation. Highly recommend Vector Security. Have been pleased with their service for quite a number of years.

I had a great experience during my Vector Security service call. Joey called to let me know he was enroute and arrived on time in a nice company vehicle. He was friendly and pleasant to talk to and he explained everything he was doing to my kitchen monitor (which needed the service). and even serviced my other monitors and updated my signage! Vector's service fee was very affordable and actually saved me money. And as for going above and beyond, Joey gave me some great gardening and Christmas tree advice! I hope I don't have any problems with my system, but if I do. I know Vecror can handle them, and I would definitely ask for Joey!

Prior to Vector Security installing our system several years ago, we had used a couple of different security companies. I would NEVER use any other company again. Our Vector system gives us total peace of mind and their technicians (especially Joey) are top notch and quickly resolve any issues. I would give Vector 100 stars if I could!

Your technician named Dexter Wurbell, I believe the last name is, but positive of the first. His presence is outstanding, workmanship is impeccable, and as a representative of your company I don't think you could ask for better. He arrived at the time he said, quickly introduced himself, stated the nature of his visit and directly went to work. Dexter took the time to explain each step of the process and why he was doing what he was doing. At one of the doors one of the contacts was out of alignment, and he didn't hesitate to correct that problem. It didn't take long for me to see that he was a professional with years of experience, and when I asked how long he had been in the business, his response beared out my belief. He did a thorough job, took the time to adequately check the entire system and made sure it was performing optimum before leaving. He made the process easy and enjoyable. Great guy!!!

Dexter Burrell visited my home on Feb 8th to replace the panel battery. He was the most polite and knowledgeable rep that I have met. He did all the required tests in a professional way. Vector should praise Dexter for his excellent workmanship.

Mr. Burwell was courteous and friendly, my dog Max liked him too! He changed my doorbell camera and took the time to fix everything and showed me how to manage the app. I'm very happy with the service I received today! Thank you

The service technician was extremely knowledgeable, personable, fast, friendly and efficient. He is a most valuable asset and reflects great credit on the entire Vector organization.

Like so many companies, post Covid, it is still challenging to get through to a service representative. Once the wait is over the people are constantly pleasant and helpful. I was able to schedule service quickly. Service was scheduled within a four hour window, received a call from the tech when he was on his way. The tech was personable, professional and replaced the faulty contact. Afterwards he thoroughly checked all the contacts and system prior to packing up

Was having issues with my garage door closing thru my Vector App. Technician came out and replaced the receiving and sending units. Working fine now thanks to the technician which was knowledgeable and courteous on solving the issue. Thanks for a job well done.
