It's been a while since I've been to Kentucky Fried Chicken and WOW! what a pleasant surprise!

I got the Spicy Chicken Sandwich with Mashed Potatoes. It wasn't the spiciest chicken sandwich I've had but overall it was one of the best chicken sandwiches. Nice size piece of chicken, cooked perfectly - still hot and juicy. The mashed potatoes were delicious - I've always liked KFC's mashed potatoes. The biscuits and checked tenders were also cooked perfectly and we're tasty.

The staff was friendly and helpful.

I'll definitely be back!

What a change since 5 months ago! Is it because of the new faces? The drive thru server was very nice and prompt! I was there on 4/11/24 around 1pm. I'm impressed. My chicken was hot and very good. I can tell the grease was clean. Hats off to the chef!!! Chicken was rated as 100%

Food was amazing at this KFC location and the customer service was amazing as well. Far better than what I ever expected from my fast food restaurant. The gentleman that took care of us was extremely friendly and polite and with every customer that came in he always had a smile on his face. So inviting! Will definitely be coming back here

Food here is just ok. Consistency is not there. Chicken strips were somewhat tough and small and medium size. Service was great. Employees were very kind which added a star to this review.

I love how the manager Chelsea had everything in order it was the cleanest KFC I have been to from New Jersey to North Carolina and the food was the best I just wish I can give a 10 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ will be going back even if it is an hour away

Went thru drive thru. Wanted to try their new wraps. Service was great. Person at window was nice and patient with me. However, I'm not crazy over their wraps.

As for the food, it's just typical KFC. But during this time with most places being understaffed and not able to hire decent workers they are doing exceptionally well with hiring and training. I come to this KFC often as it's one of the few places I can go to when I get a lunch break and they are close by. They have yet to get my order wrong and they have given me EXTREMELY FRIENDLY SERVICE! They seem very welcoming and they are really nice to be around. You don't usually see that from fast food, (most KFC included) but they are doing something right!

This place is normally packed! There was nobody inside, so we got our food fast and no line.. Always fresh.

Terrible experience here I was a regular up until last Friday, I understand sometimes you can get charged for extra sauce if asking for too many, I got a 2piece, asked for 2 sauce an got attitude cause I questioned why sauce is 40 cent a piece for a lil container...best believe I will not be returning 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

For some reason I didn't want pizza and I guess the Colonel's latest ad blitz for his $5 fill up meals had planted the seed for trying some KFC chicken again. I usually do Bojangles but I just wasn't in the mood for all the spiciness of their chicken. KFC is generally good food, but the Wake Forest KFC had treated me so bad the last time I was there that I had not been to any KFC in over 5 years! The last time I went to this location, all I got was bad attitude, cold food and a screwed up order. I told myself that they would never get another dime of my money or my patronage.

Well after sharing all about my previous disappointment experienced years ago, I am glad to report that my latest visit was the total opposite of the previous one. I arrived about 20 minutes before their closing time of 9pm. A few other patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves as I entered the dining room. I promptly greeted also the front counter. I had a couple of questions about ordering and they were answered nicely with no bad attitude. I placed my order and was told that if I wanted a large order of potato wedges, it would take about 4 minutes to cook because there were not enough on the line to fill the order. I said, no problem, they are best when hot and fresh so I don't mind waiting. I used the restroom, came out and received my order fresh, hot and correct and in the amount of time I was quoted.

I work in food service and it can be a thankless job. I wanted to take the time to relate my good experience with the Wake Forest KFC to others because even 20 minutes before closing and after ordering something that had to be specially cooked, I got GREAT timely service, GOOD food and ZERO bad attitude. So hats off to the local Liuhn owned KFC franchise here in Wake Forest. Your team in the restaurant got it right and you just may have redeemed yourselves and won back a customer because of the great service and good product. Thank you.

I won't comment on the food because the KFC brand is pretty consistent when it comes to chicken, however; the staff can vary depending on where you go. The staff at this location was nothing short of amazing!! they were attentive, pleasant and full of smiles. They turned an ordinary visit into a memorable experience!

For the only KFC in the Wake Forest area, this one is worth a visit to get your KFC craving satisfied. You might wait a few minutes in the drive thru but that's okay. I've ordered here for years and they've never got my order wrong.

Here visiting in wake forest nc. After stopping to get food, my quick stop at KFC was a great experience. The Mgr Tiffany was hilarious, the energy was awesome for a fast food spot. Her team was rapid with preparing order, the young lady diamond was very knowledgeable of menu giving me best buy for my bucks, this is a great place to stop.

They have thefast service that I experienced in any KFC. Like 20 seconds between the payment and the dispatch.

Food always hot and fresh
Staff doing a excellent job,especially in these times of short staffing.
Keep in mind many businesses are short staffed

Their service was quick. they are not the most professional & Friendly. But is KFC what more can you expect.

I went through the drive-thru here as most places you would staysafe personally I like the crispy chicken here better than Bojangles
