Kirkland CrossFit

I have been doing CrossFit for 13+ years and been to a lot of CrossFit gyms and this place reminds me of the old school community feel that makes being apart of a CrossFit gym so special. They have been so welcoming and allowed me to participate in the open and quarterfinals. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and space is everything you could possibly need. In addition, I have had my 5 month old with me and they have helped take care of him so I could compete. This place has gone above and beyond to make a special experience for me when I have come. I have been somewhat disheartened by CrossFit gyms of recent, but this place reminds me of what makes going to a gym so special. I just wish I lived closer so I could come everyday!

After 2.5 months of travelling around the US (from Australia) we dropped into several CrossFit gyms. None were as accommodating as Kirkland, it was challenging but coaches were fun as well as educational. A good work out with good people is what a CrossFit gym
should be. We are rocking our Kirkland CrossFit gear here back in Melbourne, even though people think we got the gear from Costco! Thanks for having us.

I strongly recommend Kirkland CrossFit. Coaches are really nice and are focused on providing personalized tips during group classes. What I value the most about this gym is that all levels/skills are welcomed and that the community is super supportive.

Great gym with an awesome covered outdoor space. We came as a group and the owner was great about providing options and working with us despite our different levels. Workout was awesome and the owner is incredibly rad and kind! Looking forward to coming back!

So glad that I joined crossfit. Their weight training session is such fun and pushes you to do better in each iterations. Coaches here are always alert and immediately fix your postures and help you whenever needed. Highly recommended place for people who are looking to build a fitness regime. Try once and then decide. ☺☺

I am writing this review after my one month of class. This is the best gym guys.. believe me. I am doing weight lifting 🏋‍♀ first time , and every instructor is here.. will correct your forms. Especially Jason and Jamie are may favourites 😊

Kirkland CrossFit checks all the boxes. Great facility, great equipment, great coaches, and most importantly, great community and environment. Perfect for CrossFitters at any level. From newbie to season crossfitter, they tailor the programs to your skill level. The community they’ve built is incredible as well. The owners, coaches, and members are all very welcoming and motivating. Highly recommend to anyone considering signing up!

Awesome community gym and great coaches! It has a great mix of exercises and weight training with different focus every day.
Members are friendly with all ages that work hard and keep everybody motivated. You can go at your on pace and modify exercise if needed. Everything is clean and organized.

We are new members at Kirkland Crossft and super happy with the quality of coaches, owner and programming. Kirkland CrossFit made the decision to sign up for a membership really easy! Now we wish getting back in shape was that easy!

Kirkland CrossFit is an amazing gym with amazing coaches! After a long break from CrossFit I recently joined KCF, and I am glad I chose them over my former gym. The coaches (Jamie, Erica, Lenore, Jason), do a great job challenging you but are also a lot of fun and just all around great people. The members are all very welcoming and encouraging too! The only regrets I have is not joining sooner.

Any limits you THINK you have in age, body type, skill level, or athletic knowledge will all melt away once you get started with CrossFit and the crew at Kirkland CrossFit. For every workout there is always a well explained scaled version or modification alongside the RX so this community can work as one. And that’s how it feels - everyone rooting for one another to do their best and to get better, stronger, and more mobile. Great coaches, kind and dedicated athlete members and a well run ship!

We were in town for a business conference, Kirkland Crossfit hosted an early morning team building WOD. Great location, great coaching, great workout! Can't wait for the next one!

I joined Kirkland CrossFit just a month ago and I'm already blown away by how great this gym is. The coaches are great, they're knowledgeable and supportive. The community is awesome too, everyone is friendly and welcoming. I'm so happy I decided to join Kirkland CrossFit and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a positive and challenging workout experience.

Just try it. As a newbie, the thought of entering a CrossFit gym was intimidating, but that was just a thought and it didn’t last long once I talked with the owner, Jamie.

The coaches and members are all incredibly welcoming and supportive (even at 5:30am 😉), the workouts are challenging but mods are always available, coaches are positive, sticklers for proper form (nobody wants injuries), and there is good cleaning protocols in place.

If you’re looking for a new challenge or a positive environment/community, this is the place to be!

Great workouts, awesome coaches and one of the cleanest boxes I have ever been to. I did some drop on classes and they were so welcoming!
