Over to family. The trust is there, the sincerity is there to manage things in a
Way that I was comfortable with. I have all single family homes and although Walk2State can rock some college housing, they can also pivot to SFH and accomodate that demographic beautifully. One last thing, Matt seems to have a motto to give a home to a tenant in the condition that he wants it back! Fair is fair. I have never had a single complaint from a tenant that there needs or issues were not addressed quickly and completely. If that is the kind of management firm you are looking for,,, look no further.

This group has been amazing! Anytime I had any problems I would email them or log onto the portal and they would get it taken care of right away. Walk to State is a very good property manager. They are responsive and on top of things for renters and appear to handle landlord issues well. Ms. Popa in particular is calm, timely and spot on with her descriptions. That helps for video tours if an IRL tour is not possible. A pleasure to work with!

We lived on Vanderbilt Ave.for two years, great location and affordable price. Had an AC issue twice, but the maintenance people took care of it in a timely manner.

I had leased this apartment property for a year. It is super affordable and has an apt location. All the food chains and supermarkets nearby. Even the North Campus of NC State University is a 5 minute ride on the bus.
