Excellent service. They keep you informed of what’s happening to your vehicle and any additional items or concerns they find. They make recommendations for your next visit. And they tell you upfront what all the costs are before anything happens. They even tell you the costs of your recommendations as well. I mean it really doesn’t get much better than that. Open book. I truly appreciate that.

These guys are awesome, I’ve been in 3 times now, first for a nail in my tire, second for new rims and then a follow up for a part on my rims. They are always nice, quick, and explain everything. I’ve never felt like they try and add on charges like some mechanics do. And they have been polite enough to answer all the questions I have about my car and the service. This has nothing to do with the actual service they do but they advertise an app and discounts but after 3-4 days of trying to get it to work the app will not function or load. So I wouldn’t recommend using that. Also i have only ever taken a vehicle into the apex location so.

Very kind workers. They stayed open late to get my oil change in. They seem honest and transparent about any issues they find with your car. Price seemed fair too.
I used to take my car to Firestone but I’m switching to this business.

After going to a local tire shop near me, I had a hard time finding a place that would perform an alignment on my Tesla Model 3. Though this place was out of the way, they did a great job with my vehicle.

Becca walked me through everything. They were very courteous and kept me informed through my entire service visit. The concierge driver, Country, also drove me to Holly Springs to run a few errands while I waited for my car to finished being services.

I needed 2 new tires but don’t know anything about cars. I didn’t know if I need 2, 4 or rotation? So I called and spoke with Becca right at 4:00 (which is when they close). She stayed on the phone with me and I never felt rushed, she answered all of my questions and helped me get the process started. When it was time to drop off the car David helped me figure out how many tires I needed, found those tires and was able to get the tires I wanted for a great competitive price as well completed within 9 hours. Now I can walk home from there location but they were very upfront about the timeline. My last expletive at another tire place they never gave me a time line and I was sitting there all day long I love this places customer service, their honesty and their prices. If you are in the apex area. Please visit these guys. It was one of the best car experiences I have ever had. And we ALL know that is some what rare.

Fast , courteous, always so friendly, and even offer some things for free that are quick and easy for them. (Had a repeatedly low tire and they checked it twice and did a little fix). Will definitely use them in the future for tires!! They earned our trust because they could have just said it was a bad tire, but it was in fact fixable and they fixed it :)

Saw the favorable comments and gave Chapel Hill on Laura Duncan a try. Had an awesome experience. My two right tires were giving me trouble. After dealing with this long-term and seeing two other businesses who couldn't help. They advised to replace the four, it was time to let go. Was advised to use Michelin AWs. It's made a huge difference in the performance and road noise . Service was quick, everyone was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely be back with our vehicles.

Chapel Hill Tire Apex really looked out for me when installing wheels and tires on my truck. I had to leave for a trip, they got me in first and out first to get me on my way. They are also take care of my other maintenance items on the truck. I’ve also used Chapel Hill Tire in Raleigh, but the Apex one is my favorite.

The best friendly service ever for this old lady. From moment of entering the greeting was giving by a beautiful young lady welcoming and offering what service could they do for me . Was quick and reassuring a quick attention to the need which it was! Ending by a youngman who made everything end with a green light and all set to go ! Great first and second experience. Dave was knowledgeable, transparent and prompt in communications. Had 4 new tires and batttery installed on my wife’s SUV, and just had 4 AT tires installed on my Jeep. Both vehicles riding and driving great. Will use them again.

Brian has been an older brother to be since relocating to NC in 2010. I left my younger brother and daddy the mechanics in PA and never learned to GO to a garage without being taking advantage of. The care professionalism and family feel enable me to pour lots of love prayers blessings and money into this business. We now have 5 drivers and 5 cars and each quarter are able to get our oil changed complimentary because CHT recognizes public school employees money should GO FURTHER, if any of our cars need serviced I get an itemized detailed report with respect to the budget and sense of urgency. I have never hesitated to have any work done. They have provided full service details to get my nanny mobile back to tip top service and I’ve always used them for my pre purchase inspections. The TEAM allows for my buy with confidence knowing the car I may buy is NOT a bad purchase for my investment dollar. I send lots of business their way I am grateful for the many locations. I choose Apex. I am shuttled home or to my many appointments. I love to wait. Talk with the other community members. Once a high school student was in to do a shadow to see if garage work was a profession worth pursuing. My daddy has gone to be with THE LORD since I’ve moved to NC. I have had my Subaru Outback serviced at the dealership for the past 8 years, and have never had a welcoming feeling and feel like they take an excessive amount of time to complete minor service. This was my first time working with Chapel Hill Tire (Apex location), and they were very friendly and had my car back to me in 45 min. I had a tire rotation and oil change, which normally takes over 2 hours at the Subaru dealership. I will be going back to Chapel Hill Tire with my other car.
I have since been back twice to Chapel Hill Tire and they are friendly and accommodating to my schedule. They are now my primary auto service for both cars and I only wish that I had been taking the cars to them sooner. Thank you for the great customer service!

The one in Apex is the best mechanic/tire shop I’ve been to. I do a lot of work on my own vehicles if I can, but often I’ll go to Chapel Hill in Apex because I trust their diagnostics and the front desk team is extremely helpful and supportive. Called for an Alignment on my Dodge Ram 1500 Truck with 33" tires, were able to get me in same day! They shuttled me to a local coffee shop in downtown Apex which was awesome!

Always great service. Went twice for tires. Turnaround time is amazing and they send you reports with other possible tuneups and severity without pressuring you to get them done at the moment. Great service.
