Panera Bread

Second time in a row I get home with two almost $40 sandwiches that are nothing like the caprese green goddess chicken melt. This is unacceptable.I have emailed customer care regarding this ongoing problem. The food I got wasn't even what I ordered. Shameful- ****updated review*****They seem to have gotten a new management and team. The orders come out great and customer service has most definitely come a long way. Keep up the good work folks!

This location is super clean and super friendly staff!! Salads and sandwiches are always fresh and clean!! Highly recommending this location.

We have been Panera regulars for years now, and noticed a gradual decline at this location. We recently revisited and were surprised with the turnaround we seemed to notice- the new GM Chris was seen happily interacting with customers and bussing tables, and we noticed a clear improvement in customer service, attention to detail, and overall quality of food. We are so thrilled to see Panera filled with customers again and run by a new manager who is bringing life back to this business!

Met for a quiet place to just talk with a friend. We didn't order food but just wanted 2 ice teas. They did not charge us for the drinks. Had a nice visit with no interruptions. Great place and the food is always delicious. Thanks Panera.

The first time I went in, no one could find my order 930am & told me I was at the wrong store. So I left continued on my way. I came back 2ish and had a super nice young man who helped me. Got my bday freebie a Pecan Twist right away, hot n fresh. He apologized and thanked me for coming in. Promenade Carolina reserve

I love Panera! Fresh crisp salads, wonderful soups, great bread! Not the cheapest place around, but the quality makes it worthwhile.

I was very impressed with this Panera. It has a very good feel to it. The decor is bright and neutral. (Yes I was the crazy woman taking pictures of the light fixtures with my iPad, ha!)

Judy, who took my order, was very patient when my Panera Card wouldn’t read and she had to reset it four times. I liked that it was asked if my daughter wanted the apple whole or sliced as her side. Her grilled cheese could have been a little more ‘grilled’ but she still liked it. The half modern quinoa salad came out well portioned!

Very clean including the very pretty bathroom. I will stop here again!

Never been to Panera before so we figured we'd stop in for a quick bite. I had no idea that they had a breakfast menu, bagels and all of those amazing pastries and desserts. I always thought Panera was just another sandwich shop. I was pleasantly surprised
Our only problem, the coffee (we both had the lite roast) was way too strong. Maybe somebody got the coffee mixed up when brewing? Believe me, it didn't ruin our meal or our experience. We look forward to coming back and trying all the other menu items and pastries.

Very clean and well-run establishment. Super nice service! The food was delicious and there were excellent portions!

One of my favorite lunch spots. They have the best French onion and I love the pick 2 options for variety. My daughter swears they have the best Mac n cheese and I have to agree, it is yummy!

Just wanted to share about my positive experiences at this Panera. The manager Duane is very kind and welcoming. I come to this location to do work a couple of days a week and it is always a good experience. Thanks to all the employees who keep the place clean and coffee full!

Coming from out of town, I had to stop in at my favorite spot to get something to eat. I was starving. The service was AWESOME!!! The food as ALWAYS was great. But I had one young lady that stuck out. She treated my family and myself so nice. The staff would be the reason I would recommend this location, but she would be the reason I come back. Her customer service was above and beyond. I know I probably should not put her name out there, but I hope her manager/supervisor sees this and recognizes all their wonderful employees they have. The one that treated us with the great service, her name was Jasmin.

The best Panera around!! Their food is always great and the staff are all so sweet. I went through the drive through a couple months ago back to back after I went through once and got a half a sandwich and ended up wanting the other half it was so good (6 months pregnant) so we went back through and told them they made it so good I wanted to order another half being pregnant and all and they added in a surprise brownie and chips for me! It made my whole day and was the sweetest thing and I haven’t forgot it since. Recommend this location over and over!

Had a great experience here! Quick service and they greeted me with a smile even though it was less than an hour before closing. They even took my weird request for my food. The place was also clean and I really enjoy the modern look and the atmosphere of it compared to other Paneras. Also the music was definitely a welcome surprise, relaxing but also didn’t put me to sleep. Will definitely be back

Came here with my mother in law and Jessica and Mel helped us. They were very knowledgeable and super nice. Panera really lucked out with hiring them :)

This Panera got me, usually I drove right past and go to Taco Bell but I’m so glad I didn’t today. Olivia is the bomb she’s got great customer service skills and a caring heart; she deserves a raise no doubt. Store was immaculate, all around wonderful place and experience. I will be returning!!

Love any Panera location...Selection is large and service is always good. The Chicken and Wild Rice Soup was my choice with Turkey Sandwich..I love the baguette that is served with the soup! The new location in Sun City is really nice.
