Very, very nice selection ( actually its quite phenomena),and experience first time in. Just moved down to the Walnut Creek Community if you will, just a few miles past Carolina Commons plaza.
For some reason I wanted to try some Scotch, and also taste and learn a few things about it. And no I am not trying to be funny lol
As I entered, it had a very calm and clean atmosphere feel to it. Went over to the section as mentioned above and I was like WoW!!!
Now I ran a few Wine & Liquor businesses in my mid 20's ( Now 38) so I had some knowledge of what's in front of me but was surprised that, and as far as I knew, they had some really top notch stuff.
I looked over the whole display because literally every bottle I wanted to read and take home Hahaha. I asked the gentleman about a couple bottles and he recommended the,
Glenlivet Scotch Single Malt 14 Year Aged in Cognac Cask.
I said, Sold! $64.
I believe he said he was the Owner, but regardless, he very nice and polite, so Thank You.
And how did it taste your wondering?!
** It tastes ..... Really Really Good **
I'm going to the Glenlivet Aged 15 years next, and then up to the special one. Stay tuned 🤫🙏🥃👌
