This was our first time dealing with victory property management
Our point of contact was Amber Reavis, she was an absolute nightmare she is very rude and unprofessional, If you rent with this company please ask for someone else to look over your property
With all the issues my family and I had we escalated this manner with the manager she was very sympathetic and kind. We wish we reached out sooner. With that being said we were appointed a new point of contact named Ashley Jones ! What a beautiful human being ! She’s been a pleasure to deal with

We couldn’t be happier with the experience we’ve had with MoveZen. Our agent, Cat, has been wonderful and made the entire rental process a breeze. Easily the best rental company we’ve had.

This is our first time using Victory Property Management. So far we have had an amazing experience with Cat, our account manager! We had to find a place quickly and Cat did everything she could to make sure all of our paperwork was taken care of and processed in 3 days! She worked quickly and the process was completely stress-free. She was very detailed and provided us with everything we needed for a successful move. We highly recommend her. We are looking forward to working with her and Victory Property Management during the duration of our lease.

Our account manager, Cat, has been fantastic so far. She and Victory have been great about communicating deadlines and getting us the documents that we need. Cat has also been extremely responsive whenever we've reached out to her and made the viewing, application, and move in process simple. Looking forward to continuing to work with them!

-Update: Cat has continued to be fantastic this whole year. Communication has continued to be smooth and when we had a leak coming from one toilet, Cat worked with us quickly and had a plumber out the next day. Trying to stay with Victory if they have a property coming up for my next lease!

I cannot say enough great things about Cat Worlds - her work ethic and professional attitude is incredible! I transferred my property to Victory in February and between her and Ralph, I have felt so comfortable and taken care of! She is very great with communication and keeping me updated consistently for showings, applicants, and even offered suggestions to help improve the property. Over the weekend, we ran into an issue with the water heater and it flooded the house. Thankfully, none of the tenant's belongings were harmed and Cat called me immediately with an update and she already had a plan in place to take care of it.

Cat Worlds is the best. She has managed my property on two different occasions and did an outstanding job each time. She has a pleasant demeanor and a positive "can do" attitude. She has the best interest of the homeowner in mind and makes suggestions that are in the best interest of the client she serves. Cat communicates effectively and constantly kept me informed on everything concerning my property. She took over the management of my empty property and had it rented for top dollar within 3 weeks. Being an out of state homeowner it gave me a sense of comfort knowing Cat was working her magic. I hope Victory Property Management appreciates her as much as I do. Amber has been a very good property manager for our rental home . She is good at finding tenants quickly--she starts searching 4 months before the lease is up to minimize the time looking. She takes good care of the house with repairs done on time and with a small budget.

This is my second time renting through Victory. Because I had them before, I knew that I wanted to go through them again when it was time for a move. Obviously, I would highly recommend them! Cat Worlds is a wonderful agent, and all of her colleagues that I have dealt with have also been great. Cat is super responsive in helping with any property issues, and maintenance is carried out quickly and correctly. It is nice to have someone negotiating between the tenants and owner to make decisions with the best outcome for everyone - the owner and tenants both enjoy the benefit of a well-maintained property. Coming back to Victory was like coming home!

I am extremely pleased with my experience with Victory Property Management so far. When I sought them out, I was excited to see how clear, direct, and thorough they are in their messaging to property owners and in their boundary-setting. This is refreshing to see in a property management company to say the least. The rental comps I received were fair and clearly a result of professional expertise and current market knowledge and their fee is nominal for the services they provide. The best part though has been working with Cat. She is incredibly responsive, professional, helpful, and kind. She’s also a queen for getting my house rented within a day of it being on the market! I’m really looking forward to continuing to work with Cat, Josie, and the rest of Victory in my real estate investing endeavors.

Cat at Victory Property Management is the best!
My husband and I recently rented a property that they were leasing and Cat was just so amazing through the entire process! From setting up a showing time that worked around my work schedule, to helping with the back and forth of the application process and also helping to answer any of our questions and concerns. Cat made the process so easy and stress free. Cat was always a joy to speak with over the phone and through email, you can definitely tell how passionate she is about her job just by speaking with her.

This was the first house my friend and I signed a lease at (former apartment renters) and we worked with Cat Worlds. Cat was so friendly and did not urge us into any quick decisions. We relocated from Aruba and had Cat help us find a house to rent. She went out of her way to help us since we were not there to go around looking at houses. She did an outstanding job getting things taken care of and was very efficient. Once we moved in she came by to meet us and was exactly how we thought she would be, very nice and friendly! We would use her in the future if we decide to move. But in our opinion she did such a great job finding this house for us we might be staying here for awhile!
