Roy helped my husband and I pick out a bed. He was very attentive and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to our needs and connect us with a product we are excited about. He was a pleasure to interact with!

I had a wonderful experience working with Wes at the Apex Mattress Warehouse this past weekend. He greeted us immediately with a friendly smile and made sure he answered all our questions and helped us along the way. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the different brands/types which was very helpful for us. We ended up purchasing a great mattress and it was delivered the next day! Would recommend anyone to visit this location and ask for Wes, he won’t steer you wrong!

I had originally purchased at MattressFirm the day before but stopped in here to see what they had (just in case). Roy was working and even though it was very busy he was super pleasant and helpful. I ending up LOVING a bed I found there so I decided to go with them instead. Roy was sooo wonderful through the whole process of purchasing, extremely kind, and considerate. He truly made the experience lovey. Thank you Roy! We left happy customers.

Roy, the mgr from the Holly Springs store, was funny, knowledgeable, inciteful, and incredibly helpful. Upon entering the store he gave me a hi-5, because I was wearing my Go Blue apparel and said he was a Buckeyes fan. It was really great conversation. We bought a split tempure pedic and baseand he was truly a great person to speak with. Old school like me.

My boyfriend and I came into the store to buy mattress covers and were greeted by an extraordinary young man named Wesley. Wesley greeted us with proactive friendliness upon entering the store and he kept checking back with us as he was serving existing customers.

When he served us, this young man was informative, courteous, affirming, and created an incredible customer experience that caused us to say when we were back in the car, "Man, if either of us ever need to buy a mattress, we're coming HERE!" Thank you, Wesley!

Iman and Wes were so very nice. Their customer service was excellent and there was no pressure to buy which was really nice. We haven’t bought a new mattress in a very long time and are excited about getting this new mattress! Would recommend!

We stopped by the Mattress Warehouse store in Apex just planning to comparison shop. Brian acknowledged us right away and spent a few minutes learning what we were looking for, then showed us several mattresses at our price point. He was helpful but did not hover (as so many furniture salespersons seem to do) and gave my wife and I a few minutes alone to discuss privately. We ended up purchasing our mattress at a great price and it was delivered first thing in the morning on the next business day. I highly recommend Brian and the Mattress Warehouse team in Apex to anyone who is shopping for a new mattress!
