Wonderful experience from start to finish. I went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I wound up doing the deluxe pedicure, which was totally worth it. The staff is extremely attentive and we’re great at anticipating needs. Example- I had my nails wrapped, and they immediately sought out and brought me a stylus to make it easier for me to use my phone! It’s the little things that can make a huge difference. The atmosphere was extremely clean and organized- great lighting and fresh flowers, etc. Bonus points for having online scheduling, which made it really easy and convenient for this busy mom to reserve an appointment. Highly recommend!

Friendly nail shop whose owner pays attention and knows the names of their repeat customers. They always do a great job on my nails and have gotten me to try new things.

We suddenly decided on Sunday at 5 pm to have a mommy dotty mani-pedi date! And Navi nails was open for service! They are a clean and professional salon offering the highest quality of services! We'll definitely go back for seconds!

Christina is very friendly and knowledgeable! Easy to talk with and she did a great job on my nails! She helped me out a TON since I'm newer to having my nails done. She walked me through different methods, showed me different shapes, etc. I will absolutely go back again!

Great service for a great deal. The ladies there are so fun to talk with and they give great pedicure massages. They even helped us arrange this picture with all our toenails, it was so cute!

What a wonderful experience! I found Navi Nails by way of a Google search for "best nail salon in Cary", and Google really came through. My partner and I really enjoyed our deluxe pedicureses, and he loves his manicure because all men deserve nice clean nails 😉 I am in love with my SNS nails, totally worth the price my nails have never felt better, I'm so happy to say good bye to acrylics! This is my to-go place for nails ! I went here a few weeks ago and the environment and employees was very nice. Shan did my nails for me. They looked amazing, and I would definitely come back once more!

A great day at the salon. I’m a NJ gal who loves to chat it up and laugh with people. When trying a new place, it’s one of the first things I look for. I want friendly and able to feel comfortable while getting great service. Everyone was wonderful. I met Kim (owner) and Tracy did my nails. I got a new set of pink and white gels and they are fabulous! I will definitely book another appointment and chat with the girls again😊

I went to Navi Nails Spa for my birthday with a few of my close friends and cousins ranging in age. I was 100% impressed with the results they delivered. I got a Basic Pedicure done here by Lan and she was very friendly and great to talk to. The atmosphere of the entire nail spa is very soothing and relaxing. Everything was clean and in perfect order. Everyone I went with loved their nails. The price is a bit on the high end, but I do say it is worth it. They have many nail colors to choose from as well as many complimentary drinks. All the nail artists takes their time to make sure the clients loves their nails. They make sure that you are satisfied before you pay and walk out that door. Will be coming back and this has become the nail spa of my choice.

Love this nail salon. They do such a great job. When I first walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The feet massage was incredible and they have great massaging chairs. I did the deluxe pedicure and it was just perfect. She helped me with some ingrowns I had and did a great job with the nail polish. I will definitely be coming back. Today my mom and I wanted to get pedicures, and we had heard great things about Navi Nails so we decided to give it a try. Everything we heard was true! The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, the employees were kind and wonderful, and we even met the owner who was very nice, and sweet. The pedicure itself was the best we have gotten in a long time! We highly recommend giving this nail salon a try! You will not be disappointed!!

Always satisfied with the results here! Pedis last several weeks, and gel nails are perfect. I am very picky about fine details and they always deliver. The ladies are very personable and work hard to be sure you are happy. The quality of work is far better than my previous nail salon just across the street. I am a loyal client after many visits now.

I walked in here around 10:40am. I asked for a pedicure. I picked out a nail polish color. They have a great selection of nail polish colors. Some places don’t. They took me back right away. I had the basic pedicure and it was definitely worth it. My new favorite nail salon !

This is my go-to nail salon! It is 40 minutes from my house but I will not go anywhere else. I have never had to wait more than 2 minutes to be taken in and they always offer complimentary drinks to guests 😊 Cindy and Kim are my absolute favorites because they do an amazing job (and i’m picky) and they are so friendly. Also they take their time and if they do make a mistake, they correct it before you even get the chance to see it. The prices are very fair and I have never left unsatisfied!

Ladies!!! Ditch your nail saloon because this place is the best nail saloon in Cary area . I never received better service in my life ! My nails done nicely and quickly . I received amazing service by Christina . She was so genuine. I never been such a conversationalist however this lady made me so comfortable. Also she has very good taste ! She picked my nail color . I have received so many complements by many people. I also got a cuticle oil as gift . They have good selection of drinks from wine to soda . I even had chocolate Omg ! Very beautiful decoration, extremely super clean nail saloon . I am telling you this nail saloon is a perfect place . I can’t wait till the next time!

I love going to Navi Nails! The team is always so friendly, and will get to know you and greet you by name. The space is clean, comfortable, and inviting. The services are fair prices. Cindy did an amazing job on my SNS nails, and I look forward to going back again and again!

I absolutely loved this place! My mom and I came in to get Mani-Pedi’s and were immediately greeted with the warmest welcome. The ladies that worked there tonight were so kind and funny! I felt pampered and refreshed leaving tonight. This will definitely be a place I come back to time and time again.

I walked in on a whim to get some acrylic tips I’d gotten elsewhere either removed or filed down since they were way too long and thick and causing me some pain. Theresa was super sweet and helpful and made my nails look and feel much better. I don’t get nail services very frequently, but next time I decide to get a manicure or pedicure, I will definitely return here.
