Fast, friendly, and made the best tasting iced vanilla Latte for my son, who stayed up all night playing playstation 5 and looked unimpressed everywhere we went today in St. Louis.

Staff is always so wonderful here, considerate, and abolish the corporate feeling invoked by most Starbucks locations!

Even when they are slammed, and I mean slammed, there fast, professional & friendly. Keep doing a wonderful job guys!

Love coming here in the morning for a cold brew. Cam & Stephanie are absolutely amazing & the most welcoming/nicest workers there! Drink is always made perfect!
On another note, the girl with the super short hair that usually works the window is always rude & my drink is never right when she works the window. Never is nice and never has a smile.

I LOVE that this place is one of the most queer-friendly stores I've ever seen in corporate worlds. Love seeing a company being an ally to LGBT* folks. I also LOVE that I know for a fact (confirmed by store manager) this location will not even consider bigoted comments from anywhere; any rev iew with bigotry is not paid attention to, respected, or considered by management, which is so rare and so nice for the employees. Love this location! I love the team here. Yes drinks are occasionally made wrong, but if YOU are polite about it and go tell them, they will remake your drink every time, I know because I've done that very thing and they were absolutely pleasant and remade my drink and gave me a gift card for next time. Yes, sometimes the wait is long, because they are short staffed and slammed and, you know, human beings. and if you see a line and expect to be in and out within 5 minutes, that's on you not the employees who do their best. Honestly though, if you're simply a kind person, this is the best location to be at in St. Louis.

It's very disrespectful when customers (Europeans) sit on the patio and smoke when it clearly says NO SMOKING! 🚫

Always a pleasure seeing my favorite baristas. Especially T, She's always showing her beautiful smile, always so delightful and you can even taste the efforts in her drinks😅‼ watch her with the whip canister, she can flip that thing like Tom cruise in cocktail. I knew it was meant to be when she said "What can I get started for ya?" 😁

My main concern is that my boy used to work there. And ever since my boy doesn't work there anymore I would think that things went downhill. Let me know when my boy starts working there again and I will confidently rate 5 stars. I'll just rate it 5 stars for now thank u peace n love

My neighborhood store...... always fast, courteous, and orders are always correct. As someone who used to work for Starbucks for 3 years I'd recommend this location.
(( the entry surrounding the store to both park and enter the drive-thru can be tricky when it's busy..... but the store cannot do anything about that. Unless they want to switch locations with the Bread Co. across the way. Lol. Which I'd support!! ))

This Starbucks is always pretty packed and the parking lot is awkward with the drive in. But, no matter because they make up for it in fast and friendly service and deliciously made drinks. I'm not never not hair with my order. I just don't go very often b/c of the bad drive thru.

Best Starbucks I've ever been to. Coffee is coffee no matter what location you visit, but the staff here is amazing. They're always so friendly and upbeat. I've lived in the area for about a year and am (shamefully) there a few times a week. I'm dreading the day I move because I don't think any Starbucks can match the level of hospitality and service "my starbucks" offers.

Love the green tea latte and the Horchata Frapacino! This place has friendly barristas, people and accessible outlets!

I went there to have a cup of coffee and read my bible to kill a few hours before church on Sunday. I ordered 2 cups of coffee during my stay 1 cold 1 hot both delicious ! I also ordered a sausage sandwich. It was hot and tasted good. I received great service .

If you want a quiet place to work on things, read, enjoy time with friends and more then check this Starbucks location out. I love how this is right by my house. They are open very early and open late. I love the fireplace they have, so warm and homey.

Picked a time when the drive-thru line was short. Service was quick, the order was spot on.

Amazing location! I recently went to this Starbucks and the greatest thing happened! I told that cute lookinggg boy 🕸 with the earrng that I had recently broke both of my legs and could not walk home so he gave me a piggy back ride all the way back to the county!! Talk about customer service! I gave him my regards and sent him on his way. Will definitely be coming back soon because my legs are still broken.

First time reviewing this location as it is my first time here. The employees were wonderful. It does deserve notice there was a computer error with one of our orders. The employee made the specified drink when shown the order on the app, as it should be. But the part I bring to mention is he did so with no aditude or looks of disproval. This is a shining example of customer service.
