I honestly can’t say enough amazing things about the people who work here!! Between Dewey, Sam, and George , they are the most amazing with customer service!! I have now purchased 19 tv’s from them over the years. I always refer my friends here because of the excellent customer service. They truly care about their customers and it shows with each experience I have had. I will always give them my business.

I had an amazing experience with the store. They had an area where you could sit and the different models/sizes. This helped me picture how it would be in my living room. Definitely recommend visiting the store. I worked with Dewey Sluk to place an order. I realized the company store had a better price. I just went in and showed the snapshot, and he just matched my company store prices! He was amazing! Would definitely recommend the store.

The customer service at Video Only is amazing!
These folks are super friendly and knowledgeable.
They greeted me as I walked in the door. And I really appreciated how they wanted to hear my exact use case before saying they could help me.
So many places you can't get help if you try, but this place has enough knowledgeable folks on staff and ready to help.
Also, I think they got me a great deal!

Dewey sold me an OLED TV back in June 2023. The reason I came to this store was for their customer service. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I bought 65 in OLED for $400 less than best buy. I will never buy another TV from anywhere else. These guys are pros and provider exceptional service. Do your self a favor and check out their Tukwilla store. You won't be disappointed!!

Just purchased a new Samsung TV from Byron who is the nicest gentleman and went above and beyond. I only buy from this Tukwila store. The best!

Dewey is the MAN! I am from the east coast so I was a tad nervous to go into a store I didn't know, but for sure was happy I did! Dewey was a great salesperson and asked me a few questions and directed me to what I'd like. He sold me a 65" with sound bar and 5 year warranty. Delivery literally was 60 seconds and super easy! The staff was great and overall they were $200 less than Target, Costco and Amazon! Thanks Video Only. Wish I could buy some more....until next time!

Amazing service. Literally went in just to browse for a new tv. The deals were just great and the sales people were amazing. The tv almost didn’t fit in the car and one of the sales people almost offered to deliver the tv to my apartment after their shift. That’s customer service!!! They go above and beyond. I highly recommend going to Video Only if you need a new TV.

I was driving back from Costco and saw their sign and remembered their ads in the radio so I dropped in. Anthony greeted me and pointed me to the 2 OLEDs I was interested in and was very helpful. He confirmed a lot of the research I did and gave me some more insights. Anthony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable!

I ended up buying a TV that day and to my surprise it was 200 dollars cheaper than Costco! I would highly recommend you stopping by before buying elsewhere.

Bought a 65-in LG TV a week before Christmas. Have a very large selection. Sales help is knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to get my purchased written up and a delivery scheduled snip snip. Good experience all around.

Wow, best tv buying experience ever! We have 6 TVs but wanted a new one! Did thorough review of TVs and ready to buy an LG 65 c2 at my go to store Costco! Remembered the video only commercial so checked them out on line! Wow, best price I found by $300. Called Southcenter video only snd talked with Dewey the manager! With my daughters help we together bought three LG c2 TVs! In two days! Service was was beyond belief! So glad we tried video only and met Dewey!

Great Purchase Experience , Sales person extremely knowledgeable and helpful - I have been shopping for a TV for a long time. I have been in the store several times to compare viewing experience for specific TVs. Obviously a TV purchase can be extremely expensive and you need to be certain you like it as it will last quite a long time. I asked about hooking it up to my home stereo and received great feedback. The salesperson showed me the output port on the demo model of my new TV and then walked me over to the Stereos that were for sale and showed me what port to use. He explained there were a couple of different ways to get the sound to run through my stereo system.

"Video Only" is a great place to buy electronics.

Great service and price! First time customers and we will definitely be back in the future. Definitely tried to upsell but wasn't pushy! Free delivery arrived on the day scheduled with no hassle and friendly service! All around really impressed with Video Only!

I came in to decide between 3 different OLEDs I've been considering, Allen was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answering all my questions and helping me pick the winner. Allen was also able to beat Amazon, Costco etc prices without making me feel pressured. I've already recommended Allen to a few friends and will definitely be checking with him for future TV and home audio purchases!

My only go-to for tvs. My whole families shop here. Tukwila is the favorite store. I really appreciate the helper. Problem is I forgot his name. He's japanese I think and he's been there for a long time. Guess time to shop for a couple more samsung tv

I was headed to the big "C" for a new 65" TV to upgrade from an older 55". En route, I decided to check out Video Only in Tukwila. I worked with Rick and he gave me a great deal on the TV I was interested in with an extended warranty that I know I couldn't have gotten elsewhere. After setting it up at home that evening, I realized quickly it just wasn't the right TV for me. I called Rick back the next day and he was able to provide in-store credit and another great deal on a different model I knew I'd like. I couldn't be happier with the service and the amazing deal they provided. Next time I'm in need of a TV, I'm going straight to Rick simply because I know he'll give a great price and great customer service.

I had a great experience buying my TV from here. Alan was incredibly knowledgeable and was not pushy about making a decision. I felt like a valued customer and he made sure that I left with just the right equipment I came in for.

The hubby and I went to Video Only yesterday to buy a new tv. We had done our research before we went, so we already kind of knew what we wanted. We worked with Scott who was a great salesperson without the high pressure creepiness of a lot of commission based salespeople. He explained all our options and we left there with everything we needed for install. We are absolutely thrilled with our new tv and will certainly shop at Video Only again.
