The tow truck driver that picked up my mother's car was polite and very kind to her 72 yr, she said it caut her by surprise she had not seen a man like that in a long time. I just wanted to say a special thank you to the hole company you all have been a great bunch and yes you all are very polite people!

Outstanding service

Was expensive and had my truck for a long time, but I didn’t mind at the time. I was having them replace the factory tappet cover with a vented billet one. They claimed they were waiting for the shop foreman to personally work on it. The day I got the truck back I lost 3 quarts of oil on my way home. They cross threaded my CCV and tried to use about half a tube of RTV to seal it. That obviously didn’t work at all. When I called about it they said it was due to the timing cover was warped. If that was the case then why wasn’t I informed while the timing cover was removed? They offered to repair that issue for another service fee. I turned it down. My tappet cover fell off my truck driving down the road today. The instructions for the tappet cover say to use the provided gasket and rtv. No rtv was used. The 2 bolts from the tappet cover I was able to find in the engine bay did not have any sign thread locker ever being on them. I had to source multiple bolts for various brackets where they decided it didn’t need all of the bolts reinstalled, or maybe they just fell out too. They attempted to reuse a torn graphite intake heater gasket on my truck. They used rtv to try and put that gasket back together. When I took the intake heater off i could see all of the cracks in the paper gasket and rtv squeezed into those gaps. Why did the reuse something that simple and available? I’m sure there’s some guys up there that are good. Just whoever they had working on my truck was not the right one. It’s disappointing how people today do not take pride in everything they do. If you’re not so proud of what you just did that you want to brag about what you just did then you’re probably doing some shoddy work. Diesel work is very overpriced. I don’t need an apology or excuse. Talk is cheap. Do your job the right way, and get better for future customers.

Very bad service will have to take a long time to arrive at 12:00 noon. I waited for 5 hours, but in the end they couldn’t do a track diagnosis. I do not advise.
