I called Kloss furniture to check on some prices of a bedroom set I was looking at. I had searched several furniture stores and their prices were the best. The service over the phone was excellent and very professional. We had been into the store to see the set in person and it was beautiful. I ended up purchasing the whole set, all the pieces, over the phone. We didn't even have to make the our trip back to the store. It was quick & easy. I received my receipt and a detailed list of the pieces I had purchased along with a delivery time within 7 days. I'm very pleased with the transaction also the politeness and professionalism of Kloss furniture. I would definitely recommend and we will be purchasing from them again.

Whitney worked with us and she was AMAZING. She told us she hadn't been there very long but she was so professional. We had a few questions and she found others with more experience to get us the answers.
Everyone there was so nice and helpful.

We bought a recliner from Kloss this weekend. Our first time in a Kloss store. The showroom is huge, well laid out & clean. The sales people were friendly, without being pushy, available and informative. We will definitely return when we’re ready to purchase other furniture.

Found the perfect coffee table. The sales person, Bob, was extremely helpful. I told him what i wanted and he took me around the store showing specifically which coffee tables fit my requirements. Definitely recommend

Dalton was a great salesperson. He was patient and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales like other furniture stores. The financing was simple and easy to understand.

The store was expansive. The store also provided wheelchairs for anyone who needs help. That was a nice touch for my 74 year old mother.

Kloss Furniture made our buying experience simple. We spent as much time needed without pressure to make the right selection. Bob our representative was great and helped with determining what sofa and recliner worked best for us.

My experience at Kloss was great! I went in just shopping around and ended up purchasing a queen bed set! The price for the entire set was a good deal. I also came in at a good time. I was able to save about $200-300.00 with their special. Lastly my sales rep Tarek was very helpful! He helped me with measurements and he wasn’t pressuring me to make a sale!!!

We have been trying to find a couch we like forever and have either been scared off by pushy sales people or unable to make a decision. Nate was super knowledgeable and helpful without being over bearing! We were able to find the perfect couch for our space at a great price thanks to him - his jokes are an added bonus!

We came into Kloss looking for a sectional, but didn’t really have a direction other than our measurements. Renee greeted us right away and offered us assistance and ended up being just the right person to help us. She was so patient as we chose different fabrics, plus she has a great eye for design and patterns. Renee really helped us find what we’re looking for and now we can’t wait for our new couch! The sales associate is wonderful to work with! We as a family have been in the store multiple times in the last few months and are VERY happy with our purchases. We looked everywhere for the perfect dining tables and finally found them at Kloss. The price was a fraction of the table I liked at Pottery Barn and they had matching chairs which PB did not. We’re super happy with our purchase and definitely recommend Kloss to our friends. We’ve got several compliments on our tables as well.

So far so good. Dealt with Joe G. Nice guy. No pressure, just did his job answering questions and showed us options. We bought today and scheduled delivery for early December. If delivery goes as well as shopping we'll be happy.

Absolutely the best Furniture place I have ever been to and bought from. The quality of the furniture is amazing and Great prices. The delivery drivers were super professional and courteous and they put it all together for you.

This was the most pleasant experience I’ve had with furniture shopping. No one hounded us, we were free to walk around as we pleased, multiple times in fact before we made our decision. Our sales associate, Dalton, was very helpful, respectful, personable and engaged. He even got us a discount! We are now waiting for our furniture 🙂.

Nate worked with me today to purchase a new couch and chair. He was most helpful and personable. I appreciated that he didn’t push me to make a decision. I went in intending to just browse and get some ideas, but liked the England furniture that Nate pointed out and ended up making a purchase!

My wife and I visited Kloss Furniture for the first time looking for two recliners. We were immediately greeted by a salesperson willing to direct us to the right area. We were really impressed with the variety and large inventory of furniture. The prices are very competitive with other stores and in many instances significantly less for the same name brand item! Steve Kloss the owner of the company was there and took the time to talk with us and was very willing to help us. The company has been a family company since the 1970s and I would highly recommend them for your furniture needs!!

Kloss Furniture is a great furniture. I went in there to look for a dining table and a dresser and the store associate named Bob was immediately able to help me find a dining table and almost the perfect dresser for my room and it was a good price! They offer you drinks if you’re of age as if you were in a luxury store, but even if you’re not 21+ they still have water and sodas. He was very efficient and got us in and out. Would definitely recommend him for your associate but the store itself is amazing with a wide variety of bedrooms, dining tables and more. Definitely take a look inside here to find a good furniture piece for a fair price if you’re balling on a budget.
