Bought a sofa from these guys ten years ago. It’s still in great condition and probably has 10 more years left in it. Stopped by 4 weeks ago to get some new sofas for the living room. Gary Schmidt quickly got us to the perfect set, helped us find the perfect leather, and got us taken care of quickly. Couches arrived yesterday and are just as amazing as we expected! Wouldn’t go anywhere else for leather furniture.

Excellent service and great selection. We went in with something specific in mind and were able to order exactly what we wanted built to our specifications. We received updates on the progress of our sofa as it was being constructed. The delivery team were friendly and took care with our new sofa. We couldn’t be happier. We are really enjoying our new leather sofa. Highly recommend doing business with these very helpful and knowledgeable sales persons. Gary Schmidt was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

My husband and I walked into the Leather Sofa Company in Grapevine and met Smitty (a very helpful guy who is not pushy). We were uncertain about getting a leather sofa but Smitty was extremely helpful in explaining how the sofas are built to last. He has a large assortment of types and colors of leather. It took a few trips for us to decide exactly what we wanted and Smitty was always very helpful and patient. We ordered two sofas and are excitedly waiting for their arrival. We did shop another store, we just felt more comfortable at The Leather Sofa Company.

We visited Grapevine Mills showroom and the Sales person was superb. His name is Gary Schmidt. Knows his products, listens to what our needs were and we bought two Roma models with power reclines and beautiful top grain leather. We live near factory and we’re able to tour the factory and see craftsmanship and quality that goes into the sofas. Occasionally you will get an email when your order hits a new stage of manufacture. Family owned and we met Seth who showed us around. So friendly. One of the best decisions we have made for furniture. Love them.

This company is amazing. Some of the best built furniture I’ve ever seen; and even better, it’s all made right here in Lewisville, Texas, and it’s family owned and operated. I was so impressed, having been in the furniture business for the last 10 years, I’m going to work for Mitch as a salesman in the Grapevine store. I promise, you’ll be as impressed as my wife a I are.

What a great experience! Smitty was awesome. I was expecting a high pressure sales approach, and was pleasantly surprised by how he worked with us. He was able to give us so much information on the products, from types of leather options, durability, to general construction. I knew we were in the right place. We weren’t ready to make a decision that day, and we had no pressure from him or anyone else. We came back and purchased a sofa and loveseat. It was delivered and brought in with no damage, and no issues. I have referred them to family and friends and will continue to do so.

What an fun and easy experience start to finish! Gary Schmidt in the Grapevine store was incredible to work with. we came in to see the store and he walked us through the process, the tech, & the history. He helped us design and configure a large sectional and loveseat for our home. Production took about 2 months and communication was clear every step of the way & we were never in the dark. The delivery team was fast and respectful in our home. I absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants furniture that will actually last.

Purchased a sectional and ottoman. Both look exactly as expected and are very well made, great addition to the living room.

Rob Herman has always treated us great. Knows all the details that you would never hear from a big box store. You will pay more, but my 7 year old couch still looks brand new. The leather is real and you won’t get it from other stores, I know bc I’ve had those too. When you are ready to graduate to real quality furniture go talk to rob at grapevine. Lastly, he won’t pressure you like the other guys will, so you can go There and relax without some kid who doesn’t know about furniture and leather and only cares about a commission is trying to push a sales quota.

Fun and great hands-on process with a wide range of seat style/structure, leather options to see and feel what we are ordering. We appreciated regular progress reporting, on-time and seamless delivery. All expectations were met, even exceeded.

Our experience was great - from selecting what we wanted, to ordering, all the way through delivery. We received one on one attention in the store from a very knowledgeable associate who made the order process smooth. The communication throughout the process was detailed and thorough. The delivery was efficient and timely with associates who took great care and consideration of our home and space. We are very happy with the quality of our purchase.

We were in the market for new living room furniture and had never been in a Leather Sofa Co. store previously. Three things stood out to my wife and I. First, the furniture is locally made, being small business owners ourselves being able to support local is important to us. Second, quality and the ability to customize to fit our needs and wants. Third was a definite timeline for completion and delivery. We didn't have to wait months not knowing when pieces may arrive, we knew from the date we signed the papers when the product was going to be ready.

From the sales staff thru delivery and everyone in between it's a first class process. You may pay a bit more, but the quality of service and the finished product you receive, I'd highly recommend The Leather Sofa Co.

Rob was a great help in getting us our new living room furniture. The emails the factory sent letting us know what stage of development our furniture was in was very reassuring, especially now when we are all dealing with the virus. They even sent pictures of the finished project when they had finished! Even with some delays at the factory, our furniture was delivered on time. It is very well made, reasonably priced for custom furniture (you pick the style and the leather), and so comfortable. We will definitely e back when we need any leather furniture!

I wanted to take a full week of lounging in this perfect piece of furniture before is left a review. I was so intimidated and even uneasy about purchasing a custom leather sectional. But all I can do now is wonder why I waited so long!! Every detail and color choice was ours and sitting on it and watching UFC Fights from it or Movies has been great. Total comfort !! My dogs have already claimed respective sections with their blankets. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the final product. We looked for sectionals all over and kept finding the same brands at different stores or the quality of the finish on the sofas you could tell from showroom wear it just wouldn’t hold up. This is not the case at all with our new piece, we were showed the leather and thickness that would be used and even given a sliver of it to color match in our living room!! While it was being crated for us by what must be the Santa’s elves of sofas !!!! It’s truly a focal point of the room and there is no lack of room or comfort. ( bonus !! Add the optional upholstered armrest / cubby cup holder ) it’s so worth it !!!

Our sales rep Rob in the Grapevine store was very patient and spent a considerable amount of time with us talking about their products, answering questions, and showing us a very large assortment of leathers to choose from.
