I actually was going to buy a car from the dealership across the street, but they weren't there when I stopped by. I So decided to go across the street and see what deals Family Auto had. Being in a bad health situation and fixed income, I thought I wouldn't find anything I needed. My goal was to find a reliable car with good fuel mileage. I had a Jeep Grand Cherokee to trade and a few dollars. Corey stepped up and took awesome care for me. Showed real concern about my health issues and went to work hard for me. While I was walking around the lot, I spotted a hybrid Honda that looked great. I really didn't think I could get it, but I sat in it and told myself I really wanted this car. As I got it of the car Corey came out of the office with the approval. He really made my day! I had been so worried and they made it easy and comfortable for this cancer patient. I recommend going by Family Auto of Easley if you're looking for a good reliable car at a reasonable price. They will do what they can to fix you up.

He finally got me to the right shop with the right person who actually looked over my svu and found the problem. Joseph is one of the best sales guy in the upstate. He stays true to his word. They get a lot of bad rep because of all the other Family autos around. But this one is hands down the best one to go to. Go ask for Joseph and tell him I sent you. You won't find a better warranty coverage in the upstate. They offer a 2 year warranty or 36,000 miles. You just pay $100 when it goes in the shop. Go see him you won't be disappointed.

Josh went above and then some what we expected. Not as much to put down as we would have liked to have but still helped us find. Car with lower payments. It's not a hooptie either and we love our car. Def recommend. Last place we were was oconee auto sales. So far Excellent. My car I had chosen turned out to have multiple issues. They offered to pay for it. Turned out to be a money pit and they let me pick any car on the lot to trade it out. Awesome. Now I'm back on the road. Good service. You walk in there and you can tell they are really trying their best. A1 Service.

Have two vehicles through them, they are a very friendly and kind group of people. They have helped us so much! They helped us get the two vehicles we wanted and are a very family oriented group. I usually hate dealerships. But this is a dealership that I am comfortable with and that doesn't make my anxiety go crazy in. I appreciate them so much! And would recommend them to anyone!
