Big Lots

Had a really great experience with this store. They were really great to help with my return and my purchase. Mike the manager was nice and very helpful. Great customer service.

This is a really clean store. They repaved their parking lot. I needed and found a bookshelf that someone rolled out to my car. I had not been in one of these for years because the last one I was in was a dump. But this one is really well stocked, organized and nice. If you have not been here in awhile give them a try. They have a rewards card with all kinds of discounts on already affordable stuff. Found the ant traps I needed on my last visit.

Great prices only store in this mall

I bought a sectional sofa and due to problems with the factory I could not get the sectional sofa and Mike the store manager in the Easley Big Lots and the district Mgr. Mr. Ross allowed Me to purchase the floor model with a additional discount and when I went back to pick it up Mike personally took care of me to loading it and with a BIG smile. I love my Big Lots. This store is amazing. Thank you doesn't seem adequate enough to say THANK YOU and Merry Christmas

I've been coming here for several years now. There is a little bit of something for everyone. I LOVE their rewards program. Nothing like it anywhere. 3 purchases and you get a coupon for $5 off of $15 or $15 off of $75. Can't beat it. Great 'Friends and family' weekends as well where you get 20% off of your entire order. Love it.

I went there with my cousin who bought some things but I've been there a few times before I always love Big lots.. but just hadn't been there since after my cousin Tina was manager there bc she had passed away a few years ago.

Great wholesale prices and the associates always asked if they can help you.

We enjoy shopping at this store, bought chairs and table for deck but had to return cause it wasn't designed right to assemble so we checked reviews and read where 4 out of 5 had a problem. Employees should be able to assemble for a fee to avoid returns since they do so for in store displays.

BigLots seems to have made great strides in my opinion. Or well let me rephrase that a little.... This particular location (Easley, SC) has done much better than others that I've known of. As of recently this location in my opinion has made great strides & done them gracefully. Because the store looks better than ever, seems to always run or operate smoothly, employees always on point & they always truly seem to be in peaceful harmony. This store in comparison to the others near that I've frequented over many years is almost dreamy 🥰 LOL! But I'm serious the managment does great here at this store. Been going there pretty regular for 6-8-10 yrs now and it pretty much always been clean, well stocked, as it is to be expected or exceeded expectations would be my guess. I know none there personally & have never so this is my truth. If it's the managment responsible for it then LOTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS should take notes. If it's just perfect harmony luckily thru the whole crew that's just been blessed. Well that's amazing too because to me this store has been consistant with it mission to be great to & for their customers over lots of yrs. I truly hope its seen by more than just little old me & they get acknowledged. A pat on the back means alot sometimes especially coming from the next man up.
That's my true feelings sorry so long but tried to make it as short as possible. Something I've NEVER been real good at.......lol..

I shop at this big lots location regularly and I have had no inconveniences. The staff has always been polite and helpful! The prices are inexpensive, you can find a variety of useful goods.

Generally a good place to run in and pick up a few things including all seasonal items and decorations to furniture and household items. Mike" who seems to always be doing everything at the store is always very courteous, professional, and willing to stop what he's doing to assist us or answer any questions.

The manager at this Big Lots is an tops. I had a problem and went to her for assistance. She was one of the best customer service people I have ever dealt with. She was very patience and kind in solving my problem. I would recommend this Big Lots to any and all. I did not get her name , but I will be back to this store and will learn who she is.

Manager is always so nice to me. I hope they dont ever close down. I love going in and getting clearance stuff and just finding those odds and ends. Good prices.

They've recently remodeled and updated a bunch of their products. It looks amazing in there, you have a ton of choices, and the staff were really nice and helpful. I love shopping here and am pleased with how it looks after the remodel!
