If you’re looking for a romantic date night or drinks with friends this is the place to go! This cocktail and charcuterie lounge is cozy and sophisticated. There is a delectable assortment of drinks and boards. I opted for their drink suggestion which was the popular lavender mimosa, definitely recommend this! The large cheese and meat board was the perfect size for two people to make a meal. We paired it with cocktails and wine. Can’t wait to revisit with friends for a night out in downtown Columbia.

Was a cute place with some delicious food. Pictured are the breakfast sandwich and ham and cheese. Both were very good and filling. Not pictured we had a cup of the creamy potato soup, was absolutely amazing.

Buck and Board had a unique feel to it and was a cozy environment. They had plenty of options to choose from whether it be wine, cocktails, charcuterie, or sandwiches. Their meat and cheese board was big enough for 2 and had a great selection. The only thing I would say is they should have more bread/crackers to go along with the amount of cheese, meat, and fruit. Everything was fresh and paired well with either the Pinot Noir or Lavender mimosa. The inside was in the small size but they had plenty of outdoor seating.

Delicious food, excellent service, and lovely, cozy atmosphere! We have also ordered several boards from here and they are always divine.

Love this new location, it's so cozy inside and they have such great food! I am generally not a sandwich lover, but one day I found myself downtown and ravenous and decided to try their turkey sandwich, with sliced green apple, Havarti I think, and some magical aioli sorcery like nothing else ever drizzled just the right amount. I get the side greens and don't even bother with the hot mustard for the sandwich or the Kosher dill. I am such a purist when it comes to food, it's just so good before you chunk a ton of garlic into those mashed potatoes. ..Did I mention the sandwich is slightly toasted and warmed just enough to melt the Havarti?

Cute little place for a lunch date or a late breakfast. There are several unique plates and brunch is served all day on Saturday & Sunday. Their Cinnamon + Vanilla Waffle is amazing. It’s served on a baguette that’s often too crispy at other places. Not here! It has a nice crunch on the outside, but the inside is baked to perfection with a nice, soft center. Their house-made sugar butter is to die for! I saw other dishes coming out of the kitchen, that look amazing too. I had their Greek Salad, filled with all the ingredients you’d expect and it was more than enough to make it a meal. From the level of service we got, I thought it was possible we were being served by the owner, the way she took great care of of her guests. I love how they take advantage and use ingredients from other local businesses for their mixed greens, fresh baguettes and crisp beer. I’ll definitely be back to partake in some of their charcuterie boards. If you desire simple foods, prepared in a fresh, unique way, exceptional service and a lovely ambiance, be sure to stop by and experience it for yourself!

I am in LOVE with the cozy place! The food was yummy and the presentation was beautiful. All staff were friendly and very accommodating both times I went there. The new outdoor area is perfect on a pretty day and the inside is aesthetically pleasing!
This makes for a perfect lunch meet up, early evening cocktail with appetizers or a dinner date!
Can not wait to go back!

My husband and I ate here for Sunday brunch. What a hidden gem! We enjoyed fruit tea, flavored mimosas, a grown up grilled cheese with soup, and a roast beef sandwich. These were the best sandwiches we’ve had in Columbia. I can’t wait to come back and try more!

Hooray for moody velvet! Love the interior style. Outside is well organized. There's plenty of space. Food and service was top notch! Very polite and prompt. Roast beef sandwich has the most delicious onion marmalade. Will definitely return and recommend to others 😊

Delicious, fresh, beautiful are just a few words that come to mind when describing the food. Then add to that a quaint and cozy atmosphere; that pretty much describes this place. Also, there are specialty coffees, teas, wines, Mimosa. There were a lot of happy ladies enjoying this experience but I'm sure guys would like it too.

Hands down one of the best brunches I’ve ever had! We stopped in on a weekday and were advised they only offered brunch on Sat+Sun - so happy we made a point to come back, it was WELL worth the wait!
The quaint ambiance of a small, local restaurant made with lots of love, add in fun decor/furniture + seriously delicious food - we were in heaven! We enjoyed the vanilla/cinnamon French toast, pesto avocado toast and quiche. Definitely a must try! 🙏

First - the place is charming and comfortable. I loved the little extras like the check coming in an old book and the large center table. Second - the wine selection (while short) is well rounded and I received a very generous pour. But Thirdly - the food!!!! OMG. I went in wanting a cup of soup. Sausage Gnocchi- so creamy and just the right amount of spicy warm yumminess! And the grilled cheese - it’s huge and honestly the best grilled cheese I’ve ever eaten. Staff (and I’m assuming owner) were incredibly attentive, came around several times to check on us. I cannot wait to come back in the spring to sit outside. It’s exactly what this town needed!

New location is gorgeous, just a couple blocks off the square. Lunch time is busy so plan accordingly. When the weather is warmer you can sit outside and enjoy the view of the courthouse. One of my local favs.

I loved my lunch here. The sandwich was so fresh and delicious. We sat outside in the lawn chairs at a low table and service was great.

Food was absolutely fantastic here. You can tell the chef really puts a lot of effort into every dish. Place was small and quaint and the prices were affordable but food was reminiscent of a 5 star restaurant
