I had a professional but friendly experience at The Furniture Outlet. The staff was very helpful, they made my shopping quite delightful. It was a little hard for me to make a choice due to the amount of Furniture I was buying. However, Onye was very patient with me as I took my time to shop. All the staff were helpful and friendly. I will recommend The Dump to all my friends and family. I give them 5 stars.

Excellent experience here. Well priced furniture for great quality. Worked with Tre and was able to find all of the items we were looking for within our spending budget. Loading team were also very helpful in getting all of our pieces to fit in our transport vehicles.

A round of Applause to the employees at The Dump Furniture Outlet. From the moment I stepped in the door I felt welcome but not pressured. The prices of every item that I viewed was definitely less than what I was expecting. My sales associate, Mr. Marc Courchesne, was kind and patient. I went through several different options of my furniture choices, I had to do different paperwork for the stain replacement warranty, and credit application. However, Mr. Marc Courchesne, was absolutely wonderful, he was easy to talk to, very relatable, and very simplistic on the rules, regulations, what's best to do when your furniture gets delivered, the warranty protection program, he even told me about the statement from the Dump credit card that I will receive in the mail, (through Synchrony Bank.)He let me know when it should be coming, the length of time that I have 0% interest, and the necessary payment that's due that day upon purchasing your items. He was very knowledgeable about every step of the procedure. The purchase, the delivery, scheduling delivery, every bit of information was communicated well through text and email. I had to get a piece order from the Houston store, everything went pristine and exactly the way Mr. Marc Courchesne said that it would. He called me, left a voicemail message when I didn't answer the phone . Then also sent a text message , now that's what I'm talking about . This purchase, the delivery, even the setup of my furniture, was absolutely effortless on my part. Upon doing final purchase of your items you should be so blessed as to have a young lady named Aman help you. She is a great help to the process. She goes over the breakdown of the prices of items, she tells you about the delivery making sure everything is abundantly clear. Aman's radiant smile and attitude is a warm welcome. I made a call back to the store and asked to speak to customer service and she even answered the phone. Just the comfort of her voice over the phone put ease to the fact of me calling. Very pleasant experience. Trey did a great job helping us buy a recliner. We are very happy with our purchase, and will be buying more in the future. Trey is a very good salesman. Try to not lose him.

The service provided was superior. Ahmad, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He allowed for me to view the furniture alone without pressure and was available to answer all of my questions. He double checked the warehouse to ensure our pieces were available.

I love The Dump. I bought some of my dream items from the Mitchell Gold liquidation at amazing prices & Rob, whom I call my Furniture Therapist, was so patient & helpful while I marinated in store on my lifelong furniture commitment pieces… pieces that may not ever be reproduced again. I’m in love with my purchases & I’m definitely going back for more MGBW!

I purchased a leather sectional from the dump a few years back and I recall the experience as a pleasant; so, when I decided to take a (huge) plunge and elevate the rest of the house at once, I made the trek back out there. I’m so so glad I did. I spent, literally hours, alongside their decorator Candice and she took what I thought I needed/wanted and transformed our interior “designs” from cookie cutter blah to show stopper wow. Truly. We now have AD designs at a FRACTION of retail. She was so patient with me, and really took joy teaching me why this goes with that, this doesn’t, why this fabric works, why this aesthetic works here, and so on. And I was NOT an easy client; I needed something sustainable for a home with two dogs, two cats, two kids and have ZERO clue what I needed, or even liked. All that to say, if you’re needing a little (or a lot) of interior design guidance and purchasing options, The Dump is the place to go.
(Oh, and don’t get me started on their option to warranty your purchases for 5 years—-> mind blown!! You’re essentially a moron not to add that on, especially with higher end items.)

Very courteous and professional. Answered all our questions and never pushed. Had great suggestions and info on all the furniture. Dimetrius Bolden was an excellent sales person. Did everything he could to accommodate all our needs up to and including making special arrangements to accommodate our travel. Will always ask for him when shopping at the Dump.

I came in hoping to find a bed frame that was both good quality AND a good deal - The Dump did not disappoint! My mom and I were greeted right at the door by Mr. Trey and he allowed us to browse on our own with no interruptions after introducing himself and breaking down the layout of the store. After we found the perfect bed frame, I asked Mr. Trey a couple of questions. I expressed my concerns about having to build yet ANOTHER piece of furniture and he offered a great solution with their delivery team. I felt like family here and will definitely be back to see Mr. Trey and the team for all other furniture needs. Thank you so much for your help!

The staff is great! Rob meet us as we came in, answered a few questions, told us about current sales, and explained the layout of the store. After browsing and deciding on an item Gena was amazing at getting us taken care of. She was extremely personable, explained everything thoroughly, made the process quick and easy, and even played with our kids a little. Top tier service and a huge inventory with excellent prices!

I needed a specific piece of furniture and the Salesman was outstanding and I got just the piece of furniture I wanted at a great price. There are so many beautiful things in this store. Whether you need a single piece or a whole houseful, give this store a look.

Amy was not only so delightful and personable but she truly cared while helping me pick out pieces for our new home. I love how she had my best interest at heart so that it felt like an easy going life experience rather than a sales experience. I can’t wait to put our super soft beautiful rug and elegant dining room table in our new home. I will surely be back for more amazing high quality pieces that are a fraction of the cost. The Dump has a cut name but it’s far from what really is inside. So many amazing items to choose from for so little cost. Highly recommend!

Marc was absolutely incredible with his approach to these customers and his knowledge of the product (bed) was a welcome surprise and most appreciated. If the new bed arrives without flaws, that would be disastrous. I know of no service representative in all my shopping, that could hold the preverbal candle to Marc. Kudos forever to him. We had a great experience buying the dining room furniture at the Dump Outlet. Amy did an amazing job helping us with this purchase! Being an experienced house decorator, she perfectly matched the rug and a beautiful decorative mirror to the dining set giving our dining room a gorgeous finished look! We’ll definitely come back when we need more furniture pieces for our house!

We had a great experience buying a sofa at The Dump. Tre listened to what we wanted and took us to see several sofas that fit our wish list. No hard sales - just great info and a desire to help. Because of the no return policy, we needed to bring fabrics back to make sure the color was right. Again, Tre helped us, explained the purchase parameters, delivery options and warranties. He was such a joy to work with and made it all so easy! We will be back - and we will definitely ask for Tre again!

I came in to look at queen mattresses and was greeted by Ahmad who offered his help. He was on point and took me to the area I needed to look and then used his expertise to guide me to what would best suit my needs. He did not waste my time or give me the hard sell which I very much appreciated. In no time at all I had made my decision and my friend and I walked out with our new pillows. My husband has purchased two beautiful rugs from The Dump for his office in our East Dallas home and now that we’ve moved, we need an additional 2-3 more rugs. So many options!
