I had the pleasure of working with Zane. His professionalism, service and knowledge of his products made it a wonderful experience!!
I told him he should be the manager because of his approach to the business.
To be successful you have to be customer driven, and Zane certainly is!

Zane was friendly, welcoming, and showed us different mattresses that might meet our needs. He was very knowledgeable about the various brands. We made our selection and the paperwork got done quickly. We are expecting our new mattress on Saturday! This was the best mattress shopping experience we've ever had.

Sheri has excellent customer service skills, she is very knowledgeable on all products. This was our 1st stop looking for a new bed. Sheri had us tried a series of beds to best fit both of our preferences and narrow down what we felt more comfortable with. At no point we felt pressured to buy anything, she was patient and handle all other customers that came after us within a timely manner never loosing focus on any customer, she acknowledged every person who walked in.

We've been shopping a few months for a new mattress and we trying to decide between traditional inner spring, foam, memory foam, and hybrid.
Mattress Firm in Easley had some of each in various firmness ratings.
Our salesman, Zane, took time with us to go over all the choices. He was very knowledgeable and patient until we made a decision.

Sheri was SUPER helpful. I had no idea that there was something that could pair my husband and I up with the perfect mattress. We tried a few different ones and found the perfect one for us. AND to make it even better, it was a steal in price and we were able to go to the wearhouse and pick it up. 20/10 would recommend them and use them again.

Shari was very polite and helpful. She gave us the space we needed to talk things over. We ended up picking a bed she didn't suggest, however she had good suggestions. Spent more than we expected, but we're super excited for it to be delivered!

Sheri was great. She was quick to greet me and answered all my questions. She was patient as I tried the different mattress . I did go with her recommendation based on my sleep issues. Looking forward to the mattress being delivered and see if it works for me.
