Lone Star Mobile RV Service

We had an issue when we pulled our class A, RV into an RV park in Texas. The park offered us the business card of a few RV repair folks. We had our electric and AC shut off when we flushed the macerator toilet. I called William after 5 pm, he talked me through several ideas to get the power in the coach restored. He said he had plans for dinner, but would call me in 2 hrs. to drive over an hour and a half to help us get it fixed. In going through some ideas over the phone, he had said our surge protector could of failed. I disconnected it plugged it directly into the electric pole, and we had power restored. This was great due to us having pets that were overheating. He sent me a link to the watchdog surge protector and said if I ever needed help on the road, to give him a call, and he would try to talk me through fixing the problem.
Sad there aren't more customer service companies that care about people, and will go out of their way to help talk someone through a problem. William would of come out to fix our issue, but was able to help us, with patience and great follow up.

Lonestar has done several repairs for us. They are knowledgeable, competent, reasonably priced, and friendly. Very good about answering questions, showing up on time, and cleaning up when done. I would especially like to thank Misty for the great communication and Taylor for always doing a great job.

I literally won't let another company touch my rv after dealing with this one.
Lone Star has replaced both of my acs on my rv and both of the times the individuals have been awesome and very efficient and respectful Izzy & Cameron replaced my rv ac in 45mins
my sister has had her plumbing and underbelly repair and they did a amazing job on that

Service techs are professional, polite and knowledgeable. We have used this company 3 times in the past year and we receive the same excellent service every time. We have been full time RV living for a year and know how important service is when something goes wrong. Would recommend this service company.

Izzi came out today and sorted through my list of “to dos” he was quick to problem solve and resolve issues (even my silly little request). Dealing with RV repairs and warranty is never fun but I’m thankful to have found Lone Star RV to help me along the way. Thanks for being great Izzi, we will see you again soon!

Taylor & Izzi worked very well as a team. Our slide out had gotten wicker-jawed and they quickly determined the cause of the problem. Able to get the slide out closed & opened fully. Warned that the fix might be temporary until the rotten flooring in the side out can be replaced..reasonable rates.

After stupidly calling Affordable RV and getting stood up I called Lone Star Mobile RV Service. Cody came out and was absolutely amazing. Not only did he quickly fix my two problems but he took the time to explain what he was doing in great detail. He took pictures and videos so I could submit them to the warranty reps. He also gave me some insight on my RV and pointers on how to maintain it. How refreshing to have competent and friendly service!! Do not hesitate to use this company! I hope you get Cody! He is a really great guy!

A different local company replaced my AC unit. The new unit never cooled my camper. Unfortunately they only gave me excuses why it was a problem with my camper and then left town, leaving me without AC in this record heat wave.
I called Lone Star. Within a few minutes, Taylor was able to determine that the brand new AC unit was bad. She worked with Coleman to get the unit replaced under warranty. Once the new unit came in, Taylor came back and she had the unit replaced in under an hour.

the tech was extremely professional. she explained everything and was quick . showed up on time and did a great job!

Great customer service and knowledgeable techs. They communicated very well with my appointment and we’re even able to fit me in sooner than expected. The techs that came out (Izzy/Taylor) were very professional and courteous. They were able to answer all my questions and got me back up and running. Definitely my go to Rv repair from now on.

When my air conditioner went out I called Lone Star Mobile RV repair. They had someone at my RV in 15 minutes. The technician was very knowledgeable. She had the problem fixed in no time. I would highly recommend this company.

The refrigerator/freezer stopped cooling in our motor home. Cody and Kelly gave me pricing up front to either repair or replace the unit. When he removed the exterior panel he showed me where the coolant had been expelled and where a fire had started at one point. Naturally we replaced the unit. They were back in less than a week with a brand new unit. I was pleased at how carefully they removed the old unit and installed the new one. I highly recommend this business.

I had a great experience with Lone star.took a minute to get approved and kept in contact with be and finished the job. Oh yeah my main slide rail got jacked up so they replaced the rail and gears very happy and recommend this company if you want it done right Thanks Lone Star

These guys do great work for a fair price. They are our go to service for my unit as well as my parents fifth wheel. This repair was not the easiest and they did it like pros! Thanks Lone Star!!

These people were awesome. I had my refrigerator break and they went above and beyond to get me back up and running. They were all very nice and pleasant to be around and talk to while they were here. I was also surprised that they were able to help me so fast. Thanks to them again for everything.

This service is head and shoulders above others in the area. Taylor rocked a change of seals on my slide. Is trouble shooting an issue with a GFCI outlet, just a great rep for Lone Star and super tech for my RV. Highly recommend this company and technician.

Nothing but great things to say about Lone Star, Misty and the others in the office had great communication and were very gracious when it came to rescheduling. We had our hot water heater replaced by Kelly, he did a great job, was very knowledgeable and efficient!
