Los Chilangos

Los Chilangos is hands down the best Mexican food truck I have ever come across! Their mulitas are out of this world and a must-try for anyone who loves authentic Mexican cuisine. The flavors are bold and delicious, with perfectly cooked meat, gooey cheese, and just the right amount of spice.

Not only is the food amazing, but the service is top-notch as well. The staff is friendly and welcoming, making you feel like part of the family from the moment you place your order.

If you haven't tried Los Chilangos yet, you are seriously missing out. Do yourself a favor and make it a priority to visit this food truck as soon as possible. You won't be disappointed!

I ordered the House Specialty - Chilaquiles Con Huevos!
its a fried corn tortillas covered in spicy habanero salsa (its really Spicy!) topped with eggs of your choice (I took scrambled), chicken, cilantro and onion with side of black beans. This was a delicious, mouth watering dish for the taste and being spicy!

also ordered 3 chicken tacos which were amazing. the chicken was soft and tasty!

Quick service, plenty of parking for the food truck visitors!

We used Los Chilangos taco truck for a luncheon after my son’s wedding. It was perfect. We are from out of state and the truck drove to the venue. The guest went out to order their lunch and bring it into the venue. Everyone loved the idea . Loved the food. It was great service. Everyone left feeling satisfied. I would highly recommend their services

How lucky are we to have Los Chilangos anchor at the neighborhood general store/gas station?! Thank you for the wonderful service and delicious food options! Especially coming home on a busy week night with no idea what to feed the family. This family loves the burrito suave options! The salsas slap too! (Is that what the kids say these days?🤷🏻‍♀)

I ordered catering for my husband's birthday party in March and it was fantastic! Everyone raved about how good everything was and we had plenty of food for our guests, it was very generous amounts.

They showed up with the food hot and ready and set it all out on our prepared table.

I would absolutely use them again for another event.

We have used Los Chilangos a few times now for a big party we have every summer. They are super responsive, professional and easy to work with. Their food is absolutely delicous and our guests have loved the experience! So have we! I highly recommend them!

Wedding Catering: We had Los Chilangos cater our wedding and they did such an awesome job. They made it fun and unique by bringing their very well-maintained and beautiful taco truck to our wedding. Guests order at the window and then wait about 10 minutes for their order to come out and then load up they’re plates with beans and rice (extra),
They ask for a table to set up chips, salsa, guacamole, and sour cream. The quality of the food was amazing and the variety and choices really delighted our guests, especially vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free guests who normally don’t have such great choices. The best part was that there was no clean up and no having place settings and rental dishes etc. at the wedding. The price is absolutely and entirely fitting and reasonable for what we got. I would absolutely recommend the service and use it again for another event in a heartbeat

Regular Dining: Delicious Mexican food from a good looking taco truck. They have lots of options for people with various dietary restrictions. Can even get your burrito in a bowl and they’ve got veggie tacos. We loved the carnitas and tacos Al pastor the best and the chips and guacamole were great. We’re so glad we got horchata, wow delicious! And fast service too.

Yum! The food is delicious! Service is excellent and the staff are quick and friendly. I was never a fan on food trucks but this is my favorite taco truck. The al pastor tacos are the best. I’m happy to see Los Chilangos expanding with a dine in location, multiple trucks and catering. Very reasonable prices, good variety and very tasty food!

I really love the food here! It's so tasty and fresh and I just generally feel good after eating it, not too heavy or anything. I also really really appreciate that my vegetarian orders never have a trace of meat in them, which not every Mexican food truck handles well. I'm really happy to have found this food truck since I really love Mexican food!

My most favorite and go-to Mexican food truck in the area. If you haven’t tried it yet, you got to cos it is bang for your buck!
I have lost count for number of times I have picked up food from here - so good and will definitely keep going back.
1) The service is pretty good even at busier times and the people are very warm and welcoming
2) My recommendations :

We ordered and went and picked up some burritos yesterday. And they were absolutely delicious. We are working on a job site close by and will probably eat there again today. It’s awesome to find a place that has great service and great food.

Service might not be happy go lucky but it’s fast and they get you your food hot and fast👏🏻
The servings are HUGE too, I always order the Habanero Wet burrito and eat it for 2-3 meals (that stuff makes me sweat omg).
There is no sit down option for this food truck, but it’s a fun and fast ambiance that you don’t really find in Bellevue with all of it’s hoity toity restaurants.
I love that the prices are fair, the servings are huge, and the food is immaculate👏🏻♥

After FOUR+ YEARS IN SEATTLE — I finally found a delicious, authentic spot for Mexican food! I moved from Austin, TX and was so disappointed to discover that the Mexican food here is AWFUL. Also, nobody seems to understand that breakfast tacos are 1) a staple of a good diet and 2) should be served ALL DAY. Los Chilangos gets it! Also breakfast burritos are west coast trash. Give me breakfast tacos or give me death. Anyway, I got three different tacos + a side of beans for $15, which would have cost me $30+ and tasted half as good at any overpriced restaurant in downtown Seattle or Bellevue. They also started offering birria tacos and they are also fantastic! I come back regularly (and get to use my frequent flyer card, which I love).

We have had Los Chilangos cater 3 events over the past year, all to rave reviews by attendees! Excellent food, plenty of it, and excellent service. Will very likely have them cater our next event. Highly recommend!

We had one of their trucks cater my wife's 40th birthday party and it was an amazing experience. The team was super friendly, the food was incredible and our guests loved the vibe of having a truck at the party. Would recommend them highly for any fun event!

This food truck is located in a Shell gas station lot, at the 140th Ave NE and NE 8th St intersection. Food is very tasty and price is less than any other traditional Mexican restaurants. Definitely recommend if you're planning for a takeout..

This place is incredible! I got take out— a 3 taco plate (1 chicken, 1 carne asada, and 1 al pastor), and a couple servings of each of the side salsas and chips. The tacos were so flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The salsa diabla is definitely spicy! The plate comes with a small serving of rice and beans which were also amazing. The chips were fresh and warm. Everything was ready in 10 minutes. When I picked up my food, I saw a table sitting that had beautiful giant margaritas, going to have to try those next. A new favorite, will be going back ASAP! Great Authentic Mexican food with many high quality meat options. Horchata is also very refreshing and has the perfect traditional Horchata taste.

This little food truck is really good. We ordered online and picked up our order 10 minutes later and it was already bagged and ready to go. The fella operating the truck was super friendly and efficient . We live close by so our food was restaurant hot when we tore into it. Thumbs up all the way. Thanks guys .

Los Chilangos is a family friendly spot with great taco options. We are using them a catering for our upcoming wedding and are so happy with our choice. Our favorites were the Al pastor and carne asada tacos.
