I have found my forever shop!!! Alex’s is the BEST service around! I brought my car in to be repaired and had it returned to me in practically show room condition!! To say they exceeded my expectations would be the understatement of the year! I can definitely say they treated my car with exceptional care. Ivan and Alex and everyone else who helped out - THANK YOU!!

Back in December, I hit a deer. Did a whole bunch of damage to my vehicle. I contacted Alex Paint and Body and they told me they could start work on it immediately when most places had a wait time of up to 2 months. Since it was during the holidays and winter weather, work was delayed some. As they say, good things come to those that wait. When I got my vehicle back a few days ago, it was like a new vehicle. They did an excellent job and I will recommend them to others in need of body work.

Repair Quality
I had front end damage after an auto accident. I am Extremely satisfied with the repair work and I’ve already referred the other driver from the accident. All the staff were professional, knowledgeable very polite & friendly. Great communication. Everything was clearly explained and all questions answered. I was notified of additional work to be done and opportunity to approve any additional charges. When I picked up my car it was super clean inside and out. Was not like this upon drop off so this was a very pleasant surprise. I’ve had no problem with my car since it was picked up. My baby is like brand new. Thank you Dave and the team at Alex Paint & Body!!

This is a trustworthy team, not just quality, but honesty they made the insurance process look like a walk in the park, super clear information every step of the way.

I am just delighted and so appreciative of the job Alex’s Paint & Body did on my ‘19 Nissan Murano. Minor front end damage, but what an incredible job they did! As far as I’m concerned they are the bee’s knees of body work and paint. The wonderful gentleman, Dave took care of me from arranging my rental car, to follow-up during the process and he even took care of returning my rental. My vehicle looked phenomenal upon receiving it back. They even washed and made it look better than when I dropped it off. Could not recommend them enough. Very honest folks here. They get two snaps, a twist and a kiss from me.

Had 3 cars with hail damage repaired here and the service and repairs were great! Ivan did a great job working with my insurance company to get my cars repaired back to the previous condition. Ivan was very responsive and kept me in the loop. Will definitely use Alex Paint and Body again and work with Ivan.

Once again Alex and his staff have exceded our expectations! Recently had my daughters vehicle in for repais due to vandalism. When the vehicle was completed it looked great. Will always use this shop for repairs. Thank you Alex and Team

We have used Alex Paint & Body Shop at least 5 times over the years and their service has always been top notch. Very professional work, and Cesar was great to work with from beginning to end. He kept us apprised with the status of our insurance claim, plus they went back to my insurance company for more money when they discovered that the original damage estimate was incomplete. Alex is a hands-on owner who is available if you have any questions. Great overall experience.

Excellent customer service! Friendly, professional, and rapid service. My car looks brand new after they repaired it.

Alex does quality repairs and paint work and they complete them timely. I was satisfied with the work done. Only constructive criticism that I have is that I had to return for some minor re-work but they completed that timely as well and did not complain or contend my concerns. I give them a 9 out of 10, but if they start doing better inspections before releasing vehicle back to customer to ensure everything that was good is still good when they pick up—they’d be a 10 out of 10 easily in my book! Thanks Alex and the team for getting me back on the road and looking good on it!

Trashed the whole right side of my truck. These guys did a fantastic job and returned it back to brand new!

Left my car there to get repaired after a hit and run. We left the car there before a three day weekend, and then Dallas closed down for three days for an ice storm. Causing delays that were out of our control. I ran out of time in my rental and Alex made sure my daughter had a vehicle the days that were not covered by my rental. I truly appreciate that beyond words could ever express. Also the car looks brand new! They did amazing work! I highly recommend Alex Paint and Body Shop!!

We had an issue with the bodywork on our vehicle that insurance would not cover. After searching for a shop that would be able to fix it at a reasonable price, we stopped by Alex Paint & Body Shop. Dave looked over the problem and came back with a plan to fix it within our budget. The repair was perfect, the price was reasonable, and we could not be happier. We highly recommend them. This company is phenomenal. Not only did they take care of my rental care pick up/drop off, they finished my car early! Didn't have to make phone calls or worry about anything. Work performed was perfect and my car was clean when I picked it up (was not that clean when dropping off). Highly recommend them for any paint/body work.

I’m so thrilled and happy with their work. I have an older model Infiniti G35 that I adore. My friend accidentally backed into me and I had heard great things about Alex’s Body Shop. Jeremy took excellent care of my “girl”. Car rental was super easy - they picked me up at the shop. They had my car ready on time and looking fantastic. We had one small issue with a scratch on the front bumper that had not been there before. They apologized and Jeremy had them not only fix the small scratch but also some old damage that another shop (a couple years earlier) had fixed poorly. They made my old girl shine like new!!! I could not be happier. They also communicated almost daily so I knew exactly what they were working on and gave me an accurate time frame to expect my car back. They took care of everything for me. Super nice guys and excellent work. Highly recommend them!
