Preferred Personal Insurance

Best decision I have made with my insurance. Great rates with A rated companies, customer service has always been great. They shop my rates from time to time to make sure I'm getting the best price and coverage. Anytime I have a question they are just a phone call away, couldn't recommend them higher.

I met with Bill Eubanks to review our policies - he was very thorough and honest with us. Great service!!!

I can't speak for the whole agency, but I can speak to my experience with Nick Warner in the Irving office. Terrible customer service, unprofessional, and worthless agent. I called to get information about why our insurance was not paid and why we had been contacted about notice that our home insurance was to be cancelled NEXT WEEK. He blew me off, simply saying he hadn't received the check and "not to worry about it." Easy for him to say as its not his home, his insurance, his problem obviously...

Never once did he offer to help sort the issue out, although he is our agent and that would be his job. But after an hour on the phone with our Title Company, the actual insurance company and our mortgage company, come to find out Nick's office received the check the day after our closing, two weeks ago.

I called him back, annoyed at this point. He nonchalantly says, yeah we have your check... however he previously said he didn't... and when he found that he was mistaken, he never thought to call me back. Then he goes on to say that he would forward the check to our insurance agency in 13 days, 6 days AFTER our policy was to be cancelled. Pure laziness on his part.

Anyway, I ended up just paying the policy and now we will wait for the refund. Nick was absolutely zero value add. I'm not really sure what you pay someone like him for as I've done most of the leg work at this point.

Again, I won't speak for PPIA but I will say I DO NOT recommend Nick Warner.

Worst Customer experience! They do made unnecessary gestures and comments. Would never recommend them to anyone.
