Sheraton DFW Airport Hotel

The rooms were outdated and small. The location seems a little seedy but it was convenient to the airport. Earns 5 stars though due to Chef James and Chef Thomas for personally taking care of my special dietary needs. Aimee was very pleasant at breakfast each day.

Huge shout out to Maribeth at the front desk. She had such great customer service. I travel weekly for work and I really appreciate good whole hearted customer service. Thank you for everything and the recommendations

My family comes down to the Dallas area every few months from OKC for a quick get away and we tend to hotel hop every time we come down. I've only stayed at this property once and it was great. I'm an aviation geek and love watching planes come and go and this hotel has a great view of the runway to watch planes takeoff/land at DFW. Definitely going to stay here more often.

I was very pleasantly pleased. The room was great. Just the bed was a little too hard for me. The staff was so kind and friendly. The breakfast was pretty darn good, too!

Just had a one night stay. We traveled down to DFW due to weather issues in OKC. Good food in the bara and quick front desk service.

But what stood out the most was the airport shuttle service. The two standouts were the drivers Jammie and John. Both were wonderfully kind, friendly, helpful and entertaining. These two gentlemen are the key to a positive experience for travelers. The were the first and last impression of my stay and they made it wonderful!

This is upscale with an upscale price! Weather grounded many of us at DFW so this was a port in the storm. Very comfortable and accommodating but $300+ for a room with no free breakfast, is too high for my budget. You gotta do what you gotta do.

Lovely and clean. They treated our dance team very well. Their catering was incredible and the service was full of lovely friendly people.

Very good room, but the room was cold even when we kept turning it up. The conference room was cold as h___ and they brought in 4 heaters.

My wife and I overnighted between landing as DFW at 10PM and flying out the next morning at 7AM. We rode the free airport shut both ways, which was one of the reasons I booked with this hotel. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and great front desk service. Shuttle was easy and quick.

Yes - the room carpet & furniture may be a bit "dated", but the technology, water pressure and bathroom was impeccable! Hildi at the desk is a true gem and her bosses don't know how lucky they are to have her - she was amazing thru my check-in process and I witnessed her handling a completely unreasonable Karen type issue in the morning with nothing less than professionalisn, courtesy and a genuine attempt to meet the women's demands. If Hildi isn't the Customer Service Manager - she should be!!! I did not visit the bar & restaurant

Harrietta in the 12th floor club room was a delight each morning.

After getting a VERY friendly pat down from a TSA agent at 4:30 am followed by being tested for explosives, we made our flight. When we arrived in Dallas, the rental car company happily took my credit card, sold me up on some products, then told me the car I had reserved was not available and I could wait around until one was turned in or pay for an upgrade. I declined and they told me it would be difficult to give my deposit back. Luckily they were wrong and I was able to cancel my reservation and be stranded on my stubborn principals alone. It was brought to my attention that the Sheraton had a shuttle and at this point I would have done about anything to leave the airport, so I called them.

As quickly and pleasantly as possible they were there loading our luggage and us into the van. When we arrived, the lobby was clean and a welcoming face greeted us and attempted to check us in, just to discover we had no reservation. It turned out we shuttled to the wrong Sheraton. I laughed and explained what a day we had already had and it was only 9am. They gave me all of the information I needed to get to our booked location and they were ready to get us into a room at this location if we had any problems. They also gave my teens and I a beautiful complimentary breakfast while we put our plans back together and got on track. Thank you Hilda and I’m so sorry I didn’t catch your associates name. They really went above and beyond and we were so grateful for their unexpected generosity. I hope your managers see this. You are outstanding humans and represented your company so well.

Sheraton near DFW airport is a very practical hotel just a few minutes from airport. Beautiful views of the runway. Just 10 minutes drive to a lot of restaurants.

Conveniently located hotel just a few minutes from DFW Airport entrance. Beautiful rooms, friendly service, and great value - priced lower than other nearby Marriott properties.

Restaurant and lounge are great. Loren the bartender/server is very friendly and attentive despite having to cater to a large crowd...seemed to be a large company social gathering occurring in the evening. She divided her time well supporting the social gathering as well as the standard patrons at the lounge area.

Room was spacious and cozy.

I requested to change rooms, only because original room was in a high traffic area. The nice lady at the front desk eagerly and graciously accommodated my request.

1st time staying at this hotel and so far been very impressed. Rooms are spacious, bed was very comfortable and AC was Awesome! The restaurant was open late and food was spectacular.

I loved this place! From the food to the cleaning staff, everyone was helpful and friendly 😁Planes fly by too!

Great stay and staff are very helpful. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. The beds are vey nice and the tv’s are big and nice. Went to the breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food is very delicious. Also, the wait staff at the bar were very friendly and help make accommodations for our group. I will definitely stay here again.

First stay at the Sheraton DFW for a 3 day business trip. Rooms are ok and a bit dated. However staff at the hotel was helpful, especially Harriet from the Club Lounge who provided outstanding service for food, snacks and beverages. Overall the hotel is close to DFW and has okay rooms for 1 - 2 people. The hotel needs a bit of updating on the exterior as well
