Our pup has been a client at RFC animal hospital for 6 years and they NEVER disappoint. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting top-notch quality care for their fur babe. The team there always treats us and our babe so amazingly!

Dr. Carlson and her staff were absolutely lovely to me and my pooch. After a recent move, I needed to establish care for my big staffy. I put this off as a result of caring for elderly parents and naturally, a need for urgent care arose with my pooch. The clinic was able to get us in same day- I expressed my guilt for waiting and there was only kindness, no judgement. Costs were very fair and we will make this our vet of choice!

I just had my pup's first appointment at Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital. I have a skittish heeler and a COVID puppy so they were both pretty scared. The team handled them amazingly and my skittish heeler even took treats (which he doesn't do). Thank you so much to Dr. Carlson and her team for going slow and taking the time to get to know my pups!

The vets and techs are very professional and thorough. They took plenty of time with the exams and explained everything clearly to me.

These vets and vet techs are so attentive and helpful. Sandy has been a saving grace and a huge resource for finding vet pharmacies, supplements and special equipment. I so appreciate the extra time they all take to help my pups!

My family has been coming here for almost 20 years for our sweet family dogs. The staff here are wonderful and have extremely increased our life quality with our pets that have had medical issues. Highly recommend this vet. I just moved here and haven’t found a vet in the area. I needed a emergency vet visit, after contacting 20+ offices no one would see my cat bc he would be a new patient. I highly recommend the Redmond-Fall City animal hospital. We have been going there since we moved to Carnation in 2013. They've been outstanding in a variety of situations. We have a diabetic cat, an adventurous pug, and they were so kind at the passing of our very old cat when we first visited. We've seen Dr Maillet many times and she is knowledgeable and practical in solving challenges. The front desk is also wonderful, thanks Dana for all your help and support. I really appreciate it.

I want to thank Dr. Erin for making our husky super comfortable and letting me stay with her for her yearly checkup and vaccinations.

I saw Dr. Wise this morning for a 2nd opinion for my 15 YO dog, (should have been my 1st choice). As other have said the staff is great and Dr. Wise took the time to explained the situation and the different options. You can tell the staff really cares about your pets/family member. (its not just a job for them). I will be back, I highly suggest you give them a call if your looking for a excellent Vet.

Have been going to RFCAH for 18+ years and love it. I take my dogs and cats to see Dr. Hartung and she is the best! Very thorough with examinations and spends enough time at each visit so I leave knowing that my pets got great care and all my questions/concerns are answered. Dr. Hartung has a great approach to pet care in that she doesn't push unnecessary tests or treatments but will give you an honest and practical answer when it comes to making important decisions about your pet's health. I feel fortunate to have such great veterinarian care for my pets and the rest of the staff is great as well!

I got a ~2 yr cat from a shelter recently and went to RFCAH in the first week that we got her. The doctors and technicians are amazing and very helpful. Since this is my first pet ever, I had a lot of questions (even dumb ones), but the doctor and technicians were very patient with me and answered all my questions very patiently. They are available even for answering any questions or concerns over the phone. I felt my little kitty was in safe hands. I would recommend this hospital to anyone who wants good care for their furry little ones :)

We had to have our beloved dog put down after a long life, and I so appreciated the care and respect the staff gave to my children and our sweet dog. So loving and caring and gentle. It was a sad day for our family, but the way we were supported and the way Jake was cared for made it a little easier. We have peaceful memories around our dog's final moments because of this clinic and their sweet care. Much appreciated.

We have used the Redmond Fall City location for a very long time. We now are using the Sammamish location for grooming. We couldn't be happier with the professionalism and caring that all the staff possess. Our pet was just in for her 2 yr check-up! The vet was caring and well versed on medications and vaccinations for our pet. I would definitely recommend Dr. Erica Gillum.

I know the care for my pets is always best I could ask for. But the happy part is my pets love going to visit the doctors and staff. That makes any visit a fun family event. We have two wonderful Boston Terriers that enjoy the gentle and excellent care at Redmond-Fall City Animal Hospital.

Jasmine had her annual physical at RFCAH. Dr. Maillet was her vet, and Jasmine loves her. The service of all of the staff was excellent, warm, and friendly, as usual. We trust their judgement, recommendations, and advice, and rely on their expertise. The personal touch, such as prompt phone calls after visits and procedures to check on our pet, report test results, etc., are exceptional, as well. The new remodel of the facility is very nice and inviting, too.
We love RFCAH! I have been bringing our pets to RFCAH since 1995. We appreciate and value all of the veterinarians and their staff. All are professional in every way. Jasmine and I are now a Pet Partners Pet Therapy Team, and RFCAH was integral in recommending us and in assisting us with all of the paperwork necessary regarding the veterinary part of the application process.
