First time here no complaints. Appt was at 11pm. Arrived at 920pm. Park outside and walk to check in. They called me with a door 10 mins later. Take your paperwork to door #35. They text you a link to pay your lumper fee. After that picked up my paperwork and I was out by 11:30pm. Thanks receiving hours from 9pm to 3am _

My appointment time 4 am and am check in 1:30 am and get door, 2:30 trailer empty check out 2:35 am 👍👍too fast and all staff is also good

Park on street walk to check in. Person checking in excellent no problem. Appointment at 1am checked in at 10:30pm got door right a way.1hr to unload wait 30 minutes to pay lumper fee ready to go...

First time here…Not bad! Had a 22:00 appointment and checked in at 20:34 and got door immediately. Unload was quick and had paperwork in hand by 22:00. Guard lady did say they are changing their opening time to 22:00 so no longer 20:00. Also I had the pin 📍to where to check-in with guard first. You do have to park out on the street and walk up to the shack. ✌

It says no parking, but I didn't get harassed by law enforcement
You will wait along the street, then walk to the security post to check in, and then they will call you on the phone to drive in

Had a 11:59 pm appointment time check in at opening time 10:00 pm got door out by 12 : midnight fast & frendly

Everyone was polite,professional…
and fast.

I was a little over an hour early and they had me out of there before my actual appointment time.

That was the best unload I’ve had
in quite awhile.

I was hauling milk in pallet tanks so there was no real inventory
but as far I’m concerned…
They were on the ball.

Had 0000 appointment. Rolled up at 2300 . Was out by 0035. Park in street, check in with guard shack at south end of facility,

Y’all these reviews are mean. People don’t have any regards for others. You don’t know the day to day stresses of the jobs at this company. Be kind

Appointment 1am checked in 10pm got a door right away but was done unloaded 2hrs after appointment time by 2:54am. The check in process is horrible but I have 5star that they gave me door right away and I was able to sleep till they finish.

Not sure why all the negative reviews? My experience was very pleasant and rather quick. I checked in at 2300 for 0100 appointment. Was given a door 2330. They started unloading me at 1255 was done at 0110. Was called to move out of the door. You need to park on the street. Was texted by capstone at 0138. Paid lumper and left.

I came to UNFI on a Sunday to unload eggs I had 3 more drops after but before I got to UNFI I was told my mother wasn’t going to make it out of the hospital. As you can imagine that is last thing a truck driver wants to here while on the road as I was signing in to get a door just in conversation I mention it to Rolando and I believe his name was KC and thats all it took their was several trucks waiting to unload but they put me ahead of all of them I backed in to door and walked to the check inn door and when I got back Rolando pulled up and said I was ready. I couldn’t believe for such a Yung man he really cared and said he will pray for my mother when I drove away I had tears in my eyes. I would like to thank these young men for their honesty and their very strong work ethics that you just don’t see anymore I can’t wait to get a chance to stop inn next time I get close and let them know I made it back and made some decisions and I’m very happy to say because of these two young men I got to have my mother back and is making a good recovery. ❤❤❤ Thank you guys for being sympathetic in my time of need I will never forget it.

Gate guard was very polite and efficient. Check in was fast .. checked in at 255am for a 3. Bills in hand and headed out the gate by 330am
Overnight Street parking
Back in wasn't bad. Kinda tight, if you've ever been to Moreno Valley CA, UNFI, this one's a piece of cake

When u arrive, go to the driveway across from Quaker. Check in with guard, guy will be in his personal vehicle. I arrived early at 1243am for an 4am appt. He gave me a door. I departure the warehouse at 3:16am. U have to pay attention to the green light when they finish because they do not call u. They have lumper service, take a check in wit u so u want be running back n forth to ur truck. The employees were friendly. They have overnite parking on the street.

Security staff really Nice people. When you walk inside receiving office, bring a jacket. It's really Cold. Overall this place deserve 5 🌟

I am not writing a complaint but giving an accolade to one of your drivers. My husband and I are elderly and were on our way to an important Doctor visit in Austin, TX. On the way, we blew a tire and had to pull off at a tiny strip shopping center. We called AAA. They could send someone out in an hour. We would miss our appointment but what else could we do. One of your drivers, Domingo Suarez, who was waiting for another truck to unload so that he could move in, saw our problem and offered to change the tire for us. He did and we made it to our appointment in time. It is people like Domingo who give us faith in mankind. Thank you so much, Domingo.

Thanks guys for your patience. To the yard driver who offered help when I was blocking the driveway, thanks. Receiving, thanks for still unloading my truck.

Park your truck on Street, go to security booth, they will call you,when door will available. Be on time. 1-2 hrs for unloading, pay lumper fees online .
Late night appointment is the only issue.
