I have used FreedomPark dozens of times over the last five years and they have consistently delivered a five star experience. Every employee that I have come into contact with is friendly and polite they take excellent care of my vehicle and treated as their own. Highly recommend.

We just love Freedom Park! The efficiency & customer service is top notch. On my latest travel, I realized I forgot to go to the bank on way to airport & had left a bank deposit bag (full of cash) in my car. When I called Freedom Park about this, the agent reassured me of the safety protocol. As an even greater courtesy & reassurance a manager called me to tell me they recounted all the cash & it matched my enclosed deposit slip! What a relief. Very impressive! I’m thankful for Freedom Park & their amazing customer service.

We met our valet for drop off at 4am and when we returned again at 11:00 pm. Valet was there and waiting at both times. Very convenient!

This is the best way to park at the airport. I met them at my departure game and they met us at our luggage claim, even though the arrival terminal and game changed the day of our arrival. They were waiting on us. No wait or transfer, ... just get in my car and drive away!

FreedomPark is the best way to and from DFW Airport. I have been using FreedomPark for multiple years and they are always the highlight of my travel experience. I really want to thank Freedom Park and their team for taking of care me. Being able to call in and speak to an actual human and not some automated voice that will make you jump through hoops is very refreshing. They accommodated me at the very last minute and was there waiting for me as soon as I stepped off of the plane. They were also able to fill my car with gas and wash my car for me while I was away. Have used FreedomPark twice. First time had them fully detail my wife's car, and they did a wonderful job. Second time, we had multiple gate changes but they had my truck at the right place and waiting for me. I did have to wait a few minutes for the young man to deliver my keys but I had already anticipated that and kept my spare set with me. Had my stuff loaded up and was ready to go when he walked up. If you travel thru DFW you know that terminal changes are a fact of life, so going with a valet service saves you waiting and taking the shuttle bus, which often adds at least 30 - 45 minutes to a long day.

You must use FreedomPark when flying out of DFW airport! I had a great experience from start to finish. Making a reservation was a breeze, the valet team was on time and very kind. FreedomPark made the start and end of my travel so easy and enjoyable. I will be using them every time I travel now and you should too

It was so nice being able to have someone to be there when I got to the airport and assist with luggage. Then when I got back, my car was nice and clean, and the oil change was done too. So grateful that I was able to get it all done while I was gone.

I thought this service was great. I think anything with air travel is a pain and being able to drive up, get out of the car and then have it waiting for us when we walk out of the terminal is just fantastic.
Is it more money than parking yourself? Sure but for me it is absolutely worth it.
I’ve used other parking services . The ones you park and then get on the shuttle bus. Again what a pain. Freedom could not be more convenient. I will definitely use them again.

Worth every penny!! We have two young boys and this makes the drop off and pick up seamless. We’ve use them for a few years and have never been disappointed. The agents are always courteous and willing to accommodate any request we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this service.

We’ve never traveled for thanksgiving before and didn’t consider needing to reserve parking. Usually we do one of those long term parking lots. Well they were all FULL the night before thanksgiving. So we gave them a shot and they were able to pick our car up from the terminal. Because of them we were able to make our flight! Thank you freedom park!!!!

I just logged in because I wanted to write a great review, raving about the quality of Freedom Park's service. I was shocked to find that there were actually negative reviews about this company. I've been using them religiously since July 2014. The service has always been excellent in every way. This week, for the first time, they screwed up by keeping my car in the airport too long, which led to a parking ticket and extra charges getting out of the airport. But the expediency and politeness with which they took care of the issue made it seem that there wasn't ever a problem at all. I don't know for sure, but my guess is that this company is led by a person who really "walks the talk." Otherwise, the team wouldn't be able to turn a dime to react to a situation the way they did. I love Freedom Park and will use them forever. Or at least until I get to stop traveling!

I have used FreedomPark for years and love their service. They are FANTASTIC! They are always prompt and courteous. Everyone from their customer support to the valets go above and beyond to take care of me and my car. I especially love their vehicle services as their car wash is better than most and way more convenient.
