Tru by Hilton Dallas Market Center.

Came to town for the eclipse and this was one of the only rooms we could find in the path of totality. Unlike others, we appreciated the valet and he was super nice. Our vehicle didn't get broken into, so I'm calling that a win. The room was exactly the same as other Tru rooms we've stayed in with the only drawback being the extremely loud noise from the interstate. That's the fault of whoever designed the hotel and whoever approved the design though...definitely should have added more soundproofing. Anyway, as we were preparing to leave I ran into one of the managers in the elevator and as we were talking I told her how stressed out I was trying to figure out where to go to view the eclipse. She offered to let us stay on property and if some people didn't show up, she would allow us to go to the rooftop bar for the sold out eclipse event. Luckily some people didn't show up, so we got to go. We had an awesome time and really enjoyed ourselves. We really appreciated her saving the day and I gave her a hug as we left because it meant that much to me to not be put under additional stress. I'd totally stay here again because everyone else was really kind too. I might pick a room on the other side of the building though...or actually use the earplugs they provide. Thanks for making our day so awesome! I didn't catch the manager's name, but wow...what a thoughtful person. I really can't thank her enough.

Friends came to town to celebrate my bday and they got a room here. Saturday night we sat next to a toasty fire on the patio of the rooftop bar and had birthday cake and cocktails. The bartender was amazing and made the night even better. The view of the city skyline was amazing.

Great hotel close to downtown with great accomodations!! The view from the rooftop is great! The breakfast was really solid they had pancakes, omelletes, bagels, cereals and some yogurt just to name some. The staff was very friendly and they were helpful with local recommendations. Will definitely stay here when back in DFW!

Courtney is your shining star. She was just as helpful, enthusiastic and friendly at the end of her overnight shift as she was when we met her the previous night..
Hotel was clean, nice lobby to hang out in etc. The only downfall is getting into the parking lot with cones here and there, getting stuck waiting behind valet- it is a mess but the service and enthusiasm that I observed from Courtney and others made up for it..

The hotel was wonderful. Kind of different with no normal storage option and forced valet. The staff was absolutely amazing and Ms. Tish took great care of me. And the daytime valet was awesome. Unfortunately forgot her name, but she was the only female. The designated smoking arear was nice too. The rooftop bar was awesome, but drinks were not strong and the staff drank more than I did. If you stay, do not pick the room close to the highway if you are a light sleeper like me. I was offered a different room, which was great.

This is my 1st time here and 1st time staying at a Tru. I read the reviews and people complained about the valet, and the rooms, and on and on. I say try it out yourself and let us know. The rooms are updated and cozy. I stayed on the side of the freeway and had no problems falling asleep, which is one complaint, but it's right on the highway. Do your research first. Staff is great, very helpful. There is breakfast for free, which is not bad, I have had way worse. There are plenty of places to eat around the area. Just do a google search. The price was right, new hotel and I had a great stay. Check them out, and as always, my 2 cents.

This hotel is wonderful, however be prepared for valet parking. The staff is top notch and the hotel and rooms are clean. Fun atmosphere in the lobby! Breakfast is average during the week better towards week end. I stayed here on business as it served central location for my needs. The valet parking threw me a loop as I stay at many Tru by Hilton and haven’t experienced it and was not prepared for it! It is not included. However the valet attendants were amazing! It did make me feel safe since the only way to get in and out it valet. So I’m mixed about it. It “truely” is one of the best stays I’ve had.

Great service and amenities during my stay over the winter storm. I was unable to return home because I am an essential worker at a nearby hospital. I did not anticipate needing a hotel reservation for as many nights as I ended up staying. The laundry facilities were much appreciated. The hot breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The front desk staff were very helpful. Shout out to Ms. Charley and Miss Courtney at the front desk..very busy time but service with a smile.. Also, the valet service by Miss Darlene was appreciated. She had my car warm and windshield scraped upon delivery.

We are here for the Dallas Men's Market, which is located across the highway. A shuttle is available at the hotel to get there and back. The employees went above and beyond to help us when an issue arose. The rooms are very nice and clean. There is ONLY valet parking, and bring an extra key just in case. The cost is $35 a night or $10 for a daytime pass. This will be added to your bill, so be aware of this when planning your stay. Tru is right off the highway so traffic is very noticeable in the rooms. The font desk does offer ear plugs if you are sensitive to sound. Overall, I highly recommend Tru, and we will be returning.

This hotel is beautiful! We got an amazing corner room on a high floor level with beautiful views over the skyline. And the rooftop bar is pretty sweet.
Carlos and Darleen, the valet team members were amazing! Very friendly and cheerful.
Erica, who was working the front desk when I informed her the elevator door had shut on my partner during our stay, informed us the elevator doors do not have motion sensors to tell when people are standing in the elevator doorway, so they shut on people normally. She informed us this was an issue Hilton wide, so I’d caution when stepping into the elevators. Other than that once incident and not so great interaction with the concierge, our stay was amazing.

We absolutely loved our stay here, the workers were so nice and extremely helpful they made us feel welcomed and comfortable during our time there. However, I did not appreciate being charged a mandatory $35 valet parking charge when I could literally walk/see my car from the doors of the hotel. It was literally in the same parking lot as the hotel building.

Just arrived for my weekend stay attending a private party on the roof top deck. Friendly service when I arrived hotel is spotless and smells great. Great outdoor seating super comfy. Lobby is big and spacious with great comfy seating. Lots of treats to choose from the cold beer hit the spot after traveling. Room is clean and spacious. So glad I choose to stay here at the Tru by Hilton. A short drive from the airport.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel for a short trip to Dallas. While it is close to the interstate, they provided a noise machine in the room which worked perfectly fine for me to drown out the noise from the highway.

This hotel has a rooftop bar which is really neat. It offers great views of the city, and is rare to see at a Tru hotel. Andrea provided great service at the bar, and if I’m in the Dallas area again, I’ll visit this hotel.

Nice room. AC seemed to be out on the first floor. Was super hot when we arrived, but by the time we returned from a show, they had fans going. Elevators are incredibly slow. There are only 2.

I travel 20 weeks a year for work so I've stayed in quite a number of hotels. There are just some really nice features in this hotel for the modern traveler. For example, they give you a sound machine. They give you a bench that you can sit on to put on your shoes. There's storage space underneath the bench for your shoes. There are at least five hooks in the room which is amazing because you always need more hooks. They got rid of a closet that just takes up room and put in a bar with some hangers on it in case you want to hang up clothes. The luggage rack is actually a sturdy piece of furniture instead of a rickety collapsible folding thing and it holds one piece of luggage extremely well. There's a gigantic dispenser of body lotion in the bathroom which is fantastic. For the price, it's a wonderful stay.

Tish was at the front desk to greet us on arrival. She was absolutely amazing! All staff was mostly great & friendly both days/nights shifts. we stayed 3 nights 4 days. Facility was clean at all times and smelled good. Rooms are more like a modern type of set up, there’s no drawers in room but that was no issue for us. We loved it here! In the bathrooms easily accessible soap, shampoo, conditioner, & lotion! Breakfast was good, we have omelets one day with sausage. Then scrambled eggs with sausage links another. They always have the pancakes, oatmeal, muffins, bagels, toast, yogurt, cereal, For drinks they had milk, apple, orange juice lemonade. Only thing is we did notice there was a few homeless people that stayed on the outside of the gates on side of the hotel, they were no bother though.

My kids and I had the best experience here while visiting Dallas. This is the first hotel I ever had a good night sleep.

We stayed here for a convention up the road and everyone was so friendly and helpful. From checking in with Jakory and checking out with Charisma and Erika everyone was just what we needed after a long work weekend. Even right down to Jase and valet team were top notch!
Definitely recommend staying here!

From the Valet in the beginning to checkout. Smooth sailing, these people are A-1. Every Valet was personable and super friendly. Cynthia in housekeeping was absolutely hilarious. Charisma when we checked out was amazing. We travel with our adult disabled son and without asking they put us in a room for HIS comfort. 10/10 would absolutely recommend.
