Supercuts (Loop288)

Yesterday evening, 2/26/23, my husband and I had appointments to get our hair cut. My stylist was Thomas and I cannot praise him enough for the phenomenal job he did! Not only did he take the time to educate me on my hair type, but he also made suggestions (both cut and product) on what would compliment my hair type and accentuate my curls. Thomas did his thing and gave me the most beautiful haircut - honestly I had no idea my curls could look so nice! Thomas is truly an amazing stylist and talented individual!!

I have been to Thomas twice and he has been exceptional both times. He is so attentive, takes his time, and does the best quality cuts I’ve ever had. As a few other reviews have mentioned, there may be a wait, even with an appointment, but I don’t mind it for the quality of attention I get. Also, it’s supercuts, where walk-ins are welcome. Have a realistic expectation of where you’re going, be understanding, and your experience will be great.

Alaina did a perfect job on my hair. I let her know what I needed done and she got it right on track. Thank you Alaina and I’m proud of your great talent. I’ll be back and thank you again.

Took my 5 year old granddaughter and 4 year old grandson to Supercuts. Both were given excellent cuts, and my granddaughter learned how to brush her hair!

I haven't had my hair colored in countless years. Avery has been my hair dresser for years. I talked to her yesterday to set up an appointment for color and cut. Avery is the best and I am always happy when she has completed her masterpiece. Avery is adorable and I always enjoy spending time with her.

Not sure of her name but the woman with the beautiful light eyes cut my husband’s and my hair in less than 30 minutes and both came out exactly the way I asked. She said the pictures do help and she nailed it on both of us. We are now cruise ready! Could not have gotten a better haircut at any high scale salon. Will make sure to call and get her name!

Been there a couple times now and they have always done a great job

I never usually like places like Supercuts and didn’t usually have good experiences but, I went in as a walk in because it was located nextdoor to my dentist, and thought well why not. I actually for the first time ever had a great experience! Avery does an amazing job, has patience, and a lot of experience! My hair looked amazing and felt so much better! I even recommended her to a Friend of mine and she did an amazing job with her as well. I will for sure continue to come here so long as she is here and does my hair! When I can I want to do an all over color! It’s actually affordable here to get done and budget for! Thank you Avery!

Phoenix was my stylist. She was incredible! It was my first time seeing her and I immediately felt comfortable because of her warm, inviting and super friendly personality. I have very curly hair and it can be difficult to find the right stylist sometimes though I generally just get a trim. She is so knowledgeable and gave me some great tips. Will be back to see her and I highly recommend her!

Caitlyn did my hair and she did a fantastic job, did it exactly how I wanted and was super nice and talkative while she did my hair definitely will be coming back to her!

I've been getting my har cut by Avery at this Supercuts for a few years. She does a great job and ia fun to talk with.

Kailin was amazing at my hair today and told me through the process of her doing my hair! I love how she did my hair and how communicative she was! Definitely will be going to her everytime I get my haircut now!

I usually have the same young lady cut my hair, wish I could remember her name...I'm horrible with names lol. But she's always done an amazing job, is always very sweet and is definitely fun to talk to. Which makes it an even more pleasurable experience. Had a different employee cut my hair tonight because the one that normally does mine was busy with another customer. Was still a decent experience overall though.

I had Chloe cut my hair and she was great and I had great service. A little wait due to people ahead of me but stylist got done with their clients in a timely manner. Very good experience definitely plan on going back.

The girl that cut my hair did a great job

My entire family has been going to Jennifer for about a year now. Jennifer is a true professional with expert skills in cutting and styling hair. Jennifer always eases my little one's nervousness before he gets his haircut. Now he loves to go and cut his hair knowing he is in great hands with Jennifer. I highly recommend Jennifer for haircuts, styles, color - you name it she is fantastic!!

8/28/2020 UPDATE AGAIN: if you are going to go here you must go to AVERY!! She is awesome!! She just cut my 4 year old sons hair and did an amazing job we will go to her for now on and wait if we have to! Great job Avery keep up the awesomeness!!!!! Super professional with mad skills!

8/13/2020 UPADATE: stylist’s name is Hanna and has short hair with red on top currently) I have never have a bad experience at this location until today. Me and my son came in to get our hair cut and the lady that cut my hair did awesome but the young lady who cut my sons hair apparently has never cut a child’s hair before. Was the haircut bad? No. it was decent at best and could have been better if the stylist didn’t have such a attitude? Yes. My son is a 7 year old hyper boy so is he gunna stay still the whole time? Heck no and any stylist should be prepared for that when dealing with a child. Is it frustrating? Sure I can definitely understand that, but I’m paying for a service and you’re job is to perform that service to the best of you’re ability( I don’t know maybe that is the best of your ability...sure hope not..) any ways I asked if she could tighten up his side with the clippers since it was much longer than what I originally asked her to do. With attitude she says “I mean ya I guess if he can stay still” wait what? I’m sorry was I asking too much of you by requesting you to do you’re job?? Oh I’m sorry you must have forgot you’re role. After the unnecessary attitude she completed what I requested and asked if it looked good. I said “well these pieces here are little long can you trim these up please sorry I’ve OCD when it comes to hair cuts” again with unnecessary attitude she goes “oh ok”. For everyone in the Supercuts sake I just paid and left and decided to post this instead of publicly shaming the stylist on her lack of professionalism and attitude. So if you’re reading this I actually do recommend this Supercuts because everyone else is awesome, but if you plan on getting you’re child’s haircut make sure you stay away from the short statured short haired Hispanic/possibly Asian young lady because God forbid you’re kid moves it will completely affect her ability to perform her job the correct way. I hope all who read this have a blessed experience. DROPPED MY RATING SO THAT MAYBE THE OWNERS WILL GIVE A DANG.
