Tru by Hilton Coppell DFW Airport North

Tru by Hilton exceeded my expectations especially the front desk staff. The woman that was working on 1/15 at 8:30 pm was my hero! She was exceptionally helpful and kind. We had a horrible travel day and she helped us get back on our feet. She made sure we had everything we needed from wine to toothbrushes and deodorant. I really appreciate how kind and accommodating she was. The hotel was very clean and well stoked. I would absolutely stay here again.

This location pleasantly surprised me! Both the evening and morning front desk clerk were incredibly pleasant and enjoyable to visit with.

The room was clean as was the property in general. It is conveniently located without being in an area that was loud, so I guess it’s kind of tucked into a business area.

Editing a previous review. The GM, Kelly, reached out and resolved a missing-item miscommunication issue. Excellent attentiveness and proactive resolution. Amenities here are great, and with this kind of service, can whole-heartedly recommend this location.

Check in was quick, parking was easy, the room is clean and has everything we could need. They have an ice machine with buckets next to it and a water bottle refill station, which is really nice to have. In the lobby they have a snack and drink set up similar to what you would find at a convenience store and you can self check out so you don’t have to wait in line behind people checking in. There are games and plenty of seating downstairs which we didn’t utilize because we were so tired from our drive but we would have loved to hang out there.

This was a very solid option for an early flight to DFW (5am departure). Easy to access the hotel via a complimentary airport shuttle, you basically call when you land and let them know which terminal you are at and where you'll be waiting outside. Please be aware that the shuttle doesn't run on weekends. But I was able to get a Lyft and Uber on a Saturday morning at 3:20 am (plenty of options around). It's about 10 min Uber to the airport.

As far as the hotel room, this particular Tru was immaculate, very clean and the most comfortable beds. Definitely recommend.

I have stayed here a couple times and just love it. The location is great. Super convenient to everything you need. The breakfast is good and the dining area is always clean.

2. Close to the airport (shuttle provided with advanced notice)
3. Rooms are clean
4. Breakfast is warm and include staple items
5. Service was great! Had a problem with our door not locking and they quickly had someone out to fix it, then had no problem switching us to a new room.
6. Plenty of games in lobby for family, friends, and kids to play.
7. Gym and pool are nice
8. Nice patio area to relax at night
9. Parking lot is well-lit
10. Front desk receptionists were very kind.

Hotel is amazing but the best part is the customer service. The ladies at the desk are amazing (Dee and Moriah), absolutely the best. Gave excellent recommendations for things to do and places to go eat.

My stay was extended due to the weather conditions across the South East. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful during my stay there. It is close to great places to eat and shop.

Staff was great. Room was small but efficient for a nights sleep, which is what we needed. Everything was very clean and the soaps smelled so good, loved their refillable bottles so less plastic waste, well done. Really nice variety of snacks and beverages for purchase. Breakfast was really good and well stocked. Coffee could have been better and get some flavored creamer! Atmosphere and lobby were really nice and comfortable.

Very nice hotel. Not sure about customer service. My entire stay only one person smiled back. Housekeeping could be a little bit more considerate with the noises.

The service only gets 4 stars—which is better than the 0 I would’ve put before Iesha (not sure how to spell her name) saved the day. Whoever was checking us in prior to Iesha wasn’t allowing us to check in for whatever reason. Iesha came up after the fact and asked what the problem was. She then proceeded to apologize for not being able to check in before and promptly got us checked in and also made sure we had a handicap accessible room for my 92 year old grandmother. For the entire rest of the stay, Iesha kept asking if we needed anything and kept apologizing for the problems we had at check in. Iesha has wonderful customer service

Iesha is the absolute best. This really should be her hotel. Absolute best ever! 10 out of 10 and I don't give this often to none.

Really modern, clean, and welcoming hotel! Breakfast included, free shuttle to the airport, dog friendly (not 100% sure on this but I saw dog treats on the check in counter) , and a short drive to the airport! Reminds me a lot of the Aloft chain from Marriott but better!

I love staying at Tru Hiltons when I travel. This location was close enough to the airport, easy to find, clean, quiet, and updated. Check in was so convenient, as I had a digital key. The staff were so friendly. Would stay here again.

I wasn't sure what to expect from an emergency overnight near the airport and boy am I glad I stayed here. The room was extremely clean. Great water pressure. Free breakfast was nice and a complimentary shuttle back to the airport. Make sure to sign up for a shuttle spot when you check in so you have a seat !

Rooms are bit small but it was comfortable and very clean. The hotel serves a very good breakfast. The a/c is a bit noisy. The area is very safe and just a few minutes drive to DFW.

They have the best breakfast buffet I've ever experienced so far. They're super clean, the rooms are cozy. Last time we had a normal 2 queen bed, that room was a little tight. This time I got the mobility one with a bathtub since I have kids. There's more space for the kids to run around. It's a friendly experience. Nice atmosphere. They greet you on the TV, which is a smart TV that offers the use of your own Netflix account. This is our second time at this hotel and we've decided that this will be our go to hotel each time in the future. It's worth the extra $20-30 than cheaper hotels, I promise!

Really cute decor. Still operates a shuttle from the airport and has helpful and friendly staff.

Was there for a work trip, great service! Very comfortable beds, my head just melted into the pillow, they have a longer pillow that was just so comfy I wish I could have taken it home.

The black out blind was a vert nice touch!

Ohh and the TV even had a welcome msg displaying my name, very neat touch.
