I used have Metro PCS and I switched to Cricket I guy that took care of me was Manue he was so helpful and attentive so a few days later needed another phone and went to the location and they told he moved to another location so I asked where he went so I over there his customer service was go great as he did the first time.

I had to get my new iphone 14 activated and it was a long process because I could not remember the code on my account. Stephanie and Leslie were so incredibly helpful. They were patient and stayed on the phone with customer service as long as it took to resolve the problem and get me taken care of. If i ever need another iphone activated, I would definitely come back!

Great customer service this evening from Alexa and Francisco. I arrived 30 minutes before closing time and was able to get so many issues resolved before they closed. They knew exactly what needed to be done to swap my sim, get an addtl line, and how I could save on my overall bill.
