Wonderful store! The staff is presentable and ready to help. They’re also very informational. It’s my first time in Texas and I know nothing about cowboy hats, but I really wanted an authentic one. Jackson did Ana maxing job sizing me and giving me options. The hat buckle options are cute and nicely displayed. Large location and a lot of options for your Cowboy accessory needs. There are a lot of other great things there such as boots and clothing that I didn’t explore, but would definitely like to once I visit again.

Experienced staff that genuinely cares about their customers. Love coming here for our family’s western wear! The hat section is awesome!

Go see Rusty for boot fitting and knowledge! His knowledge is amazing, will get you in the right boot, and very kind! He knew that I wasn't buying a pair of boots today and he still took the time to answer all my questions and to make sure the right boot was on my foot!

Stopped in on our way home. We live in kentucky. I didn't catch the guys name that helped us but he wore glasses. But he was fantastic. Helped my boys find hats and boots. Help my husband find his boots and helped me. He was great. Best service at any store we have been too.

Kayla was amazing! She was so helpful in helping me pick out my first ever pair of Ariat’s for a wedding I was the best man of! I got some May comments on how great the boots looked and the jeans she chose to go with them! Cavendar’s Denton customer service is top notch!

I’ve come to the Denton location a few times now. And every time I hand great service. Today Allie was so helpful!! She made me feel very welcomed and helped me decide on the perfect outfit for my event and birthday! Will be coming back to this location!!

Highly recommend visiting Cavender’s in Denton for a custom hat! Angel and Jeff went above and beyond to make sure my dad and I had the most perfect fit. The boot and clothing selection is HUGE! Something for the whole family.

After a horrible expierence at Justin Outlet in Justin, TX, we headed over to Cavender’s for a GREAT holiday shopping spree!! Thanks Cavender’s for helping us checking off some Christmas shopping😉

Awesome service the gentleman that took care of us really knew what he was talking about on boots and helped my son find a perfect pair and that a real good price I suggest visiting the store if you're interested in any kind of boots or Leather wear!!!

Got the kid some boots, jeans, and a shirt. He will be styling now, according to his mom...

Found exactly the type of boot I have been looking for & paid a fraction of what I was expecting to pay! Win/win! Also had great service with the young ladies there working. Great clothing selection as well but was surprised to see that there were no cowboy/girl hats at all...weird! But not why I was there, just an observation.

Had a great time looking for an outfit for a wedding, I thank Rusty for the time and patience he took to help me find me everything I need for and made my experience worthwhile
