Four Points by Sheraton Dallas Fort Worth Airport North

The hotel was very nice. It was so refreshing to be in a room that actually provided a good amount of lighting, and had bulbs that were on the daylight/cool side instead of the dim/warm lights that majority of hotels have.
However, where this hotel shined was with their shuttle service to DFW. Upon arrival I let the hotel know that I wanted to use the shuttle for my extremely early flight and I was able to pick my time either on the top or bottom of the hour. At 3:30am Wilmer (spelling might be incorrect) was waiting for me and made the early morning drive to the airport a wonderful experience. He was such a pleasure to talk to and got me there via a safe and comfortable ride. I normally dread the awkward shuttle rides and, after this experience, any future drivers will have a high standard to match. When I travel to Dallas in the future, I will stay at this hotel strictly because of Wilmer. This hotel has an absolute gem with this man so make sure you hold onto him!

I went here for a conference and luve in the area so I didn't stay here and I don't know about the rooms but the bathrooms were VERY clean honestly I was shocked. Our conference was catered by the hotel and the food was very good. The staff that I did come into contact with were very friendly.

My flight to Charlotte was delayed by two hours and i was worried it was going to be cancelled so i decided to fly the next day. I searched the DFW area for a hotel to stay for less than 12 hours and this location was affordable, the shuttle service is really great, the hotel bar and restaurant was outstanding and so is reception. I had a very short stay but everything was excellent. I’ve stayed in a much more pricey Marriott brand hotel and their towels were awful, the toilet paper was so bad but this hotel was wonderful. The pool looks extremely cozy, however i failed myself and didn’t bring a bathing suit. Definitely would book here again. Ohhh and the coldest AC in my room, it was incredible

My birthday plans got all messed up because American Airlines sucks . But they put me in a room for the inconvenience they caused . Little did I know this minor inconvenience would turn into a major inconvenience and I ended having cancel my whole trip and getting stuck in Texas . This hotel was so nice and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond making sure we enjoyed our stay . Definitely recommend staying here .

I always enjoy the meetings in the convention center. It's easy to get to, no tolls, no paid parking for the conference. Amazing staff and great food.

Room is nice, clean and feel comfortable. Services are friendly and nice, very helpful to answer any questions or needs you want. As a Marriott member, they give free bag package (personal note, bottle of water and a bag of snack) on check in which was nice to see and wasn't expecting. Very good jester and makes you feel important to them as a valuable member. Overall, really nice place and will come back again whenever I come to Dallas.

Booked this late at night after our flight was cancelled. The free shuttle was great and the hotel is very nice. The beds are super comfy; shower & amenities are excellent (thanks for not using those tiny wasteful plastic bottles!) free good quality coffee is a very nice touch and the room was quiet and dark - much appreciated after 24 hours of traveling! We tried the breakfast at the restaurant and it was yummy and the servers were so friendly and helpful. All in all a very pleasant stay - highly recommend.

We did training for work and it was great. The food was really good and the staff was friendly.

We stayed at Four Points for 26 days. The hotel is very nice, well maintained and in a very convenient location. Every time when we requested housing service the young lady who clean our room was absolutely amazing, she always left everything organized and very clean. Chris and Vicky from front desk were also great, they have such great attitude, they’re always willing to help, very polite and friendly. A big shoutout to the three of them. We definitely would come back, we had such a pleasant stay.

I went here on a Event for my Business it was a great location near to airport and the atmosphere was clean and good customer service

Excellent experience! The hotel is modern, comfortable, and clean. The room was cozy, especially the plush, soft bed. Adrianna, from the front desk, was very helpful in checking me in, registering me for the airport shuttle, and providing me with a fork and spoon when my Door-Dash delivery came without dinnerware. The shuttle driver was very efficient and helpful, too. You could easily tell that the employees genuinely enjoyed their jobs and care about the guests. Very pleasant experience.

Had a Great all day seminar, good seating, temperature nice and also stable. Staff were all excellent, quiet, friendly and professional.

I had multiple cancellations with American Airlines and ended up having to find a hotel room at 3 am and the four points came through. They have a free shuttle to and from the airport so you can save money on an Uber. But ontop of that the shuttle driver Willmur was so friendly and accommodating and help ease the tension of a long day of travel. Beth at the front desk was exceptional on finding us a room and getting us set up with a ride back to the airport. If you need a budget friendly hotel with amazing service then you should stay the four points by Sheraton.

Beautiful place and I will stay here again. I am not looking for anything special when I go to hotel because it is not my home. So long as there is a bed, clean bathroom and towels, I am good. I do like to have a fridge and a microwave though but not a deal breaker😁

My plan was to reserve my room the day before I arrived so I wouldn't have to wait for 3pm check in. I attempted to check in via mobile, but I never got my room key sent to my phone. When I checked in the following day, I was told my reservation was canceled because I never checked in! Thankfully the lady working the front desk found me a comparable room, ready for check in AND honored the price I originally booked it for. She was amazing and I was grateful for how she helped me.

The room was exceptionally clean and the bed was super comfortable. All staff members I encountered were also very helpful and friendly.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. I only have two complaints about the room. The shower design is flawed- There is a glass pane that covers half of the shower and does not slide or have an arm hole in it to access the faucet to turn on the shower without blasting cold water all over yourself. It also causes a lot of water to pool on the tile outside of the shower so be sure to lay down a towel. The other is that the shampoo and conditioner were not great. They have refillable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers that are mounted to the wall in the shower. They were possibly watered down or just didn't lather well at all. I ended up just purchasing my own. Other than that, it is a great place to stay for a business trip and was very close in proximity to where I needed to be. Also, Tom at the bar downstairs is a gem! Amazing memory and top notch customer service.

Clean, comfortable, and great value. We stayed here for a night during a long layover— the complimentary airport shuttle service was straightforward and efficient. Staff were friendly and helpful- even at 3am when we checked out for our redeye flight. Can’t ask for more!

Cleanliness of this hotel and our room was superb. The person at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our breakfast each morning was hot and prepared just as we wanted. The breakfast host/server was always friendly and attentive. We could not have had any better service!!😀
