Mr. James at the Cockrell Hill location in Dallas showed excellent customer service! He was very helpful! Mrs. jesse displayed amazing customer service as well! If everyone that deals with customers would show amazing customer service the way they do then the world would be a better place! Thank y’all for great service!

I want to shout out to two great managers working in this office. James and Keisha.

I recently had the opportunity to pick up two auction units that were fairly large. The access times were excellent and I was able to get them emptied . The two managers worked with me and I was able to empty both units and clean them out in a timely manner.
They were very gracious and friendly.
It is to the manager's discretion how much time you actually have to get stuff out and the two managers I worked with were FANTASTIC!

I have had dealings with other Cube smart managers and I had no time to get the items out. They were so busy being strictly to a schedule that it was not conducive for me to do them and I do not choose to buy auctions from those anymore.

If the objective is to have the auction units emptied then perhaps other CubeSmart managers should take a page out of James and Keisha's managers playbook.

These two managers are some of the best I have had the great fortune to deal with.

Went in with plans on doing a price match to see if I can find the best price,This was my first place..The representative was so sweet and down to earth!We loved everything about her from her warm smile to her hospitality personality ,We realized this was the place for us we didn’t even care about price comparison anymore!Thank you so much for everything!😊😊

I have been a customer for 2 weeks now. I went online to reserve my unit on a Wednesday evening and tangibly acquired the space on Friday evening was quick and easy. The website was user friendly and the customer service was stellar. The young lady that helped me gave me was very friendly and went the extra mile to ensure I’d have a safe a productive move in. I believe she had just been promoted to management.

Very friendly. The lady even came to my car and asked me of I needed help. Well, it was before opening time. This type of service is so rare! Rock on Assured! I am now a customer and will let my family know if the service stays a 5 star!

Had a great experience with Assured Self storage. Rent from them for 6 months and never had any issues. I was late on my checkout date and the wonderful ladies stayed after hours to check me out. Would use them again.
