Very nice place to stay. The staff are very cooperative and friendly. The kids enjoyed it very much during the stay.

Everything is neat and clean and you can make cooking if you want. Everything is present here whatever is required for a good place to stay. I recommend this place with a 10/10 rating, made my trip happy and comfortable. Thank You.

This was a really good budget option. We stayed here because I refuse to fly overnight and prefer to have an overnight layover where I can sleep. The check in process was smooth and the rooms were reasonably nice. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. They have a small kitchenette setup which I could see being very helpful for someone staying longer. I was surprised at how good the airport shuttle was. I called the front desk from DFW and a driver came right away to pick us up. We had the continental breakfast which had some alright warm options. I had some oatmeal with toppings. The shuttle took us to the airport with plenty of time. Obviously don't expect luxury because you're not paying for it, but I thought this place was much nicer than the price would imply and I would recommend it for a budget conscious vacationer.

It was very convenient with a shuttle from DFW. The shuttle driver was awesome and the room was clean and spacious.

We just stayed this weekend it was great, the breakfast was awesome they had crispy bacon, the room was nice and I slept great. I got shuttled to my interview on time at the airport and the manager was awesome will go again.

Room was clean, front desk was kind and courteous, the breakfast in the am was great.

Had a great stay here. Room overlooked the tennis courts and pool. The continental breakfast was delicious and the mixers Tuesday and Wednesday evening were very nice. Loved the room. Very clean and well put together. The towels are huge and fluffy. Hope i get to return soon!

Stunning place. I'm sad we only stayed for 1 night.

I can not say enough good things about this place. We checked in on a Monday and had a really nice suite. On Tuesday we left to go drive around and got down the road and our radiator blew. Ugh. So I went to a shop to have it worked on, but I had my 4 kids and wife with me. I called the hotel and at first they told us we were too far out for the shuttle to come pick us up. I told them what was going on and they made a special trip to come and get my family. I stayed at the shop while they fixed my car. This was a huge lifesaver for them to come get them. We were stranded and I didn't want my kids sitting in a mechanics shop all day. Glenda, Anita and Heather all went above and beyond to help us out in our time of need. Great customer service and I can't thank them enough. The rest of the stay was great. Good breakfast each morning, a cool pool to swim in and again, the room was great. If we are back in the area we will certainly stay here again. Thanks for having such an awesome team.

Lady at the front desk was great. I had trouble opening my door as the handles were stuck and she promptly came to the room with me to troubleshoot. The rooms are clean and roomy. Dishes had some dust but we just rinsed them before using it.

Would stay here again.

Hotel location was great - near DFW. The shuttle runs 5 AM - 11 PM. Good breakfast. My flight didn't get in until after midnight. The woman working overnight was super - she made check in quick and easy!

Went to a workshop help here and it was WAY better than the hotel I was staying for cheaper. Lesson learned, pay a little more and you get way better service.
The city was having some plumbing problems that affected this hotel's bathroom next to our meeting room, and the manager accommodated us with alternate options and even bought us all a tasty dessert. :)
They offered a great arrangement of free coffee with flavors and such. I would love to visit here again. :)

I can't thank JC enough 😩. I was having one of the worst days of my life and she went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, safe and settled with my situation. I was flying in from Tampa to Seattle with a connecting flight in Dallas. The weather was very poor in Tampa so our flight was delayed over an hour. When we arrived in Dallas my connecting flight already left 😐😶🤬☠💩😦. The receptionist was able to find another flight for me at 840am. My current time was 840pm!!!!!!!!! I was stranded in the airport for 12 HOURS!!!! So I did the only logical adult thing there was to do... I panicked 😫. I made lots of phone calls letting my loved ones know that I was ok, I ate dinner, grabbed a BIG cup of coffee and headed to the gate where my plane would leave in the morning. There were other people there as well camping out for the night, so figured it probably won't be as bad as I'm imagining. Well my nerves started to get the best of me and wouldn't you know everything in my stomach came projecting out. GROSS 🤢. Now I don't feel well; my anxiety has the best of me, I'm a mess, and of course I have to clean up my mess (floor, trash can, me, oh yes I managed to get it all). IM SUCH A WINNER 🏆 🥇 👎. So I make my way to the ladies room, to make myself look as decent as possible. Then I decide there is no way I can stay in this airport for 10 more hours. I make some calls fetch an Uber and go to the Residence Hotel. JC was so wonder and understanding. She was expecting me when I arrived, she made sure I was on the shuttle list to catch my plane for my morning flight. The best thing she did was to help me wash my clothes. My bags were checked and I only had the clothes I had in, which were solid. She helped me with the laundry services and for that I will be humble and grateful to her forever. Thank you Residence Inn and a Very Very special thank you to JC .

Free hamburger and beer at happy hour we really enjoyed after the airport hassle security check caused us to miss the flight. The room was clean and cozy. The shuttle driver was awesome. He recommended the best BBQ places to check out and drove us. I had a good experience and definitely recommend this hotel.

Love the receptionist as well as the shuttle driver. Both individuals were so hospitable and kind. I just got here but I’m already loving my stay here, as well as the quality of this hotel!

Stayed multiple times at this location. All were very pleasant even though they were remodeling most rooms. My rooms have been one bedroom, separated with closing door, with a pull out couch and kitchen with large sink. The only inconvenience is constant air traffic above the hotel that pauses during the night. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is filling with two to three main dishes, waffle maker, bread station, cereal station, fruits and veggies, milk yogurt and fruit juice for beverages.

I got this hotel room last minute as our flight was canceled out of DFW. Heather the night person was very personable and efficient the room was clean and very appointed. It made me to decide to sign up for the Marriott rewards program as we will make this our go to hotel in Dallas.

Stayed here before leaving early the next morning out of DFW Airport. We enjoy staying at Residence Inn because of the suite style rooms and the breakfast. This place is a little out of the way (3-4 minutes from the big group of hotels north of the airport) but on the plus side it is quiet. We stayed here last year also before leaving on vacation and the construction/remodel was still going on...one year later. Not sure exactly what is happening with it. There was no noise from construction and one elevator was out of service (located in the construction area) so we had to park and walk further than normal to our room.
