The Perc Coffeehouse

We had the pleasure of visiting this cute coffee shop while visiting from California. The decor and ambiance are awesome. All of the employees we interacted with were nice and informative on our coffee questions. The seating areas are Super comfy and spacious. This is a great study and work environment. Now my only critique is within the bathrooms, there are no changing tables for the babies so parents, bring your stroller accessories to get the job done. The coffee itself is very smooth, just a little acidic and a bit flowery. All the specialty drinks are fantastic and so are the breakfast sandwiches.

Beautiful! Had an Ethiopian Sidamo as macchiato. Just wonderful, great extraction and great milk texturing. Great vibe and fitout. Alexandria was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend a visit. Lots of love from a visiting Aussie

First time here. I’ve been to the location in Plano many years ago and when I walked in this location I commented to my friend it looks the same as that location! The baristas were very nice and personable! I have a friend that visits this location often and they knew him!! The atmosphere is quaint and there is plenty of seating. There is an upstairs but I didn’t check it out. I will be back!

Beautiful all the way around. Will definitely come back. Oat milk latte is amazing. All the pastries are freshly made, we visited on a Sunday. Tried apple pie and chocolate croissant. Visited some local holiday pop up markets around this shop.

Nice place to sit and read or work. Good service and atmosphere. I would like to see a few more drink options but there’s still enough to work with if you’re a coffee drinker.

Old Town coffee house. Reminded me of a place in Old Town Foco which I thoroughly enjoyed as well. Plenty of seating and a connecting boutique.
My soy lavender honey latte was delicious. The pumpkin spice loaf (brought in from a local bakery) was good but a little on the sweet side.

I love this little hole-in-the-wall coffee shop. Its eclectic furnishings and cozy atmosphere bring me back anytime I am near Lewisville. I enjoy my cup of tea while visiting with friends or working on my laptop. It's not a big space, so sometimes seating can be scarce. Perc has the feel of a neighborhood shop while having everything needed to meet all the demands.

A refreshing break from the chain coffee houses. Love to see the mom and pop businesses thriving. Great, authentic cappuccinos. Delicious scones. Relaxing atmosphere with an eclectic decor. I highly recommend visiting this charming place.

I had the hazelnut latte and it was exceptionally good. The ambiance was incredible. Just a great place to blend into the space and either be in your own little world or connect with someone else in conversation. I will definitely be back. I want to explore if their offerings.

One of the best coffee shops in DFW. Incredible tasting coffee, whether you like Americanos, Cappuccinos, Lattes, or Drip, this place is fantastic. The coffee shop has the most unique decor, and there is a second floor that is great for some privacy or small group gatherings. Highly Recommended. Thanks Perc!

The place is spacious and staff quite friendly and accommodating. If you find yourself needing a coffee shop to work at, I would highly recommend this place.

I first ordered a Kalita wave with the barista’s recommendation for single origin beans. I think I got something from Ethiopia although I can’t remember the exact origin. I also ordered a cortado and I enjoyed it just as much. Love that they roast their own coffee!

Amazing place to share a cup of coffee with a friend, partner or a colleague. Lovely ambiance, seems like a place out of Chicago magnificent mile. I did order a cafe cortado and a cappuccino. Both were amazing and did hit the mark. The cortado was served alongside club soda so as to cleanse your palette before the coffee hits you. I had experienced this is coffee places in Uruguay was a first for me here. The apple Danish was good but could've been better if it was warmed in a warmer than the microwave which made it a little soggy. The flavors on the Danish were right on... Surely a will visit more place.

Had a good day working from here and having my coffee. Later my friend popped in an we ordered another americano to go. The staff was friendly and left us alone for the most part. I will definitely be coming back.

Relaxing atmosphere and comfy seating. Great place to catch up with friends and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. The service is exceptional. Looking forward to the next time!

Perc has the best coffee and drinks! I love their seasonal options as there's always something unique to try. I recently tried the apple cider chai and it was heavenly. Vintage decor adorns the walls and there are comfy chairs and tables to hang out and enjoy the atmosphere. My favorite coffee place!

Just moved to Dallas, always looking out for coffee and found this place. Normally I just grab and go, but this place is like a little museum of antique collectables! The coffee selection is great. I try to only drink coconut milk, they had a nice selection of milk alternatives to choose from! Coffee was great! Definitely worth going in and enjoying the place!

My husband and I just moved across the street from here and remember him raving about this place months prior. we have been coming here to work every week now because (other than the fact that its cute and cozy af) the staff always greats us, the food and drinks are some of the best iv had in the country including my families coffee shops in the west cost. we started purchasing their coffee beans as well for the days we stay home and their roast are dialed in. oh and their wifi is so F*%^%^ fast!
